“No rewards as they are offered!”

Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!

I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.

NEVER USE AT&T THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I have always had issue with them and they keep charging me money and turning my phone off without reason. Everytime I call in or use their chats they are saying oh its fixed or I put it in your chart what we are doing and it is NEVER NEVER NEVER in there and i'm just pushed off to pushed over and hung up on. YOU WAIT 30 PLUS minutes on hold to get a 5 second phone call for them to say we can't do anything for you. SUPER Unhappy with them and they will not give me a supervisor or anyone to deal with. I don't see how in the world they can be ever credited for being a "GOOD PHONE COMPANY" I would not recommend them what so ever to anyone.

When you trade the phone for a promotion, and if your phone is in good condition, TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF IT. I did traded mine and was in perfect condition, not even a scratch. They just gave me $350 for promotion out of 1000, saying phone was damaged when evaluated by 3rd party wendor, but sales rep was surprised how phone in great condition. Now I don't have any proof and have to take $650 loss.

Hi everyone
It was my mistaken to change my carrier to AT&T, since two moths I was enrolled to ATT, never get any good services, they didn't give me internet but charge me for services, its two months, im everyday on the phone to solve the problem, but no anybody can help. When I called att for service then they passed me to another person or gave me another phone number just play game to me, after that I trying to find lawyer bring them to the curt, its two months I don't have life always on the phone with att, just recommend don't involve yourself to AT&T
And also for phone when you going somewhere the phone doesn't have any services,

I had been with att for over 10 years with no problems until I decided to add my family to my plan. I was promised so much and none of it was true. From price all the way to the nonexistent 5g network that we were required to buy all new phones for. I have spent over 100 hours on the phone with them since march, and, even though I have cancelled my service, I still have had to spend at least an hour every day trying to get it all straightened out. The customer service structure is a joke. You can't actually get anything taken care of in the store, but you absolutely cannot trust what phone representatives say. I was told different prices for the same service 6 calls in a row. When I went to cancel my service I was required to go through their customer retention team and they absolutely do not care about retaining customers. They said that it was me who was wrong this whole time, and that it had nothing to do with att representatives. I'm done wasting my time attempting to get things done with them.

My mom recently switched to at&t and the WiFi is horrible our phones don't work neither computers or iPads and my mom was on the phone with them for like 2 hours to get help with the WiFi Horrible Service! We will be switching back to Xfinity.

There are more outages than time that my internet is online. I'm fed up with this and not sure if I'm going to use AT&T anymore. I don't not recommend this provider.

After 20yrs as a loyal customer I have had enough, I asked to have my tablet shut off in Aug. Sales rep tried to give me a lesser charge I said no, next billing i was charged the lesser amount and the tablet was still active. Asked again to have it shut off and credit give. Tablet was not shut off until October and I was charged for sept billing and everyone I talked to at ATT refused to give me a refund for the two months. I quit ATT and I have filed a formal complaint with the State of Maine Customer Protection Bureau

After less than a month and havng been forced to use AT&T and Drect Tv, my internet is down and I have to wait 3 DAYS! To have a technician fix it!
Knowing AT&T incompetence I doubt if that will happen.
Really miss my 23 years with Comcast!

ATT customer service is TERRIBLE.Cannot stream on my service even throuhgh I pay alot of monet for my cable service. Trying to bundle my parents service and get help with cable was a NIGHTMARE. Constantly transferred to different departments as you can tell they are not trained properly and you can barely understand people on various headsets. I will be transferring to T-Mobile as they have always had great customer service and lower locked pricing at this point.

The internet service is very bad. The phone service is bad. I was on VERIZON 5G had a S21. Went to AT&T 5G. There is no comparison AT&T doesn't even come close. My wife is from Ukraine and she says her phone service and internet service was better in Ukraine.

"Non-Contract Policies"
I called on 06/01/2023 rougly 10am MST after calling in January and again in November to try to do the same thing, I have 2 lines. 1 under contract and 1 that hasn't been for 3+ years. All I wanted to do was keep my phone number from my phone that I have had the same # for over 17 years. Wouldn't even let me talk to a manager. Mortici was the gentleman's name. Horrible "policies" how pathetic that you can't even help a customer of almost 20 years. As long as ATT benefits it's ok that you lose this 1 customer. I do want you to know that I oversee 141 stores with approximately 300 people per location. I will be letting everyone know how I was pushed off as a problem and a simple task of working around the issues you would have had a very happy customer that has influence on who we get discounts through employer and has a lot of infuence on the community. I hope it was worth it!

THEY KEEP TRYING TO TAKE MONEY OUT FOR A BILL AND I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD ATT I LET THEM KNOW AND EVEN GAVE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE RESPONSE IS THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US AND THEY DON'T CARE IF I HAD THE ACCOUNT NAME. BUT SEEINGS THEY WONT FLAG OR STOP IT IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THEM

I was on the prepaid plan for about a year and wanted to upgrade my iPhone 8 so the ladies at my local store did what they could to get me a new phone and some discounts. One discount was the ACP program for low income people, then the special they were running for the iPhone 13 was for $10 monthly instead of $20. I was accepted by the ACP program back in April which is supposed to take $30 off my bill according to conversations I had with customer service over the phone. Then I got my bill- it's been $92 every month since April. I called many times to get this figured out but was told to wait till the next billing cycle for it to kick in. Now it's July. They now tell me that I don't qualify for the ACP program because I'd have to switch to their most expensive plan. I also don't qualify for the $10 instead of $20 payments for the phone itself because they're denying that it was even a promotion! It's still a promotion! WHAT?! The employees in the store have even called with me right there to explain that they're giving me the wrong information and they absolutely refuse to budge and make things right. If I could afford a new phone I'd switch immediately but I can't. So I'm stuck. Now I have to go back in and find a way to lower my bill which will consist of taking the insurance off my phone and going to a lower data plan. I'm absolutely floored at their lack of customer service. They care NOTHING about making their customers happy and upholding their own promotions! I want everyone I know to hear about how awful their service is. If you're thinking of starting with AT&T JUST DONT.

I have been screwed by att for the last time they dobt give a hoot about you me and my grandson was watching cartoons and my service goses off. So I call my bill was 157 I made arrangements to pay that. Sent them 80 dollres ans then turned around and sent them 40 my next due date with them wouldve3been the 29th but that cut me off. I had norhing but a bad experience with this company since I've been with them. Att needs to be shut down

Should be 0 Stars.
After 20+ years of autorenew, NFL Sunday Ticket did not autorenew this year - I only found out on 18-Sep. ATT investigated all day on 18-Sep and called me to confirm that the problem was with autorenew, informing me minutes after NFL Sunday Ticket wrapped up for the day. ATT offered to restore NFL Sunday Ticket, but declined to provide a credit for missed service for Week 2. So for less than 25$, they will lose my internet service, satellite dish service, NFL Sunday Ticket, and land line service (>$300/month) because of these inflexible policies. This seems to be the antithesis of customer service.

The telecommunications behemoth it at it again with their shenanigans. Their trying not wanting to maintain the copper landlines, so the CPUC granted their wish by allowing them to abandon the old tip and ring copper lines. They no longer want to be the COLR (Carrier of last resort) so they appealed to the state and got their wish granted. Some of these public "servants" on the utility commission are ex ATT execs, so they go through the motions and want they want is usually granted, i.e. Hike in phone bills. The service in my neighborhood was down on 1-21-24. ATT stated it was an area wide "outage" and they sent text messages to customers that stated "our technicians are working on the problem and we should have it repaired by this date." That "date" came and left. I called customer "service", they said they're still working on the problem and that they should have it fixed by 1/25/24 in a text. I talked to them over the phone and discovered that they were upgrading the lines from copper to fiber and all phone lines will be converted to VOIP. First it was and "outage" bumped up to an "upgrade". I received a letter from ATT seeking a permission to absolve themselves from the COLR. The process was a formality and the ATT began shutting down the network without prior notification to their subscribers. As of this writing, service is still down. ATT did not notify customers months in advance of this impending network shutdown. It was sloppily and unprofessionally handled by them by leaving thousands of customers stranded without phone or internet service. They lied in the process by calling it in an "outage" when in reality it was an unannounced network upgrade. According to a phone conversation I had with them on 1-26-27, service won't be restored until 2-29-24. Adding insult to injury, they had the nerve to send me a bill for February. No ATT, I'm not paying you for service I didn't get and I advise anyone in this same position with these criminals to call them up and demand a credit your entitled to it under the law. I used my mobile phone to communicate with them from service by a different carrier. The federal government needs to break up ATT again into baby bells so the consumer can have a better choice.

My equipment was packed away and I could not return it by the deadline, so the charged me $300, which is fine. The representative told me I would receive a refund if I mailed it in, so I carefully packed the equipment, carefully bubble wrapped it as to make sure it would get there safety, because I really needed that $300.

After about 8 calls and 8 representatives and weeks time, I still could not receive my $300 back. They confirmed they had received the equipment, but they said I needed to call their financial services because they didn't see what they needed on their record.

WORD OF ADVISE: if they promise you you will get your $300, they will make it almost impossible. I never got my $300 back, but they got their equipment safe and sound, so they got to keep the $300 AND got their equipment back. I feel like a sucker and a loser, and I will never for the rest of my life use At&t again for ANYTHING.

This is the worst phone service ever, and we tried all of them, They charge several times in 1 month for service, we just paid $255. Bucks and then they turned the phones off and said they need $300 and some more, in 1 month AND,, you can't get ANY customer service and no1 ever knows anything, we are for sure going back to boost, they had th e best service, so far I WOULD GO ANY WHERE ELSE THAN HERE. Iv had this phone for about a year and I still can't have service to my play store so I can't download ANYTHING. I would recommend to EVERYONE DO NOT GO HERE THEY SUCK, FREE PHONES ARE BETTER THAN THIS DUMB COMPANY STAY CLEAR OF HERE I GIVE THEM A BELOW ZERO

I have moved and keep scheduling appointments with AT&T they give you appointments you either work from home have to go in I can't do either one but 3 day they don't show up it's ridiculous I take out of work miss getting paid and can't work from home either it's sad

Months i just stopped the payments after i did everything they asked me to, i think they are using this to rip people off, i went to the att store, they told me to do it, noone could help me, many fone calls to customer service later and $2000 dollars later i stopped the cc payments, then they hit my credit rating, so unfair

About a month ago I had to call AT&T customer service. After waiting over an hour for a call back, I was put on hold for over another hour. The representative tried to tell me that there was no reason I needed a new phone, and how great his iPhone 6 is and that's what I should get - it's 2021 idiot, I don't need to upgrade to a four generation past phone.
When he finally was willing to transfer me to a supervisor, and I waited another 45 minutes, I started telling the supervisor what was going on and he flat out hung up on me. My entire morning wasted.
Fast forward almost a month-I have a question about my account that I have to ask a human being. I called and was told it was about a 35 minute wait and I could request a call back, which I did. That was an hour and a half ago - I've gotten nothing. AT&T used to have really good customer service when you called, including people answering their calls in the United States who I could understand and really listens to the issues. Now it seems they have clowns who you may or may not even be lucky to get a callback from. What the hell is going on?
