Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
Predatory capitolism! These ignorant, worthless people are PRICE GOUGING THE POOR! The ACP program from THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is not good enough for them... they need MORE MONEY!... with a 2.1 rating, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! $#*! AT&T RIGHT IN THEIR ASSES!
Tip for consumers:
Go ANYWHERE else!

Extremely poor navigation. NEVER resolves any issues w/o having to recurr to a call or intervention with an online agent. This after MULTIPLE personal uses by me, the repeated opinions of other, third party, persons AND EVEN ATT personnel at ATT physical offices.
Products used:
Multiple phones. Been a client since the 80's BUT the mobile app is worse than useless, and brings down my ratings on other aspects.

I RECENTLY GOT AN ATT "DEAL" AT $49 MONTH FOR FIBER. THEY NEEDED TO LAY CABLE, BUT DIDN'T BURY THE CABLE. INSTEAD, JUST PLACED IT UNDER GROUND COVER. RODENS CHEWED THE CABLE AND I LOST INTERNET. I TOOK PICTURES ANTICIPATING THIS PROBLEM. ATT HAD TO LAY DOWN NEW CABLE AND CHARGED ME $99. NOW I HAVE A NEW UNBURIED CABLE SITTING THERE FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS TRYING TO GET THEM BACK I HAVE SPENT AT LEAST 8 HOURS TO CLEAR THIS UP WITH NO HELP. VERY FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY. AFTER ALL THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY $99 EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. ALL CALLS GO OVERSEAS AND AFTER HOURS ON HOLD, TRANSFERED, THEN GET LOST AND START OVER AGAIN. I AM STUCK WITH THE CONTRACT, BUT WANTED TO WARN YOU ALL ABOUT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND UNFAIR TREATMENT.

ATT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS! Been WITH THEM SINCE July 3rd AND HAD TO CALL 22 TIMES SO FAR! I HAVE ONLY HAD THREE OUT OF OUR FOUR PHONE LINES TRANSFER OVER FROM VERIZON. PROBABLY SPENT AT LEAST FIVE HOURS TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS. MY TIME AND STRESS DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM...

2nd time being with at&t fiber in 2 states. Both experiences are amazing. 0 dropouts from at&t, all issues have been national site specific ones. And what cable fails to realize is upload speed matters too, symmetric 1gig is the sweet spot for streaming, working and my Plex library.
Would like that I didn't HAVE to use their router, more so with higher speed options with the multi gig router not having passthrough. I have a Unifi network and can use sfp/sfp+ modules directly.

I am deploying to the Middle East in a month and canceled my Direct TV part of my package, but kept my internet. Although the process took awhile it seemed to have gone well, and was told there would be no issue. However, when i look at my bill the next month that was far off. First they hit me with a $150! Cancellation fee that I was NEVER BRIEFED ON! Second, they still have not altered my monthly payments to show that I am not paying for DIRECT TV. Somehow I am paying more despite cancelling the direct TV. Finally, Since cancelling Direct TV they have been throttling my internet, or have drastically reduced it's speed. This will be my fourth attempt to upload this post, and originally started writing this because I do not have enough bandwidth to download a singular photo from my email to my desktop. Seriously AT&T if there were any other options for internet I would not be with you.

Very unsatisfied customer the AT&T representative Jessica Nieto said I would get $800 in rewards for changing my services from T-Mobile. Rewards were supposed to pay off my T-Mobile phones and I didn't receive my rewards because representative did not enter my apartment number so rewards got stolen and i cannot get them replaced I was denied. So now I am stuck with this big bill with T-Mobile, would have never changed my services if I had known.

They are the worst company to ever deal with. I switched over to them from sprint but baby was that the worst choice ever. I should have stayed where I was I have a buy account and I pay about 400 dollars a month I have also added protection for my devices and home and they literally have no loyalty. They don't stand behind there word. Quick to take your money but don't stand behind what they promise. I changed my lil brothers number because he was being bullied in school and they charged 36 dollars for a first time number change. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT THIS POINT ID RATHER GO PREPAID. The representatives hang up in your face and don't call back they tell you anything to get you off the phone and always have a way to charge you for something new. The bill never stays the same.

Don’t start with them, you will end up feeling trapped

I have been with AT&T for years over 15 at least, and my whole family is with them. In a pandemic they no longer offer any grace period on paying your mobile service. I am self employed and I noticed they have tagged a late fee on my account of $7 ever month, even when I pay the next day. I owe them no money and there is no past due amount, but if you pay the next day it's consider past due. The customer service rep. Told me in July of 2020 guys they stopped their Grace period Really! In a Pandemic were the world is hurting At&T says WE Don't Care we just want your money. I was also told the payment was not being posted until days later. Now I pay online through AT&T account it says the day you are paying but they do not post your payment until days later and the say it is the customers fault. I think not I bank with Chase they have all my account information for years now but it's my fault they do not post the payment. SUCH A SCAM I am through with them.
When you find out a company no longer cares about the customers guys its time to get the hell out of there. It is to many providers that would love to have your loyalty especially now,

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Operators quote you prices, etc to get you locked in. Then when the bill comes and it's more than you were quoted they won't do anything about it! It's sad. I was with T-Mobile fpr years but had to switch because of service issues. Wow. Biggest mistake ever. If you are considering switching but haven't done it yet, DON'T DO IT. Way over priced and theybhave archaic upgrade practices. WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER. Very sad im stuck with them for TWO YEARS

AT&T wireless is suspending service and charging a $45.00 "restoral" fee during a pandemic. People are weeks or months behind on unemployment, sitting at home in limbo. Way to go AT&T...

Cancelled my service because AT&T cancelled Newsmax
Direct TV and AT&T are de-platforming Newsmax. AT&T claims they made the decision for cost-cutting reasons, despite paying out massive sums in cable licensing fees to leftist channels with lower ratings.
After having been a loyal customer for over 16 years, I am dropping AT&T today.

I've had the WORST experience with AT&T. My roommate had at&t and ended up moving out and moving her service. All I needed was a router everything else was set up. I learned after I had someone dispatched to set up my internet that I could have had them send over a router and do self set up because all he had to do was plug in the router. I then called to see if I could switch to self set up or see if I could get out of $100 of paying someone to PLUG IN A ROUTER. And the lady I talked to on the phone was extremely rude to me and belittled me. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in the service industry and I'm always aware of service. Shame on you AT&T for your customer service I'm now on the lookout for a new provider and want everyone to know how bad my experience was. I'll be writing reviews on yahoo and Facebook and twitter. Customers shouldn't be treated that way.

I have never dealt with an organization so unorganized uncaring incompetent.
Use ANY phone company possible - this company has gone to pot. Too many irons in the fire and you CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE SPEACH PERIOD.
I despise everything about att.
Terrible service they only know how to transfer calls 6-7-8 times until they lose you, the goal.

We used AT&T for my retired mother on a fixed income. Pricing was her biggest issue. If you did not keep an eye on your monthly bill, it would go up $10, $20, or $35. Their promotional rates were atrocious. You had to phone customer service every 12 months on the dot or your bill would be raised for an old lady with a fixed income. That wouldn't have been so bad except every time you called customer service: that phone call would take one hour and 20 minutes! This was my biggest gripe. Their customer service associates were based out of another country. English was not the reps first language. To answer any question they were required to read from a lengthy script. This is what made every phone call over an hour to solve the smallest of problems. T-Mobile moved into our area just this week and a friendly customer service rep literally knocked on our door. We were never so delighted to switch. Finally, good riddance AT&T. AND t-Mobile offered to pay any contractual debts that was left on our contract when we moved over from AT&T. What are you waiting for?!

I have been with them for a while and the customer appreciation sucks. They must be own by the government cause att don't care about nothing. They steal lie and cheat you out of whatever they can. The customer service representatives all need to be retrained or use a automated service cause they attitudes are nothing like Spectrum which I went to with a smile. Please avoid this company they will scam you for everything. No one knows they job. I spoke to a representative who said her name was Diana but I think that was a lie then I asked for a supervisor who name she said was James only to find out it was technical support and his name was Justin who sent me to the Loyalty department to end my account. Said the lady noted I wanted to leave I didn't at first I was just asking why my bill changed but I will since all yall have nasty attitudes and hate yall job. I think att needs to start over shut down and start fresh. This type of attitude must be all over the company long as they get paid they don't care about the customer. Find somewhere else unless u want to spend more than your car payment for a phone bill. T-mobile has one rate one price never change and you have your own personal customer service representatives and they are respectful. Verizon as well price my by high but better than att.

AT&T is getting worse every day I'm looking for another provider to replace them as soon as possible. They do updates on my phone at their convenience and give you absolutely no choice to refuse the updates. Then they change my settings and install apps I DO NOT NEED, WANT OR USE. I Believe some possibly several are Spyware. The latest update has changed my Messages app so that I can no longer see ANYTHING but the last message sent or received all important messages I wanted to keep this useless AT&T garbage has either deleted or hidden MY OWN PERSONAL MESSAGES THAT THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO DO

Outrageous fees. Lied to about how much a product would end up costing me. Asked for a payment extension because I'm ill with covid and can't work. Denied. Can't wait to get away from this company

The worst customer service among all the wireless service providers. I feel cheated being trapped as a new customer by offering deals without proper information and tied me for 30 months contract.
I purchased AT&T wireless an online promotion to receive $700 discount with iphone8 trade-in. When I completed my trade in process which took more than a month, I was informed to upgrade my plan which would increase my monthly billing amount by 20$ per month for 30 months.
I spoke to customer service about 10 times before trade-in but no one informed that Unlimited plan is required for this promotion, until they received my trade-in device. Now either i upgrade my plan or pay full amount of device. AT&T accounting manager's response on this is that initially we give full flexibility to our customers to choose what they want but we have a fine print at he bottom which states the terms and condition and it is customer's responsibility to read all terms and conditions before signing up not AT&T's customer reps. There system will not stop you from choosing the options which are not eligible for the promotions. I find this very misleading and a setup to attract new customers. Please opt for any other providers whose service is much better and way cheaper than AT&T and customer service is more supportive and reliable.

Should be a -10 if it was possible. We tried AT&T for our business. Please don't ever put your company through the torture they put have put us through. They DO NOT train their employees to assist on business accountants. The most ridiculous excuse for a phone company ever! Managed by monkeys! STAY AWAY FROM AT&T FOR BUSINESS, UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRAIGHT JACKET HANDY!

Had an Email account for 20+ year and my email password of 3rd would not work due to a glitch at AT&T, they would not clear or reset since I could not remember the stupid security questions from 20 years ago.

INTERNET ALWAYS BUFFING WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAST SPEED FIRE WIRE. AND MY HOME PHONE COSNTANTLY GOING UP. PACKAGE THEY PROMOTE ALWAYS GOES UP WITHIN A MONTH. NEVER WANT TO GIVE YOU A PACKAGE DEAL STATING THAT YOU HAVE THE BEST ONE. WHILE RAISING THE MONTHLY BILL. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISSATISFIED. NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.
