Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
I have been with AT&T since my 20's always had great service and experience. I will be switching to Verizon. In 20/20 when Covid hit I had been talked into buying a extra phone for my Hotspot and a streaming box because my service was so bad I return the box but AT&T said I didn't and they continued to take money from me to 1800.00 before I noticed I was distraught due to the death of my mom due to Covid they refused to give back my money even though they found the box. I haven't had good service for two years can't get them to fix it can't use my phone in my home only two bars in my yard where it use to be great everywhere. Tired of being on the phone for hours every day same old questions and bull crap with no results AT&T you have let your long term customer's down. I'm canceling you like many others have done

I bout a phone from At@T and it was the worst mistake of my life they sell u insuriance for it but if something goes wrong they do not make good on it they lie and tell u its time to upgrade your phone and charge u more money at the end of the day my prepaid phone service is way cheaper and the phone gets better service at te end of the day its a complete ripp off

Last week our land line phone stopped working. We've dealt with this twice over the past year. In the past they'd send someone to fix the problem.This time they avoided our complaint and just tried to upsell us on a different service. Helpful, right. We had to simply end that phone call. Next call they insisted it is our phone, not their lines. Absolutely, not sending anyone. Fine, so we purchased a new phone and instaoled it. Still doesn't work. Third call finally got a resolution. They're sending someone. Now we have to return the phone we don't need. AT&T, Just acknowldge they it's YOU and deal with the problem appropriately. No one has time for this.

My bill is normally around $130 for my iphone. This month it's $212 because I went over my data?!…. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that it's gone up that much in ONE month? How could I use that much more data when I literally haven't changed anything, and I actually use my phone LESS. I hate this company with a passion and I need advice on which of their competitors to switch to.

If I could give it a zero rating, I would. They have the worst customer service with no heart. We have been fighting for the incorrect billing numbers past 5 months and still they did not resolved it. Each time we call them they lie about what they talked earlier and dont make notes in the account. We had to repeat the same story over and over and over each time. They dont have recorded sessions nor a legal department to talk to. They pulled us into a promotion for third line saying it will reduce our bill and when we checked out invoice, our bill increased. We returned the third line with in 14 days and we called them to cancel the line. They did not cancel the line nor made notes. When we checked back with them in a month after we saw the bill again, they say we did not return the phone and they charged us for 3 months even though the store talked to them saying we returned the phone. They cancelled the line after 3 months but no credit yet. BIG LIARS! PLEASE DONT SIGNUP FOR ATT.

I've called countless times and out of about 15 people only about 2 of them gave me quality customer service. I had an issue with my service where I couldn't use my phone due to service issues. But I didnt know that till about 15 days out after reaching out to them countless times. One woman even told me I had to figure it out myself. I do not recommend being that the customer service is very poor.

Trouble with AT&T so I cut my service
Just know if you try to leave AT&T they will take you through the ringer. And make you pay more money. Did y'all know when you receive a new phone you better keep that box in came for 2 weeks? If not you will not be able to return it. Eventhough it's within the 2 week period. Other cell companies just will take the phone if you're dissatisfied. So please note to KEEP THE BOX IT original came in or you're out of luck. Also the fold z phones all models are trash don't even buy them no matter how nice they look to you. I went over to Verizon instead and got Samsung phones. If you don't want to curse someone out at AT&T then go to Verizon service for your money. AT&T charged me for a line on my watch that I wasn't even able to use with that watch for 10 months. I didn't even know it. AT&T will get you for money you don't even realize it.

I had been a loyal AT&T customer for 35+ years. I had a fire that destroyed my home. I suspended my service due to the fire. Every 6 months AT&T would start rebilling me. I had to explain that the house was not rebuilt yet. They would suspend for another 6 months. This went on for 18 months. The house is finished and I am ready to get service. Then a new bill charging me for the burned modem. Over 35 years of service and this is how AT&T wants to treat loyalty. I guess that works both ways. I am so disappointed in AT&T's lack of compassion.

While the promotions seem great like any others please do not downgrade to ATT! I decided to go from xfinity internet & T-Mobile service. Liked the promotion of combined bills. Big mistake. This is THEE SLOWEST SERVICE since by pony express. Worse than dial up. The hold times to talk to someone is ridiculous. & they're completely unknowable. I've never had this much lag on my phone. I've had sprint 10 years ago metro pcs like 5 years ago and T-Mobile was my last. Att is BY FAR THE SLOWEST. Got a new iPhone from them with the promotion but I'm ready to go back to my super old iPhone with T-Mobile because I just can't with this trash $#*! service. "Don't get me started on the easy internet set up!" RUUUN! Do not waste your energy

I paid my July bill today 8/21/23 which was scheduled for a payment arrangement on the 8/22/23. I told if I pay my July bill that my phone will be turned back on. Keep in mind that I made the arrangements to pay on the 22nd of August and they turned it off on the 14th of August. And I made a payment arrangement for my August bill on 8/14/23 two days before it was due to pay to be paid on 9/21/23. They still refuse to turn my service back on. So be careful when set a payment arrangement up make sure and repeat everything they say and record everything they say so they can not go back on their word. I will not give them any stars. You can't submit without giving at least one star. The supervisor is no help either they will just hang up on you.

Not responsible customer service. They lied, not respond all previous bad reviews are corect. They charge me 600$ for late returning device. Called many times they said we will return the money to your account and they didn't. Over all do not made auto payment with this company. Soon i will transfere to a nother company after payoff my devices.

I had an appointment booked and the first guy charged me 40 dollars and didn't make any sense transferred me to the next and still nothing was accomplished. The next guy transferred to his representive who told me one of the other guys made a mistake kept me on hold only to send me to a number which did not work and the call to be canceled. They have not called back. No matter how many times I said I was in a time crunch and needed this done nothing was accomplished. I hate At&t if I could I would give them 0 stars.

2 Samsung phones was collected from me 2022 to give me a $800 credit back monthly without stating which of the plan I must use, I use my plan myself and they suddenly remove the credit last months stating I change plan which I never did... Now after having my S21/phones they fail to repay me for my phones... scam!

At&t lied to me about giving me credit for internet service I didn't have and then they put late fees on to it. They interrupted my service so I had to go on and pay it. When I find a internet service cheaper I will leave. They are dishonest. You shouldn't have to pay for service when it is off because of a ice storm.

This morning I received an email stating that our auto-draft had been canceled by myself or my husband and it had not. When we called, they did not offer to look into the email at all. But they were more than happy to tell us we owed a second 35.00 fee for our services being suspended in June when they weren't. We then had a manager call who was as extremely unhelpful and didn't even offer to look further into the issue of the second suspension charge or the email. This whole thing was very unhelpful. This is the first time my husband and I have dealt with this situation with any large company where we were simply brushed aside. We have canceled and reccommend looking elsewhere for internet options.

Trash service. They black listed my device after they made a mistake took a week of me trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. Talked to many different people in customer service in two different stores customer service on the phone and through the text to chat. None of them could figure out why I had service until I said I needed to upgrade to get a new device. Once I paid the upgrade fee I was told my phone was black listed. Such a terrible company to have

My internet has gone out 5 times in 4 months. It has now been out 4 days. Customer no service keeps having me try to reset the modem. My neighbors was out as well. ( apparently they don't see an outage in our area) They called 3 hours before myself and got a same day appt. I was told 5 days is when mine can be fixed. When I seen Atnt outside i informed the technician I was out as well. They had no idea. I was told after some tests that there was problem with our voltage. This technician said he crated a ticket to let the next guy know it was both of us and that tech would have it fixed yesterday. Well …. They fixed my neighbors but not mine …. No supervisors to speak to. I work from home plus it's Christmas … I wish I could give negative stars. Whomever runs this company needs to go work as a greeter at Walmart… That's

Three phone calls all taking more than an hour to finally get a appointment for a service tech to come out waited the whole four hour window that they give only to have to call again and find out they cancelled my appointment without telling me DO NOt use AT&T go any place else that has some kind of customer service

I spoke with Daysha at AT&T her direct line is *******070 and she set me up with a new account and new number, which I did not need in the first place. Then when I asked her to help and walk me through setting up my new number, she literally said she needed to talk to her manager for help and would call me back in 2 minutes. I never heard back from her and its been 2 days I have been trying to call her. Very disappointing, she clearly had no clue what she was doing. Hire people who know what they are doing and are willing to actually help and keep their word to their clients.

The issues started with the phone having a bad camera focus. They wanted me to try it a while. Then when out of the 14 day return period told me I was out of luck. Then the phone would not audio notify for text messages I attempeted to get help from ATT they past me to samsung then samsung passed me to a third party repair service. The repair service said they could not repair so they told me to go back to samsung. I ended up back at ATT as I bought the phone from them, after several calls and hand offs I told them i wanted to change phones or I would change service providers. They told me to cancel my subscription and go elsewhere. So I will be going elsewhere soon. They are the worst. Do not expect resolution unless it is an easy reset. They have a bad rating for a reason. There is more to this story but too long to tell it all. I liked T-Mobile when I had them in the past. I guess I'm going back.

Just changed my plan to eliminate the $10 Hotspot that I haven't used for many months. They don't make it clear that if you change plans, that your entire phone will not work until the next month. I have less than 2 days left on this months service and changed so that I would not forget. You would figure that changing would affect only what I change...my Hotspot.
For me to be able to use my phone for less than 2 days, AT&T is requiring me to pay for a full month. 10 years with them and this is how they treat me. No rollover data. No rollover Hotspot. If you use all of your high-speed data or Hotspot one month and none the next month, you have to pay for extra. I haven't used my Hotspot for over a year... I have paid them $120 + and yet if I use all 10gb of this months today, I'd have to pay for more. I should have over 120gb banked! Roll it over! What a rip off and scam. I am going Verizon Visible!

Att has terrible customer service. I was lied to in order to sign up for their services. Then today the technician came out and couldn't setup services and was told another technician was coming out and no one showed up. Called customer service and they keep transferring me to the wrong person and the wait for someone to pick up the was 45 mins to an hour wait each time. I would not recommend AT&T to no one. Their employees are not knowledge of the products and services and they will keep transferring your calls so before you even think of using AT&T save yourself the anger and headache and go somewhere else.

My mother, 86 yo, has a 'cell' service for her Panasonic wireless phones. She has no ability to send or receive text messages on these phones, yet she is having test messages listed on her bill. Also, auto pay was set up by me in January on the AT&T website. They never honored it. Her phone is now shut off. AT&T wants a pass code that was never set up to talk to her about her bill. They want to send a test to her phone, that can't receive test messages, for a temporary pass code. Customer services manager Christain says he can't do anything cause we don't have a pass code that we never set up. He can't even think outside his script to help use resolve this issue. BTW, last night they never asked for this pass code but they left me on hold for 45 minutes until after they closed... IDIOTS! If I could give them a negative score it would be -*******. They clearly have an ID 10 error! My next review will be with the BBB!

I switched my business phones from T-mobile to AT&T. The biggest business mistake I've ever made. They told me after cut off my phone. They turn my phone for while I was working on the day they said I need to pay my bill by which is today July 11th they cut it off be for end of day and could help me with a payment arrangement for 24- 48 hour I told them I could have the money today just need it to be on for a day. I work and make money using my phone. I paid $312.00 of the 473.00 that was due. I never had this problem with T-Moble I am regretting ever switching

I have been an ATT customer for appx 2 weeks. It is only because its the only one available. I have had to call India for service and it is just AWFUL.
First, they speak so fast and garbled I cannot understand anything they say to me. The accent is not pleasant or understandable.
They all read from scripts and do not stop when you have a question. They just keep reading.
I have an email issue and it hasnt been resolved yet. Nor do I expect it to be.
ATT is just too $#*!ing big. I am lost now.
I will have to move again just to get the proper service and support.
For being so big, this company is a joke.
