Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
Waste of time changing to this company. There's is always an issue amwith them. They have you talking to representatives for 2-3 hours at times. It's very fustraring. Would never recoomend anyone switching here. There's alot of areas were no service at all.if i could i would give zero stars

First of all I was flat out lied to by a tech in Fayetteville AR and tricked into paying more for trading in for a new phone. Now my screen is cracked and I've been paying for insurance for over a year. But they can't find a store within 60 miles to repair my screen. The want me to replace the entire device for $250. AT&T is a freaking joke. They are pretty much stealing. I will be paying these phones off and changing providers. I DO NOT recommend AT&T. They are the worst providers I've ever had. They also raised my monthly bill from $140 to $200 a month. And that's with my 25% veteran discount. What a joke

I rely on my phone for my work and I chose att because they are supposed to be the best provider...they are definitely the most expensive...this outage today proves how wrong I was...att has yet to even let us know what's going on even as smaller providers have already got their service up and running...I can't make crucial money to pay my bills and I am extremely disappointed in att...I will be switching providers as soon as I can financially...I wouldn't recommend attending to ANYONE!;
I have been with AT&T for a few years, with several lines. As my kids had gotten older I let them get their own lines. Thinking that my bill will go down with less lines on my account. Yes it went down a little, but the remaining lines went up. I called and asked about it the said it was how they did it. More lines less you pay on each line. I disputed it and ask for a manager. Never spoke to management. Was told that they were busy. The service isn't all that great. It takes a while for things to download or even serf the internet. Don't let the towers go down in your area. It takes forever for them to get them back up and won't even reimburse you for the inconvenience.
AT&T is pushing me away after many years today. Tech support that lies and managers through phone and chat platforms that are unwilling to help. They would prefer to push customers away rather than offer customer care or value! A truly horrible company failing in every way possible!
I signed up for $159 per month but my bills have been hiked to over $320. Sales rep does not help as soon as you sign up. My rep was Malachi I regret being an At&T customer

Worst employees ever. They are the worst supervisors ever. No one has the same answer for the same problem. They don't know what they are saying while trying to help customers. I've been with them for 10 years and the change in services and employees is messed up.
My daughter lost her phone so we went to Att and got a new phone and we paid full price agreed on monthly fees.even though the phone had been lost they have been charging us for both phones.i understand that I have to pay for the phones,however they have been charging us 36 per month for the phone that had been lost and does not exist.
They are only nice to you when they want to sell you something however when you need their help they refuse to admit they were wrong.they are totally a fraud. They refused to give me any credit back.

I have been trying to cancel my dead mother in laws account for the past 3 months. I do not have the phone or password. I been assured each time I have called in that it would be taken care of in 7 to 10 days because of this. I got a new bill this month conveniently changed to my husband name ( not requested) with the overdue charges. Still being told by ATT that their is nothing they can due. Funny they were able to go in and change the name on the account? Terrible service! Hopefully I get this taken care of and never have to deal with them again.
Worst experience ever. Don't use them. Switched from contract to prepaid due to being constantly over charged, lied to and being screwed over. Called to try and get reimbursed for their screw up I got redirected, Transferred and hung up on multiple times. I've never been so angry as I am. Do not use this company unless you have no other choice. They will screw you over every chance they get.
Fraudulent practice of providing wrong deals over the call and then acting like the agent provided you wrong information.
Even if you return the new devices within the warranted time they will keep charging you for the same. Customer care will say they have removed the devices and next month you will get credit but this story will keep happening every month. Removed devices will pop back on your account and they will say agents removed it "Wrong way". I am not sure why the government is not taking any action on obvious fraudulent practices like this.
This company did not close out my account when I returned my phone and then proceeded to send my account into collections without my knowledge. I returned the phone well within the 14 day threshold that they give you.

I have had the worst service ever! I was promised a discount for for nurses I gave them my nursing license number but was refused the discount because I was not with one of preferred employers. But they did not tell me that upon switching service. My bill is full of hidden charges every time I call I get a different excuse. I bought a Apple watch was told only 10 dollars extra per month one month later I get charged in full. Do not sign with this company you will regret it.
I was attempting to activate my line. When I did the activation ATT put my phone into an SOS state. I have to travel 2 hours one-way to an ATT store to fix my phone. ATT was not able to fix it. ATT's manager, Oscar, was a worthless thump on a log. "We can offer you $10 for your trouble." I have a non-working phone and must travel 4 hours for ATT's error. WTF?!?!? $10?!?

Be very careful when ordering att. I ordered internet service got the boxes tried to hook them up they have an activation date of 12 of 2037. Called them they said my order was messed up will have send more boxes. Ok got more boxes still could not activate I canceled the order. Took the boxes back and cancelled my bank draft. Well they still took a payment out and just stole my money. They are the dumbest people I have ever seen. They literally stole money from me when the bank draft was canceled. So be very careful with att they are thieves.
They scammed us at Walmart in North Carolina, giving us a $#*! box and scamming us out our money. Then when we needed to call them back, they won't call us back, they said it's a easy installation but we're missing multiple pieces we needed to install the wifi box, no body came over to put up the other box into the wall, nothing. Don't trust them. And we're still going to get billed for it. I'm going right back to spectrum.
Upgraded to Samsung flip phone in August. Screen malfunction 3 months later so I go in. I go into the store and they tell me it's a Samsung issue and not to use warranty. I sent to Samsung and they send back refurbished phone. A few weeks later Samsung sends back broken phone with a $1000 charge to my account. Now I paid $2000 for a broken phone and a replacement refurbished phone. What an absolute mess. ATT people were anxious to upgrade but absolutely useless when I needed help. Tried calling Samsung and got medical life alert Sales pitch…no help also. Now I have to look for a new phone and service…WOW

If you want to do a trade in with AT&T pleaseeee, think about it twice. Today after almost 1 year of the trade in, I want to pay off the cellphone, and they said to me that I have to paid all without any discount, so basically I gave them my previous phone as a gift (that was what the agent told me during the phone call). So, before signing anything, ask the seller to let you know about all the conditions, because they never presented that or told to me this information. So please, be careful. If you want to give away your phone, give it to your mom, dad, little sibling but not to them.

When trading in a phone make sure to record it. This company loves to charge you for the old phone you traded in then act like they didn't receive it. So then they can charge you the cost of that phone. At&t are scumbags acting like they are a professional business. I have more screenshots than this but it has gone on for days contacting them trying to get is resolved. Even said fine at one point told them if they send me my old phone back I'll pay for it too. But I'm not paying for a phone I don't have at all.

We bought a new iPhone from ATT. At the time of the sale their wireless was having issues and the estimated time to backup and restore was over 3 hours. The salesman ran my imei number through the system and looked over my phone. He said 'take the new phone home and finish transferring your files. Bring the old phone back within 1 billing cycle and we'll credit your bill $100. When I bought the phone back in 20 days later they refused to honor the trade-in.
My response was childish and regrettably immature. I'll stop by today and apologize for not handling my frustration like an adult.

This outage impacted my business all day I am a truck driver on the road where I book loads thru my phone service the service been down for 13 hours and I feel we as customers should be credited for the outage
They do not care when the elderly's phone is not working. They will tell you they can't go out for at least seven days. My grandmother has been with them for 40 plus years. She is ninety years old have not spoken to her in over a week due to her phone lines being down. When you call AT&T they tell you there's nothing they can do. They will send a text out but it will be at least seven days. I explained to them that it is very crucial. They get out there ASAP she lives Alone.They do not care.This happens quite frequently with their line.
