AT&T sold me a watch that is not compatible with my phone. After 6 months of trying to sync the 2 devices they finally gave up and offered me half off the balance of an upgrade on my phone. The sold me a $360 watch and only gave me $80 credit...will never recommend AT &T to anyone worst company and customer service...
Very horrible. Unacceptable Internet for what you pay for it I personally want to switch I can't Ethan watch TV on my phone because it's too slow. I really do not like this provider. I think this is off wish.com. I hope that they have money to buy more so tired for this horrible unacceptable. You not giving people this horrible stuff
I bought a phone thru at&t and my service provider was first net. I paid my phone off and they gave me an unlock code so I could switched over to T mobile and I've been without service for 5 days because they gave me the wrong code. Iam completely locked out and it's asking for an m c k code that no one can provide me with not at&t nor first net or even Samsung. I need help unlocking my Samsung ultra 21 android.
The lady at the store said you got 14 day to cancel I did in 3 day and now they said it can take up to a month. They lie. Now my son cant put minutes on his phone because at t want cancel the contract. We all need to come together and sue at t because they probably got over millions of people.
I switched to AT&T because I thought customer service was bad at Cricket. Boy,was I mistaken! First when you call them, they ask you several questions like what's your phone number. I mean they are a phone company! They can't see the number I'm calling from? Then after I tell the person that speaks poor English,I don't have the right department! So I'm on hold while they connect me to yet another number. I tell this department my concern. If you have a business account & you wish to talk about a credit there's yet another number to talk to! So I'm on hold again while they switch me. By this time it's 7 pm & they are closed! And this is like the 5th time I've tried to take care of this. It's absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend using this company at all! Evidently you have gotten so big & so rich,customers don't even matter to you!
Purchased 3 phones and paid them off which they can see,but being that I currently have a balance they refuse to unlock any of the phones that are completely paid for. This is so crappy because all that I paid off the phone it's still really not mine.
I returned my phone still mange to charge 315 called to fixed the issue more then 3 time all the calls said they wouldn't charge come up today they took 683 call said they'll issue a complaint yet supervisor has me on hold over more then a hour
AT&T is horrible. Impossible to talk to anyone and get resolution. They are a scam. Talk to anyone of their employees and they will say the same. Capital greed. Account holder has been deceased for 4 years and AT&T refuses to stop invoicing even after death certificate shown.
Worst service I have ever used. I have had it for 3 weeks and it has barely worked. It's worked with no problems for maybe 3 days in that time. They've sent out 2 technicians who have not solved the problem. I've spent at least 10 hours on customer service calls. Customer service is horrible. They do not understand your problem and make no attempts to make it better. The only thing they will do is schedule a technician that you have to wait for for several days. Oh and I'm being charged for all of this too. I have a full month's bill for about 3 days worth of service.
App never works. Website hardly ever works. You have the "ability" to control certain things when it comes to your account, but getting the site or app to pull up to do it is such a pain, you rather not bother with it. I'm done with the aggravation and will be changing providers.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
