Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
They have terrible customer service. When I moved my phone service to ATT I got a free iphone because they were doing a promo. And then they started charging me for the phone. Now that I have left ATT they are saying that I never had a promo and that I had to pay the full amount of the phone. DO NOT USE ATT, they are rude, they lie, and they are completely unhelpful.

I ordered cell phones for my husband and myself and then canceled 2 hours later when I found that my daughter had added me to her service. AT&T sent them anyway so I called and told them I didn't want them and never activated them and placed back in box and with shipping info returned them. I now have received a bill for over 900.00 and I have been to store and called at least 10 times to rectify this I don't have phones or a number they were returned in your shipping box and label. AT&T has now screwed my credit and have put it on my credit as unpaid. They are crooks and can't take care of this in store or customer service at no help they keep asking for a damn number but phones never used or activated. I think they do this say they didn't get phones just to get extra money. I guess I have to take them to small claims. Don't sign with them

I was text a promotion to receive a percentage off my past due bill. Once called I was told by Abulia Mahoug refused to listening and get details. I was repeating why my concerns. I called back and spoke with Chris and attempted the same spilled and got no where. Chris only saw where I made a payment today and stated my account has no notes documentary of any previous calls not even from Abulia who I had just ended the call.

Been a customer of AT&T since before cell phones. Since 1970. LOYAL customer. My brother recently due to cancer had a laryngectomy and uses his cell phone to communicate and 911 has his number as a non speaking client. Bought a new phone that got lost in transit by UPS from my house to his house. Wanted to order a second phone and then return one if it ever showed up or pay off when I received a check from UPS. I acknowledged I knew I would be responsible for both charges until I returned a new unopened one. Would not let me buy a second phone. This is what is wrong with America and I will no longer be loyal. And if something happens to my brother AT&T and

I switch from sprint (Sept.the 19th. 2019) because of the coverage that At&T offer. While in the store with preparing to move 3 lines over, the rep. Said that the activation frees would be waved. Six days later I got my bill and it showed that i was being charge $90.00 dollars for activating my 3 lines. I went back to the story and tried to get the fees taken of, and of course they would not do it.
After a while, I called in to At&t customer service and a new door of kindness opened up. Gretchen R. (the customer service rep.) took care of all the issues that I was have. I could not get all the fee's removed, but enough to make me add another line to my account, with no activation fee's.
"Gretchen, being a business owner I would like to say that the customer service that I received from you today was the best service that I have ever received in my life. Thank you for being understanding, and most of all, thank you for you 25 year of service with At&t"...

I went to the store and got a deal for a family plan starter for 105 dollars, my first bill comes as 260 and the one after as 328, When I spoke with customer service it turn out the store had put me on the highest plan without my consent and I will be heavily overcharged because of that, also there are hidden fees ( services and taxes) even with the original plan the bill would be 187, So I canceled after using for 4 days and I still got charged 180 dollars for a full month when they have a policy of charging only per days used if canceled within 14 days, I challenged that many times but it is a waste of time. Must avoid due to the lack of clarity on hidden charges and store workers placing you on plans without your consent then you are having to pay the price.

I spent few times around hour each times to try to chat with support, but is is horrible. I couldn't see my service numbers in Chrome, FireFox, and finally 3rd person told me to use Opera. It is not even funny. Is it real? They can't hire normal programmers, who will write website for cross browser? Later I tried again to connect with they support, but it was even worse. I was on the line for 15 min, and after the robot told me you are the next, they disconnected chat and again I was in the waiting mode something like for 20 min. I think I should move from this company, to the some else, any suggestions?

Do not buy phones from them, because you going to pay twice more at the end. Do not buy insurance. you will have to pay off the phone, and they going to send you product after.

Representatives will promise you whatever they have to to get you to switch to AT&T. Once you switch, they will charge double the quote and deliver half the service. If you try to call to work things out, they will transfer you from sub-department to sub-department for hours (and days) on end. They will promise that everything has been worked out and they will correct the errors, and then nothing will be corrected. You will still be paying double for half the service.

Never ever do business with AT&T. It doesn't matter what they promise or offer, they WILL NOT deliver.

At&T used to be great. Now they do not care at all. You used to be able to upgrade regularly and it not cost you a fortune and when you went in the store or called they actually tried to help you. Had issues with no service months ago and nobody from the company could figure out why until after I had to get a new one and then I was told. Thaty.phone got black listed. Months later I write a bad review and someone from the executive office calls and says they will look into why it was black listed but because I already got a new phone there wouldn't be anything they could do. Called me back a week later to tell me that they don't see any notes as to why my phone was originally black listed and only thing they could do was a credit to my account. Because in their eyes i made the decision to get a cheap phone instead of waiting 4 months for them to figure out their mistakes.

For my son for Christmas and AT&T wasn't offering one. I paid the phone off early so I could come back to AT&T. Wish I hadn't! I included my ex husband on our plan, he passed away and there's basically nothing they will do for me. I have to pay for the phone in full before I can delete his line. Guess they've forgotten the word empathy. The other phones I wanted to pay off early they won't let me. Take my advice go anywhere but AT&T!

I bought a new iPhone 11pro max and The day I left with the new phone it stopped working. I went back 4 times and they keep giving me the run around saying I have to go to Apple. So sad, so bad. What has happened to ATT, their customer service is inexperienced, reading off a script, and the speed and quality is unacceptable. I was one a loyal customer and I had to call 6 times to cancel a line that was canceled 8 months ago due to their error and I was disconnected each time and the enterprise business team has little knowledge too. I hope the read this and do something about it as we are outta here - 6 phones cancelling! As 6 times I called it was a bad experience. How can a phone company drop a call on a customer over 6 times. Called customer service to lower my bill as my bill is outrageous. Only way to lower bill is to take away services from my account. I have been with them for over 20 years and it does not matter to them that I have a long term relationship with them. They would not lower my bill which is too high without losing some products. I've been with AT&T since 2004 with five lines. I was very satisfied until late last year when we changed the plan. They added 1 too many lines & put my new phone installment on another line that I didn't ask for & has NEVER been used. I've been paying for 7 lines because they can't remove the line with my installment connected to it. Their reply was that I could change my phone #. That was the only solution. I've called so many times & been transferred to people who handle more complex problems. I've spoken to representatives on the phone for close to 2 hours several times. I've been hung up on, initially thinking we were disconnected. They know my # & could call back. In the beginning I went back to the store but they couldn't help either. I used to recommend AT&T but never would now.

Worst company ever. Customer service is awful. I returned a phone that sat in the warehouse and was charged monthly for 3 months. Then when I canceled my account and switched providers they charged me for the full phone even though they did receive it. Then they charged me a month phone payment saying it wasn't returned in 14 days even though it was. I have been on dozens of chats and phone calls. This has been the worst experience with a company ever. Do not recommend.

I called att and inquired about their internet. I was thinking of changing providers. After talking to customer service I wanted to verify items from my current service. Att told me they could place a hold for me so that I if I did call back I wouldn't have to give address etc. again. I agreed to that. Then I just needed to call back within 10 if I wanted the hold to expire or not. I called back the next day to cancel the hold. Three days after that I received equipment. I called att and explained I had cancelled the hold and never put in an order. He saw the cancellation and said I still had to return the equipment. In fact, he was trying to pressure me into purchasing att service. I declined several times before he gave up. What a a... w.
Also, att wouldn't provide pick up for the equipment and I would be charged if I toss it. There's more to this however, I am done venting.
My advice, STAY AWAY

I purchase A cell phone through AT&T for my business and since I did a supervisor called me 3 weeks after set up to see what happened to my internet I told him no one told me it was 400 and my cell bill 300,700 total first month bill. An unfortunate experience. I thought that Atnt would do the right thing and adjust the bill accordingly. They charged me for three months of service I never used. They also charged me for the equipment and it was returned when the service was canceled. I had a great experience until just recently. I will never purchase or utilize their services ever again. I purchased a tablet from them for a Bundled deal. They didn't do what they offered instead they separated everything and I was out $ 300. They admitted it was there fault but Never refunded the their mistake that I paid for.
I cancelled my month to month phone and they charged me $ 632.00 without an itemized bill, I asked for one but was never given one. I only owed $288.00. I ended up paying out $ 505.00.
Never ever until my dying day will I ever go back to them.
They only care about making money!
They will make you go in circles.
They don't care about what you have to say because they have your money.
