Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
Takes too long to report problem and they want you to go through and try and fix. Totally a joke. This review will mean nothing but maybe it will resinate with someone. My parents are 99 and 94 and they actually wanted them to try and go through process and fix. Sent technician out and he said was fixed, well not so. Waiting until next week for another tech to come out. Ha

I started service with them almost a year ago, wireless and internet. The amount keeps going up and dont try to trade in your phone, they wont let you unless its paid off. Why offer upgrades if you have to pay in full first? They say not to use the apps to upgrade bc it doesnt recognize that you dont have to pay in full and offers cheaper monthly rates but when you call they wont honor it. I can be home using my cell with wifi and have all 4/5 bars and it will say my connection is unstable. Def not worth the time or money.

I switched ATT wireless because I was told if I traded my phones in I would receive 3 new phones free and my bill would be 130 a month...no they deducted 251 and say I have to pay for the new phones and can't get my old ones back any representative from ATT that comes to your home will lie to get ur service...DO NOT GO WITH ATT SCAM THEY ARE SCAMMERS...

If you can avoid using AT&T I suggest you do so at all costs. Getting our services consolidated has been a nightmare. We have waited a two weeks to get a landline number transferred to our new home. A 91 year old women has been left without phone service which is totally unacceptable.

I was looking for a provider with fast good Internet. I saw on their website that my house could be connected to their fiber-optic network. By phone, their consultant confirmed that it would be a fighting connection. But when the technician came to install an access point and router, it turned out that the cable was simple. I wanted to refuse the installation, but the technician began to assure that the Internet would be fast enough and will pull several users and smart TV. As a result, when I bought smart TV, it turned out that their Internet does not pull at all and you can't even watch YouTube. Very disappointed, it's very stupid to deceive users.

AT&T is an absolute nightmare. It is a brutal capitalist trap at its best. Absolutely no customer service. It's almost unbelievable. A bunch of Robo calls that lead nowhere and eventually just hang up on you. It is absolutely unbelievable. This company should be prosecuted by the government. Because there's no way that they're living up to their end of their contractual agreement. They give you nowhere to turn. I put you in front of hopeless workers who cannot help you because they don't have the tools to do so. And the company sanctions all of this. It's unbelievable that a company like this exist. Older customers do not sign up with AT&T there's no customer service it's impossible to navigate through the BS it ends nowhere in the phone hangs up

I have been in the hospital. Been out of work. I needed two days to pay my bill. But they suspended my service and nobody cared about my situation or my family. The worst customer service ever. All they want is there money and nobody really cares.

Horrible people. Service cannot cancelled without talking to customer service but customer service doesn't respond. After waiting for more than an hour and a half - a thing answered the phone and then hanged up; next one was almost half decent - it won't tell me what the process is like. I was finally able to get it to tell me to wait for an email confirmation, then it too hanged up without saying anything at all. They are all it (not he or she).

I think overall, Metro PCS has the best online customer service. Store customer service is not very good either.

I signed up with AT&T through Costco they lied about everything about the monthly payments about how much credit they were giving me for my phones they're promising to fix it every month but they never do the sales rep told me my bills going to be $170 monthly never been less than $235. Do not sign with AT&T you will be sorry.

Canceled phone and watch April 20 3 times. None of them told me I had to cancel the actual watch phone number to have it canceled. They continued to charge $75 for the watch service alone. Now I'm having to fight them to get my money back. And they billed me again for July. That's NOT something the customer is told or even knows about.

Our town and many others around us have been with zero service since Saturday morning! We can't even call into them! Their online support is telling us they are showing zero outages and it must be our devices! Really?! You have a good 4 dozen different complaints from other people in my town! But must be all our devices!

Their customer service tells you whatever they have to while they have you on the phone but none of that comes to fruition. I've tried to do the trading upgrade twice now and both times everything is all lies and I still have to pay the full amount for the phone! I definitely don't recommend the trade-in as it is a total scam!

I am disabled and unable to work in-person. I rely on internet for my doctors visits and what money I can make. After months of refusing their upselling, our wifi was cut with no warning because we could not upgrade. They did this to everyone in the neighborhood that couldn't upgrade. Nothing was wrong with the other line, and there was no indication that this would happen. We were warned via text the day AFTER our wifi went out. Again, as someone who can barely leave the house, I am currently unable to work or attend important medical appointments because of AT&T's whims.
In short, if they can't upsell you, they will start playing with your life. They certainly are a soulless corporation.

Upselling is aggressive and seemingly all the employees know. Lying is frequent. Deception is constant. This company sucks.

I have Government Funded internet, AT&T always fine a way to charge me late fee for 9.99. I ask when is my bill due, I was told it varies, it on the same day every month, When I paid in January the agent returned an overpayment, Now it's February 13 and I'm being charged a late fee. The automated payment says my bill is due February 18. AT&T unfair practice Is just wrong. The agent said the due date varies, but a week before the due date just another reason to charge me late fees. Sad, the rich have to scam the poor.

Not only was I transferred 6 or 7 times bc lack of knowledge they had for what department I should be in but the last call completely ignored me for a half hour before I hung up. I was even on the chat service to complain while being ignored. The person literally answered the phone and alls I said was "I will give you my account information but then I need to be transferred to a manager". So irritated!

I have never been this disappointed in a cell phone service! I have been on hold with them 50-min & no one has picked up yet! I am a new customer & I want to go back to Sprint. This is my second call to them in a month & both experiences suck bad. AT&at should be ashamed of their false advertisement. I think I hate them.

This ppl are the worse. I cancel my service 2 weeks ago, and they charge me for the whole month talk to the manager and they said they couldn't do anything they stole my money. One of the employee Cody should not be answering phones and answer questions he don't know anything about any question that I asking and he does not help me at all. They like to steal money beware if you have automatic payment setup. Worse company ever. Cell phone service suck cable suck and the internet worse.

I have the worst reception ever. I can't get apps to load, I can search for a restaurants phone number, can't make a call half the time. I'm in real estate so it crucial my phone works and has great service at all times, recently, I'm shocked if I google something and it actually loads and I'm able to view what I'm attempting to view. I've tried calling AT&T to see what the deal is. Each time I've called, I wait on the phone 20+ mins until I just have to move on with my life and hang up. It's absolutely ridiculous I pay as much as I do and get this kind of service. Switching to Verizon.

Atnt loves to lure in their customers with great deals and great offers then once they suck you in they charge you all kinds of crazy fees from out of nowhere like late charges and restoring fees even though they make the mistake in the first place of having your service turned off due to their negligence. If you have the choice to go to spectrum or another service I recommend going there and not dealing with AT&t because AT&t will scam you till your pockets are turned inside out.
