Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
I have been using this u-verse for a year and a half and my daughter has been dling online school for the qhole time and i never heard anout this program that i have desperately needed. Yall see me struggling to pay a 60 dollar bill. You owe me or I'm going elsewhere and will not pay your outrageous bill. My credit is $#*!, so it won't hurt me if you turn it over to collections. Get back to me or you will be losing a customer for any service for life. I don't expect to hear anything from you. Your robot i have to talk to to pay bills is $#*!ing $#*!ed too. And you want to charge 5 dollars to talk to a person. Yall are trash

Veryyyy frustrating experience. I attempted to buy a prepaid eSIM card due to needing a hot spot ASAP. I put all my information in and I am told to wait on an email with the activation information. The activation never comes, so I decide to cancel my order. I never receive an email confirming this, which I thought was odd, but hoped for the best. I later get an email stating that my eSIM card is being shipped. 1st of all, why would this need to ship- this was an order for an eSIM card, not a physical SIM card. 2nd I tried cancelling it, so clearly that didn't go through. Then I decide to call to make sure it is canceled, only to get hung up on by the robot because I don't have an AT&T phone number or account number. I try to chat using the text feature where you text 'prepaid' to *******. With this I instantly get a response stating 'Sorry, this service is not available.' Literally nothing on the website worked for me in the way that it should. I never received an email with an activation code, I wasn't able to cancel the order (I requested to cancel well before it shipped), and I have not been able to speak with customer service. For such a large, successful company, their website and navigation and customer service is a joke. If AT&T wasn't a large company, I would be wondering how badly I just got scammed and would have to cancel my entire credit card! I've never used AT&T, and after this I never will.

I am getting billed for a service i never had and for a modem that i never received! Called customer service like 20 times, waited almost half hour each call... and nothing was resolved! They kept bouncing me left and right to different department and still nothing has been resolved. This is the worst customer service in the world... I'll rate them "0" very poor service

AT&T needs to pay better attention to their costumers. I have had to call about all my bills being wrong. I called 4 times before my bill hit for them to fix it and was told lies. If it isn't fixed I will be switching providers and sueing for my loss of money.

And they just don't seem to care! And, when calling to get assistance with issues, we usually transferred outside the USA. And, the people read from a script! Explaining to them what they are saying isn't resolving a issue, they start reading the script again Fro The Top! Disgusting!

AT&T is one of the worst companies out there. Their employee are not trained so they give you promotions that aren't suppose to be given out, and at the end of it all you are stuck paying this bill that doesn't make any sense. What does AT&T do? They tell you, the customer, and I quote, "well you should have known better". I've sued them and won for their stupidity and warn all customers to stay away from this horrible company. We started off with a $200 bill and after 10 years or no upgrades to the plan we were paying $1000 and they couldn't understand why we were being charged that price and couldn't do anything about it'. That is the way they treat their customers! Never again will I EVER get their services. I'm going site to site to share my experience so other families don't get into the horrible situation!

HAG is the worst company you can use for you Internet service in your house I'm not recommend I have camcast for 20 years they never left cable on top of the grass not even for one week I have a over 30 days my cable is here on top of my grass like this association. Why do you wrote me a letter Date not good do not change from Camcast to AT&T. What's the worst mistake? I have a make in my life on top of this they sold me four phones. They tell you it's not a contract, but after they left you look, it is a contract. You stuck with them for three years. Be careful.

Not only is the service horrible! I got SCAMMED out of my paid phones. Into a 3 year contract with AT&T. They say that you can get new phones with eligible trade in. What a crock of $#*!! In order to get the new phones they give you a credit to your bill every month for 3 years! I hate this service! Never should have left Tmobile

They lie! They suck you in with their "bundles". They will tell you one thing and then give you something else. When you call them about it they will suddenly have no record of what you were told you were getting. Even if you have all the dates, names and order#'s from your conversation. They are all nice and sweet when you are talking on the phone and they will tell you they want to help but then you find out you were screwed once again and when you call them AGAIN they have no record of the conversation. If I could give them less than one star I would.

They are a terrible company that likes to play games with due dates and amounts due. I have been a customer for about 6 years. I then called in to give them a new credit card number since the one I had on file expired. They then took me off autopay and charged me more the next month. I called in only to get someone from a foreign country, who talk down to me and was rude. I then asked for a supervisor and got the same thing. Do yourself a favor and chose anyone else to do business' with.

Their reconnection fees are continuing to rise and are now at $40. Their plans are also unreasonably high. We are going to cancel as soon as this phone is paid off and not get engulfed into staying any longer.

Hi, my name is Jennifer Ruebeling and I was a long standing customer of AT&T for MANY years. I decided to switch services due to better G's and pricing. I was told upon cancellation that everything was paid upon completion of my contract. I was then billed. When I called and spoke to the manager "Rebecca (not sure if that is the correct spelling), she insisted that I pay even though I said her employee didn't tell me that I owed anything. She would not waive the fee. I'm sorry, but if I owned a business, I would never ethically do that to a long standing customer who actually liked the service and had a great experience. Now, I'm upset and I don't appreciate the way it was handled. I hope this will teach AT&T that they need to train their employees to mention all details to their customers. If not, they can destroy a relationship with someone who was loyal and had nothing but good things to say about AT&T. I have Integrity and Morals. This is not right.

Salesman offered me, that if I switched from Metro to ATT, I will end up paying the same I was paying, but with the catch they will give me a new and better phone.
Since I made the change they have charged me, almost double than promised.

So i purchased a phone off market place, it worked for a month and the seller reported it stolen. Granted that isnt At&T fault, where i have an issue is the rep literally told me exactly how the scam works that means they are aware of it, and they stull refuse to offer any kind of assistance in getting my sim and phone back working. If you are aware of the scam, and know that it happens there is no money owed on the phone and i can prove i paid someone for it a little assistance would be much appreciated but no they basically just tell you your S.O.L. Ill never use att again for anything!

I went to the att store to get several problems taken care of. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Luis, immediately. He was very friendly and focused on me getting a my questions answered and my problems solved. He was professional and seemed to know exactly what I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable! I felt he was genuinely concerned about my experience there. He was caring yet efficient. The guy was fantastic!
Will not forget the experience. Not sure if Luis is a manager, but if he's not, he should be.

All they do is tell lies for you to sign up for their services. Next thing you know you have a bill for over $700. I was told that I was to receive a rewards gift card that I never received. The deal that I was quoted when someone showed up at my door never happened. At this point I will switch back to Spectrum or go to Verizon!

We scheduled an appointment for AT&T fiber to come out and install it in our house. Today was the day they were supposed to come and they didn't. I have tried expert chat with AT&T 3 times today and every time I was told to call. But whenever I called I was turned away or told to call later. I was also told to pay for another appointment for them to come out and the next appointment isn't until august. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of their service (which I didn't even get) and their customer service has made me even more angry at them.

I cancelled my Uverse and Internet service on Jan 28th. I made a payment days prior. When contacting them about a refund they said I had to wait for the next billing cycle. I get a bill on 2/14 with a credit balance. Now I call again and they tell me they will send my money 45 days later from last bill. Im told I should expect prepaid debit card on 3/25. AT&T service has gone downhill for years. Sure they get rated #1 but that is not saying much as the other telecoms are not that good as well. Meanwhile they are making interest on my money they owe me.

When I traded in my phone at the AT&T shop in September 2021, they told me that my Galaxy 9+ would receive a $1000 credit. Based on that, I went ahead with the trade-in. However, after receiving my new phone and sending in the old one, I was only given $350. When I asked the assistants about this, they created a case for me, saying that their back office would process it and I would receive the promised $1000 discount. Unfortunately, the credit was not increased on my next month's bill, and when I asked again, a supervisor assistant rudely informed me that they could not honor the $1000 credit because the credit for a Galaxy 9+ was only $350. This is confusing and frustrating because they made the same promise twice, both when I bought the phone and when I called to inquire about the credit. The supervisor assistant's response was unacceptable and it's disappointing that AT&T does not seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Save your frustration
Since I moved to ATT my phone keeps getting disconnected during calls regardless of the location I am on. I am paying a lot more than I was told. Every bill I received is different and I can never find an answer. Their customer service is terrible and unable to answer any basic question.
ATT is not what is use to be it sounds like they tried to save money and contacted their service support overseas. Complete chaos I can't wait to switch back to a fully US BASED company.

AT&T at Costco gave us a written quote to move from T-Mobile at price 'x' a month and when real monthly bill comes, neither the monthly recurring charge, nor promos to move from T-Mobile to AT&T match the promised written quote. As a consumer, I have made at least 10 calls to AT&T, have visited Costco booth 3 times and none of them are able to standby what was promised - they all keep apologizing and agree that it was a mistake and yet no solution. I feel this is a clear theft and scam to attract customers to move from other telecom company and worst thing is we cannot complain to any legal entity. We as customers are suffering with service provider monopoly and they are doing these scams without any fear of law. They are simply thieves who should be behind bars like any other criminal.

My son is teeageer and he receive a call from Att that he is eligible for free phone... they send him a new ph with new line with out my permission. Last month they charge me 155.00 as extra on my regular bill and this month i receive extra 455.00. Perhaps i call and explain and i cancel the service... this is rubbing people in a nice way. Im going to close my account for ever. I was a customer for more than 13 years... i had it and i can not handle it any more...
