Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
Have 3 lines and transferred them to another carrier because AT&T customer service sucks! They are literally stuck on stupid and it was like he was training as he goes….

It was a very disappointed and cheated shopping. We bought the new iphone on 5/8/2020 at 7032 Hwy 70 S Nashville, TN *******. The manager of this store was trying to catch our client. We paid off all the phone purchases on 5/8/2020 and the manager promised that the iphone has been paid off and that there will be no additional charges and monthly charges. But from May, 2020 our AT&T billing increases Protect Advantage insurance charge and protect fee charge plus tax from these items total & 19.17/ monthly. It already continue two month. We called AT&T customer service many and many times and was told all this is the store manager's own set of deductions from our monthly bills on 5/8/2020 and will continue have 30 month for same charge. It's all cheating on sales. We hope to be able to communicate with the store to looking for a solution, this afternoon when we went to store to talk to their staff, they closed the store more than one hour for launch during business time. We waited more than 40 minutes outside the store in the heat. The extremely guilty and rude manager refused directly and then communicated, driving his customers out of the shop. I think it's a real shame of AT&T. That's why AT&T will close 250 stores, if AT&T still hire such an unreasonable, untrustworthy employee, their crisis is still behind.

I spoke to Ma Cristina she offer me a bogo promotion where I could get 2 watches I was going to pay one and I was going to get the second one for Free, I pay tax I receive one of the watches then I call coz I was missing the second one when I finally spoke to a vender to my surprise no I was going to pay for both I ask her to send me on email there was the promotion going on she did send it but they didn't accept it. To me the calls stealing.
Making you pay for something that you didn't even know. Lying to you about a sale. And I don't even want to talk about there prices $350 for 2 lines.

I waste MY valuable time EVERY month calling ATT to argue my bill that keeps going UP! It is WRONG that they are ALLOWED to treat customers so shabbily! I am the one with outages, trudging through snow and ice to clean off a DISH, with no service due to rain somewhere else... Bully companies need to GO! Heartless!

Signed up and was told transfer from horizon would be paid less. I signed all paperwork and was told I was going to get a phone before I left the store. Then after I transferred number and signed everything they told me they were out of phones but I was to get one in two days. 12 days later nothing. I went into store and they said they had no phones and all the paperwork I dis meant nothing and since promo wasn't available anymore I needed to now but the phones outright and monthly bill went up 55 dollars a month. Don't know how this could be happening since they lied and I signed contracts. Then the dumbasses don't end up canceling Verizon like they said so I was paying now 140$ more a month then if I would have just stuck with Verizon. Which i totally regret because Verizon customer service is a ton better. They must not hire Walmart greeters like ATT does. It has been 27 days now and my wife still has ent received her phone that they said they had after all this. We picked different phones and still nothing for anyone Att. Switching service again. Hope everyone does. Let Att get what they deserve

I have had non stop issues with ATT for a long time and no one is willing to help me with it. Back in Mar 26,2019. I went to my local AT&T store and traded in one of our phones. We were told we would receive a promotion for switching from a personal account to a business account and we would get 2 new iPhone 12 pros for free. We were then still charged full price. I tried calling AT&T over and over and they kept telling me different things. I was eventually told that since this was done at store level I needed to go back to the store because there were different discounts at the store level and over the phone. We were told that she did not see any discounts added when I made the switch though. We at that time created a claim. We also traded a phone in at the time and were supposed to get credit but it was never applied. I am very upset because I was talked into this deal and now everyone is acting like it didn't exist. I went back to the store and a staff member created another ticket and told me they would contact me when it was fixed. No one ever followed up. Now, almost 4 years later I still have not had this issue resolved.

Within 7 days I took back the S22 and asked to deactivate the plan package that I took because the service was very poor on my job site and my home. The girl at AT&T store took back the Samsung S22 and told me I have to call AT&T customer service to resolve getting back my Samsung S10e. They also charge my credit card $71.00 plus $134.90 Within the seven days time. Since then I have been calling AT&T customer service for help and no one seems to care in helping me. It's been over a month I've been calling every day and I haven't get my credit back on my card and never received back my trade in Samsung s10e to this day. I am left without my $800 phone and my credit card charges $205.90. AT&T robbed me without a mask. I lost over $1000 and no one can help me.

Awful.They destroyed 1/2 an acre of a front lawn by leaving cables and power cords everywhere for months to put in a land line (We lose power in the area and specified /paid for a land line). As the cords ran over 1/2 acre of grass for months, we could not use our irrigation system. When it was all over, we had $5000 worth of landscape expenses and an internet phone that won't work in a power outage -no landline. Every month I spend hours fighting over incorrect billing. I am holding now (59 minutes so far) because they threatened to disconnect all my services if I didn't pay a $285 bill for equipment that was returned 2 weeks ago (confirmed by UPS). They won't speak to you if the bill isn't paid- so I had to pay this inaccurate bill. If that causes financial distress, too bad. You may not contest a charge until you pay the contested amount. Period. When/if a refund/credit is issued, it won't go back to your card or checking account right away. You will wait. Every time. Right now, they have my over payment, they have their equipment (and have for two weeks), and as usual at ATT billing time, I'm at work not working,but on the phone with ATT. My employer just loves this. So does my supervisor. She's been answering my phone and hers for an hour now. I'll probably get a raise :)

I had AT&T services for less than 2 weeks. It was extremely poor quality and didn't work the whole time I had it, thus why I'm no longer with them. But that's not my main gripe with the company. My concern comes from the fact I've been done with their services for more than a month at this point, (cancelled and equipment returned) and they decided to take $116 out of my bank account. I called to find out exactly why this was done and was told it was due to a "dispatch fee" from when a tech visited my home for repairs. I had issues with my connection and was told I WOULD NOT be billed for the visits since it wasn't my fault yet they decided to do it anyway over a month later. Now I'm having to wait another 2 weeks before my money they literally stole from me will be returned. If you're reading this and haven't acquired their services yet, do yourself a favor and just don't. It's going to be much more of headache and you'll just end up canceling anyway. Even the tech who came to my house advised me of how awful they are, that's really saying something.

I have only had ATT internet for one month and it has already went down. I work from home, my service stop working on a Wednesday night I called Thursday Morning they set up an appointment for Friday 2-4 they never showed up. I kept calling for a status they said it was assigned to Joshua and he's not answering so he must be on his way. He never showed up Then they wanted to reschedule me Monday 2-4 so they now want me to Lose 3 days of pay. I asked for a manager they said they manager Chuck would call me back never got a call. Now I have called back and on this call for almost an hour trying to get a resolution. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!

They do not tell you about the small print details, explaining their 1,000 pay off for your old phone. It's 36 months stuck with them while they give you a small portion of that money each month towards the 1,000 for trading in your phone. They have HIDDEN FEES, your bill is NEVER THE SAME PRICE. This Company IS NOT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, just call customer service and see how long you wait, hope they speak decent English or you will have to translate for them. ATT YOU CAN KS MYAS

I've had t mobile for nearly 10 years before switching to Att all because I wanted a newer phone while keeping the same bill as my previous provider! WORST DECISION EVER I never have service, my phone run slower than before and it always says 5G but seems to be running on 4G as soon as I'm done paying off my phone I'm switching back to T-Mobile!

I had to switch to them because T-mobile doesn't work very well in where I live.
They never shipped me the SIM card I needed, so I had to go into the store, after paid for their service for a month without being able to use it (they also overcharged me $99 installation fee, took me 30 mins on the phone to get the money back). When I'm porting my number to AT&T, their customer service took their sweet time to deactivate my temporary number, before activating my new number. Which caused our phone call to cut off, because the temporary number I used to call them doesn't work anymore. I had to walk into their store third time in the week to activate the number. I CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN BE THIS STUPID.

Have had 5 lines for over 10 yrs. Daughter went in to get new phone and create her own account.Told her she would have to get new #? She did because Noone explained she just needed to get my password. She now has new number and I'm still getting charged for old line because I guess it was my fault for not calling and my daughters an idiot that should have known. Basically what I was told. They WILL NOT take charges off for phone that you can Cleary see has not been used before 6/22/23. Because again my daughter "the idiot" should have known to cancel the previous line or if she had been an authorized user she could have. Not one person at the store told her that's all she had to do. Call me, I would've given the code, she'd be off our bill and kept her old number. But she's an idiot (att representative) and should've known and should've questioned why she couldn't keep her phone number. In no way will they take her dead phone off my bill that you can clearly see hasn't been used for over 3 weeks because we're just "idiots" and it's our fault. Att is the worst!
