Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
Att sucks they say your bill is one amount then they double with all this bull$#*! just to get more money so the can blow me one mad as hell customer

Don’t do it

1st of all its next t impossible to get beyond their xmcall center. In order to have your problem addressed. It will sometimes take so much time that you finally give up. While the people in the call centers are very pleasant, their job is to try tosl you something. And oh yes! Most of what they offer has no relation to what your problem is and may not be available to you anyway. I've been a loyal customer of att since we had Southwestern Bl and Att handled long distance. Well my last nerve had been hit too many time. I've been overcharged for internet usage out of no where. Nothing has changed in the 3+ years I've had the service. Now out of now where we're blowing through our data limit in one day. The tech came out and could find bmno problems. The issue is with whatever system they're udmsing to calculate data used.My 100 year old day was charge $600 for one month. They will not fix the issue and the call centers are useless. I intend to find another option. I don't like change and I would love for this to work out but it wont. Just be careful. I feel scamed.

I was a loyal customer of ATT for about 6 years, give or take. I parted ways with them on May 6th 2022. I had both internet and cable with them. Like every relationship it started great. I started at about $120 a month or so. Can't complain. Good internet, great TV line up. Then gradually an increase in the bill. Then another. Finally toward my parting with Then I was at $220 a month and once hitting $250. That's a car payment for good sakes. So anyways. Found another carrier. Easier on the pocket. Waaaay faster internet. So I called on Friday the 6th. My pay period was about half way there. So I asked the girl for being a loyal customer for so many years if there was a way to prorated it. She said she would speak to her manager and after about 5 minutes on wait... GREAT NEWS! "For being a loyal customer we will stop service today and prorate the balance. Yesterday Wednesday May 11th... my bank account... full payment $220. Wow. Beware peeps. ATT has really gone from for the people to $$$. Really peeps. Watch your monthly bills. Don't fall for their bs. When you are a loyal customer like any relationship its all hunky dorry. Call and cancel and let them show you their true colors. Highly disappointed.

If I could rate AT&T a 0, I would. They ruined our yard & our neighbor's while burying cable. We got the run around trying to get the right dept. I was told to speak to someone in Risk Management then later told their employees have to email RM to contact them. Everyone wanted to hear my story but no one could resolve the damage done to our yard. Just a transfer. Every time we call, we're on hold for 30 minutes. Then transferred and another 30 minutes. We were told to talk to someone in risk management/damage control but it seems that department doesn't exist because every person we talk to get all the information as the person before them, then they transfer us again. I was informed to check my claim on their claims site (mysedgwick.com). It doesn't work. Whenever I enter the Case ID I get a message, "we are unable to validate your registration based on information provided". I also entered the ticket number and received this message, "your claim cannot be registered at this time". An investigator has never come out. The pictures a technician took of the damage seems to have disappeared. We cannot get to the right department and if we ever did, the person is not knowledgeable enough to create an account for the damage we suffered. We never got paid even though I was once told $1,000.00 for the damage. Then told someone would come out to fix it and it never happened. Our neighbor also received extensive damage from their equipment. We talk to at least 5 people whenever we call and then they close and we still haven't accomplished anything. It takes an entire day from our busy schedule when dealing with AT&T employees. It happens every time. We have no other place to go and as we've told them before, "by the time you all get out here, the yard damage will not look the same". This has caused us much disappointment, frustration, time, energy, and money loss. They are a scam and we are dissatisfied with the way AT&T has treated us over this matter.
Tip for consumers:
This company doesn’t have a department for their employees to send customers who have a complaint. They don’t train their employees to handle property damage problems.

First of all let me begin saying I've had AT&T over 20 years I have 11 lines and I also have Internet services on November 20. I went to use my phone and was disconnected. I call AT&T exclamation I got from three people was that my bill was $570.66 and because I paid 570 they turned it off for $.66. Unbelievable, I spoke with multiple people management and credit and collections and I was told that because I have a bill due November 3 and it was already disconnected because I did not pay the $.66 they would not be able to turn it back on until I pay the $.66 my 20 years of service With 11 lines. I have multiple services with them. I spoke with someone in cancellation department who transfer me accidentally to the business office? I spoke with someone named Sylvia not only was she amazed and apologetic for their behavior. She rectify the situation. It took me two hours for someone to look directly at the bill, and figure out what happened and to turn my services back on because it was turned off For no reason and they said that I had a balance which was not due to November 23 mind you this happened on November 20 and like I said I spoke to multiple managers who told me there was nothing they can do to turn it on unless I paid the balance that I have which is not due to November 23. This has put a bad bad taste in my mouth. Prior to this two weeks prior to this I just got another Internet service with them. Had I have they done this before I would not. I would've went to Xfinity so after 20 years plus service with AT&T I'm very dissatisfied. Were there any compensation not at all? Nothing offered no apology, or anything had not been for Sylvia in the business office I would've went directly to Verizon took my service over there and ended my relationship with AT&T.

Called to get bill lowered... three weeks later they tell me via my bill that it has doubled... what! I call them and they tell me that there are outstanding charges... That's funny because I pay the balance in full every month. They have to look into it they tell me. 40 min. Later they need more time because their system only goes back to May of 2021... one hour later they tell me it was a glitch in their system and they will adjust it. So now they have wasted over an hour of my time to fix their mistake and I am suppose to eat that as if my time isn't worth something? But had I paid it and not questioned it would they have given me my money back... I don't think so. I think they steal from people all the time. I have been a customer with them for over 15 years... now I question how much money they have stolen from me in the past. Rep also kept trying to tell me that they didn't make the mistake that it was their system... I kept saying YOUR SYSTEM, YOUR MISTAKE, NOT MINE AND NOW YOU HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME! Look at your bills don't let them steal your money!

I was an AT&T customer for years and had to switch for a rotation to Europe. I always valued the company's integrity. I never had a bad experience with their customer service or products.
This review is based on my experience with their farming out of claims to external claims firms. A overhead data cable fell from the telephone pole and was laying int he middle of the road. My wife ran over it and it became entagled in the front suspension of her Audi SUV, causing thousands in damages.
The claims company representing AT&T, Sedwick CLaims Management, denied the claim, saying AT&T wasn't at fault and that my wife should have avoided the approximately 1-2 inch wide cable that was hanging from a power pole and lying in the road. Luckily, she hit it. That road leads from Ft Sam Houston and everyday soldiers ride motorcycles down that road at 45 mph+. If someone hit that cable on a bike it would have killed them.
AT&T has refused to acknowledge any responsibility, despite the cable belonging to them. This isn't an insurance scam. My wife wasn't hurt and our inusrance company paid for the damages. However, this speaks volumes to the integrity of AT&T. I cannot support any company who victim blames and avoids responsibility for their, or their employees actions.

Hello friends & families. I had switched my cellular services over to AT&T, thinking I could get a better service and let me be honest with you all before you decided to switch over to AT&T. 1st I was given false informations. My bills was over $500s for 4 lines on the 1st months when I was told my monthly payment will not change! Which supposed to be 220 a months. Everything they told me was a LIES and unprofessional knowledge. 2nd, if you don't pay your bills on times you will had to pay $35 restored fees plus late fee. It's was very difficult and frustrating to have to deals with AT&T about the bills and all other extra hidden fees that you weren't being told about. I was so frustrating with them with my bills being going up and up every month. After my 4 months I switched to T-Mobile. And yet my final bill is still over $300s. And let me tell you, it's was even more frustrating. So don't waste your times to switched over. I do not want you guys to go through what I go through. They will tell you what you need to hear and when you called for questions about fees, they will direct you& told you that it's your responsibility to know and that all fees are in the website. I just hate ATT!

I was sold a service contract a few years back that ended up being double what I thought I was agreeing to. The store rep indicated an additional line would be "$5 more per month" but the fine print, which I don't think was explained accurately or even correctly ended up adding more than $100 per month. I went back in during the 30 period wherein you can still cancel, and the rep pawned it off largely on state taxes, wait till you see your next bill she said. Well next bill came, still double my old bill, but the 30 days had passed and I was on the hook for two years paying a monthly bill I would have NEVER agreed to as it was more than I could afford. I labored under that contract to the tune of nearly $3000 per year! Do NOT take the rep at their word! Of you don't know EXACTLY what you want for a plan, don't go in there. You WILL end up paying far more than you thought you agreed to. These people appear personable and professional BUT THIER PREROGATIVE IS TO UPSELL IN ANY WAY THEY CAN! Buyer beware!
