AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.

I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.

Playing on this internet service gives me a headache. There is absolutely no way it could be this abysmal without something being wrong. Anytime I connect to any game, my ping is higher than my internet bill, and that is just incredible. Wish there was a 0 star rating.

All calls go to overseas locations. Indonesia or Pakistan. You can't understand them or you can hear cause they're in a large call center. They can never help you with problems. They sometimes give you phone numbers to call for help that aren't even valid numbers. They did damage to my property due to my neighbor getting cable put in… they did nothing to prevent it from happening and do nothing to fix. Even when I did have AT&T …totally poor service. Take heed to what I say or you're be as frustrated as I am.

They scam people and charge services that been cancelled long time ago and they always ad new fees to your bill that don't meke no sense and they don't have customer service or support i cancelled thair service february and i'm still getting charged for it

Their customer service is horrific. Plus. They donate massive amounts of money to people who tried to overthrow our democracy. So I'm out. I'm sure they won't miss my small amount of money, they give millions to politicians who don't support democracy. They will get their moneys worth, I'm sure

I've moved 10 times in the last 6 years. The thing on my list of to do things is contact ATT, you get transferred to someone who barely speaks our language, then you get transferred. It's a nightmare process ( beyond terrible) the personal show and do what's needed ( leave things behind) and leave. I'm doing my best to go to streaming only and leave ATT along with switching I phone service! They stink

I would rather go prepaid or back to using a phone booth before getting service with this useless company. All they do is drain your bank account. Their service sucks. Can't even get service in their store and if you try to pay your phone bill good luck you're gonna get charged late fees And reactivation fees because they can't magically find you in their system they tried charging me one month $1200 for a phone line and a phone that was already paid off. They made my account go negative and I had to pay overdraft fees and honestly it's easier to get a tooth pulled than to contact anybody in customer service and all they're gonna do is transfer you to another department so you'll be left chasing your tail tell who knows when.

And it's not including all the overdraft fees I had to pay. They did this to me two months in a row. I'd rather use smoke signals, then to get robbed by AT&T I thought the IRS was bad

This company so bad they don’t even deserve the star option. You guys need to come by the negatives before you can think about the positive. USELESS!!!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever... They always get up your bill without any authorities. I was paying 187 by phone the last week and for a few months ago, and yesterday I was thru the app and a charge of 500 dollars more per line was apply it, I usually have two lines and my ipad. My currently bill for this month its of 1500 dollars. I JUST CAN SAY THIS IS VERY DISAPOIMENT FOR EVERYBODY. If your choice what company wants in your life, but for me... ATT ITS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD. THEY ARE A LIARS...

If possible don't go for purchasing their device and monthly installment payment plan. They will charge you one or the other way to charge more. They got my device but billing credit only they gave for 5 months. They revoked it again and I have to monitor the billing and ask them. Really they started cheating called direct bank payment and deduct the amount from bank. If you dont notice the bill, they charge for international talk, etc etc...
One month they sent me bill for $759.11. Now you can image their intension to suck your blood.
BEWARE OF AT & T AND YOUR MONEY.

Went to Walmart, bought 2 new phones wanted them activated,they switched my service to at&t put a lock 🔒🔒 🔒 on paid in full phones phone bill is 5 times what I was paying at straight talk.had to buy 2 new phones loose our phone numbers.700.00 in the hole and still. Ow them 300.00 All in 2 weeks SCAMMED

Be careful with at&t it is not below to do under handed and shady business practices. They don't care for the time they waste. They take all your information down send out a sim card that can't be activated. Most there agents are rude as hell. Think twice before u try to do business they are crooks. I have recordings, email, the package they sent out, and "sim card" in my Possession. The phone below is the numbers for At&t. I was told they could do a call back. I declined 5 mins the customer service agent just hung up on me.

Horrible for as much as we pay always a damn issue can't go a month without an issue. Seriously don't recommend this service if you have an opportunity go to T-Mobile, Boost promise you will thank me later and you will save money and so much trouble or connection issues shortages down power lines ect.

I pay for 3 boxes. I am in bed with a serious case of covid. I only have tv. I have a message "too many streams,". It gives me a choice refresh THAT DOESNT WORK. Or set new home location. It tells me I have done this too many times. EXCUSE ME. I call for what their site says is 24/7 technical support. How stupid. You. Call and no matter what number you dial it tells you to call during working hours. What lousy service. At these times I'm sorry I left spectrum. Then when I fall asleep the TV starts working and wakes me up. So stupid. Seriously considering a return to spectrum

We have two No Solicitors signs. Yet, that didn't stop the young man from knocking on our door. I told him he had nothing to tell me and get off my property. He was obviously trained to ignore our signs and break the no trespassing law. I've never been a fan of AT&T. Today didn't change my mind.

I just spent a little over $2,000 a couple months ago with them. Paid for my service in advance. I'm a single father of two little boys one of them with special needs and I work 60 hours a week. I forgot my bill was up and got my phone shut off two weeks after it was due. They revised to work with me on turning it on for 2 days until I got paid. I use my phone for work and so this really hurts. I switched to AT&t as a couple guys from work said that they liked their service and for some reason I was dumb enough to switch from a good company that always worked with me anytime I had an issue to this crap. AT&t truly could not care less about their customers. All they want is their money and after they get that they are done with you. How the hell are these guys still around?! After reading all these other reviews this is just a small problem compared to the other stuff they put people through.

I recently switched to AT&T fiber Internet because they were offering a $20/mo discount if you also use them for wireless. I have been a wireless customer for over 20 years, so this discount would've made my Internet cheaper than my previous provider. However, they removed the promotion from my account after the first month. And when I got my second monthly bill, they charged me an extra $28 to pay back the discount I received the first month. When I called to find out the reason for this change, they told me it was because the promotion doesn't work with a wireless family plan. This was never communicated when I was signing up for the service. Now I have already cancelled service through my previous provider, but will have to have it reinstalled to avoid paying the extra high rate AT&T is charging me. Beware if you are signing up for one of these promotions.

My Dad passed away in Dec. Went thru 3 phone calls and 2 visits to store to advise them of my Dads death. Thought it finally was taken care of until I received a bill for 2 months of service for my Dad. It is a hard enough time going through this without a Company making it more difficult for a $25. Bill
Called again today, and once again, I am having to go round and round. Company and the employees are disrespectful and just kept over talking you and were totally rude. Would never ever use this Company ever again.

We moved and took AT&T with us. The tech didn't want to install our modem centrally and caused our signal to be weak. I contacted AT&T over 7 times. I was issued a credit for the repair and charged for the repair, with NO repair being made. I went back and forth. They are incompetent and evasive. Avoid if possible.

Att wireless cellular service is completely a waste of money. They cannot resolve your issue and I'd recommend you shop around. I've been patient, I've called technicians had my phone recycled so many times it's ridiculous. I cannot stand this service.

I signed up for fiber optic 300Gbps and set dial up 10 Gbps! The crew installing the services did not tell me about this. I lost business getting disconnected all the time from the internet.
Be extremely careful about agents coming to your home unexpectedly pretending they work with the internet installing team to sell you phone services. It took me 7 days and money as I had to take time out of work to go to AT&T stores several times would not take the new phone back and terminated services because a home visit agent handled the services. The home visit agent and his manager never returned my calls. I had to pay fees to take my phone back and still appears in my account as if I had not returned the phone and internet modem! THE WORSE NIGHTMARE!

AT&T is so dishonest. They will say anything to get your business. Read the fine print. You will need to ask for a copy of the agreement before signing. They have the worst customer service EVER!

Head my warning. My husband went to wallmart to pick up to of the cheaper phones we normally get with straight talk$38.00 a month and phones usually are $100.00 each. They have a scammer working at wallmart that told my husband at&t is a better price and phones were $89.00 each. They took his pin locked phones so you cant turn them off and in 2 months we are up to $700.00 in charges and cant turn off service its such a scam they called m,y husband and said they are aw3are of the issue with this happening and then sdaid they would correct the problem. They never called back bill keeps coming. They will never get a dime more from us. we are in business and will be sure to spread the word. Awful npeople! At&t survives on scamming people!

We recently upgraded our phones. At Christmas it advertised a watch included with the purchase. I pay 10 dollars a month for service and with all of the hidden fees and the fact that you do not get the full credit of the installment each month is ridiculous and was not explained at the time of purchase. I also visited the their web site and they advertise 3 lines for $60.99 and if you have signature member you get 10 dollars for each line which I get the catch is I am paying $70.00 per line with my 10 off is $60.00 per line. I feel like I should ve paying $50.99. They said it was because I don't have auto pay. I don't think I should have to auto pay when I am never late with my bill and have been a client for 18+ years. At&t. I pay $21.00 in your junk fees alone on my bill.

The sales people lie about costs. The company lies about teacher discounts and recompense for used phone. Customer service is a scripted foreign employee with a scripted foreign supervisor. Service outages for days in places with typical service. This company is a scam.

Call AT&T automation system to pay past due bill. Verified 4 times the amount and made payment. A week later, got a call from AT&T to suspend my service,b ecause I still owed a past due. When I called AT&T to verify, they told me their automation system, could have been wrong when it gave me the information. Was told I should have talked to a representative for verification. Do you know how hard it is to get a hold of a representative when you call a t & t. No help was granted so I will be looking to take my service elsewhere. Been with them since they were southwestern bell over twenty five years.

Hey. My name is Hunter and I was looking for some phone number options and my agent who helped me was Elvin and without my approval-he changed my number and screwed up my phone. I'm on the phone now with at&t trying to get my old number back. Please reinforce with Elvin that she should not be changing numbers unless the customer gives him the approval. I hope this teaches him a lesson. SHAME ON YOU ELVIN!
