“No rewards as they are offered!”

Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!

Beware of this company. They are not secure in anyway on their MyATT app. Mine got hacked and a double payment was made. One being authorized and another not. They will make you pay for their mistake. They will not correct it either. Their customer service is pathetic. They don't care about their customers they didn't through Covid either. I received a letter in the mail about my information being compromised and that they believed no personal information was stolen but explain to me how an unauthorized payment was made. Done go to T-Mobile for service they are by far AMAZING

Needed to use Asurion insurance for repair. Called customer service because I had a problem getting my business account validated by Asurion. Customer service agent had a strong accent that I had trouble understanding. Frustrating for both of us, but she informed me that since the phone was damaged they would replace it with a new phone, same model. She had no idea what Asurion was. When I told her it was insurance that ATT offers on their plans she said she was not in the insurance department.
Since she was offering a new phone I said I would take it.Only problem was they did not have a comparable model in stock. She had earlier stated that I could go to an ATT store to have it replaced or take a different model in its place, a model that did not have the feature I needed. So I was said I would go to the store. Shen then began to tell me something that I think was going to be cautionary, but when I didnt understand something she said and asked if she could repeat it, she abruptly thanked me for being with ATT for 10 years and announced that she couldnt help me. Bang! She hung up the call. I never once shouted at her, demeaned her or used any cuss words. This reps strong accent should have disqualified her from taking US calls. Further she had very poor knowledge of how to handle my needs, from both the device and repair standpoints. She has no business being at ATT, particular in the department handling business subscribers. Come to think of it she really only deserves a 1 star rating, and she gets that just because she answered the phone.

I changed my plan FOUR DAYS prior to the monthly cycle because I needed unlimited data from the phone I had just purchased the month before, where I asked for unlimited from the beginning! I just got my new bill and they want 35$ for those 4 days I switched. This is robbery! I signed up to give them more money and they take more. I am considering going to court over this because I never agreed to this! If you are considering getting a phone, don't go with AT&T the service isn't even good. I have had Verizon, Sprint and Metro PCS and they are all better than AT&T in my opinion. Luckily I bought my phone completely, because if they don't cancel this fee I will find a better service elsewhere. I heard T Mobile actually pays bills to switch over but would have to look into it. Disgusted

Someone contacted me, whether someone who works for ATT or an independent contractor, stating that they wanted to give me a FREE upgrade with no additional costs. I was actually going to cancel my account then, but I took the offer. HOWEVER, they did not express a charge for installation or extending my contract, which I would have NEVER agreed to because I was unsatisfied with the service, but only because they offered a free upgrade, I wanted to give ATT another chance. Then they charged me with over $300 in set-up fee's and now they're telling me that my contract has been extended. I don't mind paying the fee. It's the principle. As a business owner, this is very low-level customer service and I have been a loyal customer for many years now. I do not recommend ATT.

I am living overseas. Today I called ATT about problems with my international plans from my 3 month visit in the USA. I was transfered to Zolanda and I was totally blown away by her care, patience, and dedication to help her customers solve their problems. After several rough experiences with ATT service, this was so refreshing and unexpected. I still am very unpleased with how ATT has way overcharged me this past few months and has not given me the refund that I need, but with employees like Zolanda working for you, it gives a better future for company. She's truly an angel and I give her 20 stars and more! Rachel

I was promised a trade in value for my iPhone 6s 64 GB excellent condition of $150, which was to be $5 a month off the price of my new iPhone 11. I have called several times and they promised to fix it and never did. So they refurbish trade ins and resell them and give customers squat! My service is also crappie.

Terrible, I was lied to in every aspect. I switched from Verizon because they said bill would be $20 a month cheaper than Verizon when regular bill takes place in a couple months. Ended up at the same price. While I was waiting for my first normal bill, I was talked into getting AT&T TV with salesman saying that it required one box and my other TVs would work with Roku, went home set up with box and found that it didn't work with Roku. Returned next day and cancelled TV service only to find that they continued billing me for 6 months. I will switch to another carrier as soon as I can and never deal with AT&T again.

I have had AT&T wireless for years now, all the way back when it was still Cingular wireless. I have never had a problem with them. Compared to a few of my friends, my bill is a little higher, but I am happy with my service and I am fine with paying a little more for it. The few times I had issues, like when a phone was broken, or a phone was stolen, they were very helpful. Every time I have been in the store I have had excellent service. The sales people have always been good with explaining things in detail to me, and helping me find the best phone and plan for my situation. I am a very skeptical person, especially with sales people, but I have never felt like I was being pushed into a sale here. I have had other carriers in the past that I was not happy with. I have nothing but good things to say about AT&T wireless.

A big thanks to all of AT&T for having such an amazing representative with you. I suggest a bonus and/or promotion! This is based on my evaluation just working with her. She's worth so much and has the skills qnd knowledge to build in this industry. I wouldnt let this gem slip away. I guarantee she will only add value to thw entirety of AT&T and to a position you may need some good help in! You guys won the competition, hands down. 5 stars, Hafeezah, relax a little! I know you're giving your all in this position. I Appreciate the compassion for customers I've experienced. That's rare these days. The gain of Respect that AT&T has won yesterday is valuable. I live in rural Mendocino County and have ATT DSL "high-speed" internet. Speedtests routinely show speed at 4-5 mbps and in the evening speeds are consistently throttled down to levels 1-3 and streaming, even on a single device is often compromised. 5 years of complaining, replacing equipment, and excuses do nothing to improve the situation. Ironically, the main fiber optic cable through the area to the coast runs through the property I live on. ATT service reps give the same scripted answers when reached. What gives!? Unfair practices to throttle speeds in certain areas.

Att will take your money and give you a service lass then what they offer and promise customer service will keep you on the line to the point you just give up. If you don't just give up they will simply lie to you and them play dumb and the whole process will start from the beginning asking you what number your calling from the complete waste of your money do not use Att they have lost myself and family today due to the fact that they chose to treat a customer of 20 years like they didn't want my business. This was not an Acute incident this has been ongoing today was just a climax they will never have my business again and I will do everything in my power to ensure they don't get any other business for future customers they don't deserve anybody's business because they don't treat us as customers they treat us as a paycheck that's it which is fine take my money give me the service you state you'll give me that's the problem They can't screw AT&T

I cant even put into words how frustrated I am with this whole situation. Long story short, we were promised BOGO for the iPhone 8s after 6 months. We are now going on 10 months and I get stonewalled every time I call. The phone service is terrible too. It may cost us to get out of this situation but I feel it may be worth it in the end. I have been with AT&T for almost 20 years and feel its time to go unless my issue is resolved. Im sure my five measly lines will mean nothing to them anyway.

As a longtime AT&T U-verse customer, I switched my wireless service to AT&T in early December 2021. I have not seen a wireless bill - but i signed up for autopay so they are being paid - I cannot successfully log into my wireless account, cannot merge my accounts, cannot get assistance via customer "service".
Wait times are 30 minutes to get the first line help with no short cut knowing this person cannot help me. Once they realize they cannot help me, I'm switched to another level of help (today i heard the group was the Digital Assistance group) but in every case, no one picks up by the time reaches 1 hour. I work full time so dont have more than an hour a day to spend on hold. Today was my 3rd day doing that.

I was never told I'd have a bill 3x larger than I was told for the first month. Then they were charging me 2 weeks of service I haven't yet used. How can they do that. I had to call and complain and finally got my account credited more than 50% of the bill. Now I see my bill is $75.00 instead of $50.00 and I have yet to see my employee discount or the auto pay discount applied to my account... I'll be leaving AT&T real soon. Shady $#*! company with the billing! Then I get attitude from the customer service reps when I call... probably because all they hear is complaints from customers who are getting ripped off! Rediculousness! Ridiculousness!

Be careful with extra fees being added on to your bill.

Beware of AT&T sales scammers, liars, con-artists who will happily defraud U. Two AT&T salesmen defrauded me, by giving me inaccurate quotes for cell /wireless service. There are many good reasons why their score is incredibly low! So, first sales guy@ Target said my mo. Bill would be $50., he assured me that was accurate & I signed up. Then I stopped to double ck on the $50 quote & was told no, it will be about $70/mo. My bill was $400 & I'd already pd fees at both places. FORGET about getting help at AT&T! They'll keep u on the phone for MANY hours and do NOTHING for you. If u are NOT talking to the BILLING dept. The call is a BIG JOKE! And, Beware! AT&T will sign u up for 2 or more lines w/o telling U! The company is the WORST, most corrupt that I've ever run into in 50 years! Worse than the corrupt car mechanics! What a nightmare. I went back to
T mobile that gives accurate billing info. And NEVER a problem. If scammed by AT&T keep track of every call & all you pr time dealing w/ the nightmare, so u can bill them for your time, then file a dispute, then file for an arbitration hearing, & if that doesn't work, then small claims court. If they ruin your credit score by lying to u AT&T can be sued for that, and many other issues, like being defrauded. Google "sue AT&T".

AT&T has refined the art of the steal. So, Avoid AT&T - your sanity may depend upon it!

I used their phone ‘til I realized I’d been conned at AT&T, then I promptly returned it. Normal return period is 2 weeks w/ no leeway. Keep tracking info & emails. But in the event of a scam like mine, the rules should be different. They have the phone but are billing me $729.00 for it.
They are also billing me for service & late fees long after the phone was returned.

My experience with ATT has to always be confronted with charges for things/options I never ordered or fees that were never quoted. I spent countless hours with their billing department arguing about billing abuses they finally had to correct. Latest offence: they quoted in writting an option that would have brought my monthly bill to $266. I placed the order. Then ATT said sorry now it will be $280/month... I canceled my order and I will now remove all my lines from ATT. When I think ATT I cannot help but think "Crooks".

I was promised a promo for a $1000 for my I phone 12pro. I had issues getting my phone cleared and went back into the AT&T store multiple times and they let me know that I can get extended to a 45 day. I came in on Friday which would've been day 42 of my extensions and they told me that they're no longer going to honor my promotion which means that I now have to pay $1000 for a phone that I didn't necessarily want because they sold me on the upgrade, I'm now stuck in a two-year contract and have two phones that I upgraded and get to pay over $200 a month on. AT&T cannot deliver what they say they're going to and seem to be tied with saying they can't do anything every single time I try to talk to anyone on any of their support teams or "loyalty" department. They told me they weren't able to honor it. When we told them that are they willing to lose a customer over this gentleman on the phone and in the store said unfortunately in this case there's nothing they can do. There was no creativity or problem-solving whatsoever. It definitely feels like they do not care about their customers, and they are not willing to bend the two of their customers are needing.

The service is terrible. I switch from this company after my service was down and they did not show up for an appointment three times. When I complained I had missed work because of their incompetence (when I checked the service status it said the appointment would happen) until it switch to asking if I was inquiring about the service visit they had made. No one ever showed up. Costumer service lied and said they would show up the next time. They didn't show up. As soon as my contract was up I ran from this company. Beware do not lock yourself in. You will be sorry if you do.

If I could give it a zero rating, I would. They have the worst customer service with no heart. We have been fighting for the incorrect billing numbers past 5 months and still they did not resolved it. Each time we call them they lie about what they talked earlier and dont make notes in the account. We had to repeat the same story over and over and over each time. They dont have recorded sessions nor a legal department to talk to. They pulled us into a promotion for third line saying it will reduce our bill and when we checked out invoice, our bill increased. We returned the third line with in 14 days and we called them to cancel the line. They did not cancel the line nor made notes. When we checked back with them in a month after we saw the bill again, they say we did not return the phone and they charged us for 3 months even though the store talked to them saying we returned the phone. They cancelled the line after 3 months but no credit yet. BIG LIARS! PLEASE DONT SIGNUP FOR ATT.

My bill is normally around $130 for my iphone. This month it's $212 because I went over my data?!…. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that it's gone up that much in ONE month? How could I use that much more data when I literally haven't changed anything, and I actually use my phone LESS. I hate this company with a passion and I need advice on which of their competitors to switch to.

Recently I made a payment I failed to pay on the exact day of my scheduled payment paid 2 days later but paid still had a payment arrangement set up they cut off the phones cause they said the first arrangement was broken didn't allow me to pay half had to pay whome bill this company is so, bogus I can't believe that even mangers are not helpful I had the worse morning with this company I'm not on the AT&T but if I could port all my lines I would, they're so unreasonable never have any suggestions to help u like, Verizon I've been with for years I luv their service & im treated with respect with them they're truly family oriented & respectful to all customers never had issues with them I highly recommend them over at& T for any type service

I had been a loyal AT&T customer for 35+ years. I had a fire that destroyed my home. I suspended my service due to the fire. Every 6 months AT&T would start rebilling me. I had to explain that the house was not rebuilt yet. They would suspend for another 6 months. This went on for 18 months. The house is finished and I am ready to get service. Then a new bill charging me for the burned modem. Over 35 years of service and this is how AT&T wants to treat loyalty. I guess that works both ways. I am so disappointed in AT&T's lack of compassion.

I've called countless times and out of about 15 people only about 2 of them gave me quality customer service. I had an issue with my service where I couldn't use my phone due to service issues. But I didnt know that till about 15 days out after reaching out to them countless times. One woman even told me I had to figure it out myself. I do not recommend being that the customer service is very poor.

The wifi is absolutely trash, when I play games I get 200 normal ping and with t-mobile I got as low as 50 I would go back to t-mobile but I can't I absolutely hate this bad internet service it is just sucky overall

At&t lied to me about giving me credit for internet service I didn't have and then they put late fees on to it. They interrupted my service so I had to go on and pay it. When I find a internet service cheaper I will leave. They are dishonest. You shouldn't have to pay for service when it is off because of a ice storm.

I have had the WORST experience EVER when I tried to move my cellular services to AT&T. The customer service lady I talked to on the phone first lied to me by saying I could move my phone number from my Verizon account without having the phone paid for. She mailed me the AT&T chip for the phone only to realize 4 DAYS later without my phone, which was deactivated because AT&T was trying to activate their chips in the Butte, MT store and could NOT get the number moved, which ultimately left me without my phone that I use for both personal and work! Now AT&T is calling, emailing and texting me wanting me to pay $305 for their services...that I NEVER even had functioning. Please everyone do not believe AT&T when calling the phone number to start using them.its a major scam!
