Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
AT&T changed my plan without warning.
After spending nearly an hour on the phone with them, and their assuring me I would get a credit, I did not receive the credit the next month. Instead their representative created TWO plans for me, thereby double billing me every month.
Every month I spend an hour on the phone with them. They assure me the problem will be fixed, but it never is.
Run as fast as you can to a different company.
Their personel are completely incompetent.
Today I have been on hold for 1/2 an hour already

I switch companies back in September because I was promised a better price and better service.
Service is horrible, they charge fees that they cant explain were they are coming from and the bill went up to almost $50 more the original price. And no one in customer service can ever help you because they have no idea about anything.

I made a payment with a credit card before payment was due and they still drafted my checking account even after I called customer service and they were supposed to suppress my auto pay. Instead they didn't do their job correctly and they drafted it anyways. They are making me go to my bank to submit proof of payment. Now I have to go out of my way to get this done. This is not the first time either. Terrible customer service

These people have literally lied. I started off bringing my number to them an starting a prepaid account. Due to everything except wages going up. I couldn't afford a 130 $ a month phone bill. So I went else were. Just to find out that I can no longer have my number until I pay them all there added on late fees. So even though I'm prepaid as far as I new. An I brought my number. An it's a Buisñess number. They will not give me my number. An pretty much told me that's all we can do for you an hung up. Why would you intentionally hurt someone you know is struggling to stay afloat.
They care nothing but about the money. Customer service sucks. There liars. Not 5hs5 this is going to help me out any. Maybe it will help out the next unfortunate person.

Ordered a SIM card to switch to their services from straight talk assuming that with a larger more long standing company I would receive better overall service. Total joke. Spent almost an hour trying to get my number switched over to them and their customer service agent told me everthing was all set while myself and my straight talk agent stayed in the line. Then a week later I get an email saying the switch was cancelled. All after spending almost an hour with my current provider and getting the number switched. They are complete morons and completely incompetent at what they do. Not worth the switch and I'll stay with straight talk as their customer service has always been better than this. What a joke of a company

I can't wait until I paid off at&t bills and get my self out of this house. The highest late payment fees with no international calls. I'm paying unlimited but lowest network not working even within my state when I go other county. I'm not Laing either. I paid closer to $800 for less than 1hr international calls. It's not fair. I'm not recommending at&t for anyone else.

Oh my god this has got to be the worst wifi company ive ever seen, the data is slow, expensive, and hardly works. Not to mention, autopay is a $#*! to set up and sometimes won't bill your card leading to you losing your mind going from store to store trying to fix it as they send you on a wild goose chase for a month of data.

I have been a long time wireless account holder with AT&T 2 years ago when I upgraded my phone I wanted to add the next feature. I contacted them on multiple occasions within the 14 day time period you are supposed to have to add the feature. I was lied to and told it was added and when I tried to upgrade last year I found out it was not added. Now I want to upgrade to the iPhone 15 and I have to pay off my device in order to do so because I do not have the next feature. But my sister has an iPhone 14 and her device is upgrade eligible which makes no sense. Considering I have had my device for 2 years. So last month I was told once 24 payments were made towards my device I would be eligible for an upgrade and now that's not the case. I am tired of all the lies with them. Time to find a new service provider the lies and back and forth are ridiculous. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I feel that I am not valued as a customer any longer.

AT&T sold me a watch that is not compatible with my phone. After 6 months of trying to sync the 2 devices they finally gave up and offered me half off the balance of an upgrade on my phone. The sold me a $360 watch and only gave me $80 credit...will never recommend AT &T to anyone worst company and customer service...

I finally decided to purchase an Apple Watch at the Bedford Indiana store. I was please with the information and instruction that I received on my watch. I appreciate the patience Faith had with me on introducing me to my new att product. She made sure is gave me a review of all promotions taking place. Love my apple watch. So glad I took the plunge!

I signed on with ATT in May 2023, getting the Unlimited Extra plan at $75/month. With the discounts for automatic payment and going paperless my bill should have come down to $65/month. In July 2023 I received a bill for $99. After an hour on the chat and finally getting to a live person, it was discovered that ATT had bumped me up to the higher cost Premium plan for $85/moth. In addition, they tacked on a so called "Lost Device Insurance" plan that added an additional $17 to my bill. This was all done without my knowledge or permission, and I would not have known about it if I had not waded through the chat menus and the back and forth of repeated explanations and requests, once I had a live person. ATT would have siphoned an additional $34/month from my bank.
This is a warning to anyone considering ATT that, if you set up automatic payment, they will have access to your account. And if you are not vigilant, they likely will add additional charges.

They constantly have issues and outages. You will be down for 2 days or longer before it's restored. No one will tell you what the problem is. If you work from home stay away from AT&T. They are not reliable and unhelpful.

Worst service I have ever used. I have had it for 3 weeks and it has barely worked. It's worked with no problems for maybe 3 days in that time. They've sent out 2 technicians who have not solved the problem. I've spent at least 10 hours on customer service calls. Customer service is horrible. They do not understand your problem and make no attempts to make it better. The only thing they will do is schedule a technician that you have to wait for for several days. Oh and I'm being charged for all of this too. I have a full month's bill for about 3 days worth of service.

The lady at the store said you got 14 day to cancel I did in 3 day and now they said it can take up to a month. They lie. Now my son cant put minutes on his phone because at t want cancel the contract. We all need to come together and sue at t because they probably got over millions of people.

I bought a phone thru at&t and my service provider was first net. I paid my phone off and they gave me an unlock code so I could switched over to T mobile and I've been without service for 5 days because they gave me the wrong code. Iam completely locked out and it's asking for an m c k code that no one can provide me with not at&t nor first net or even Samsung. I need help unlocking my Samsung ultra 21 android.

I switched to AT&T because I thought customer service was bad at Cricket. Boy,was I mistaken! First when you call them, they ask you several questions like what's your phone number. I mean they are a phone company! They can't see the number I'm calling from? Then after I tell the person that speaks poor English,I don't have the right department! So I'm on hold while they connect me to yet another number. I tell this department my concern. If you have a business account & you wish to talk about a credit there's yet another number to talk to! So I'm on hold again while they switch me. By this time it's 7 pm & they are closed! And this is like the 5th time I've tried to take care of this. It's absolutely ridiculous! Imagine you are driving home after a stressful day of work to see cones and two men wearing AT&T jackets blocking your driveway with a truck in front of your house. You weren't the one who scheduled them to be there and you have guests coming over in 10 minutes with no access to your property. This is how I felt when two random men parked their trucks and cones directly in front of my house and set their cones blocking my way to get in the driveway. They moved the cones only to continue unimportant small talk continuing in front of said driveway. It took me honking at them for those men to finally move. 1 star

I have been without my phone since recovering from my stroke in October. Been to three different at&t stores in Atlanta and many calls to customer service but still couldn't get into my already activated account... UNTIL coming back to the Racine WI Store! Josh had me into my phone in approximately ten minutes! Josh was so incredibly amazing...thank you!

Be aware that AT&T are sharks. They are worse than the mob. Their English 101 overseas customer support should be called customer ripoff. I have recently discovered T-Mobile and say they are the new example of quality service, generous pricing options, customer support folks are intelligent, considerate and do what ever they can to give the customer a good experience whereas ATT is an automated disaster. I had 2 cell phones and a tablet.
All lines were cancelled and received an email stating that my auto billing was coming up. I checked my AT&T account to see phone lines cancelled (after a $466.00 payoff for a traded in phone) but the iPad was left in my cancelled account with an $80 Oct-Nov charge. I called to dispute the charge and said that the $20/mo. Charge I had been paying for the last year was now $80 and if I want to close out my account it must be paid off first. Bottom line is it's paid off and now they will start the harassments and extortion process.

Top-notch AMERICAN customer service reps. I love it when I can speak to an English-speaking rep and understand each other fully. I'm so tired of other companies using 3rd-party services for their customer rep teams and totally ruining the customer-to-business experience. Everything I wanted and needed help with was done fast and without question.

App never works. Website hardly ever works. You have the "ability" to control certain things when it comes to your account, but getting the site or app to pull up to do it is such a pain, you rather not bother with it. I'm done with the aggravation and will be changing providers.
