Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
I visited the Kingwood, Tx AT&T Store near Houston. I bought a new watch that I originally went in for, and signed up for Direct TV that THEY encouraged because I commented my current provider is incompetent. The manager said he would be at my house two days later to install. (Direct TV doesn't do this.) He never set a time, never called me—never showed up. I called twice that day—no call back from anyone in the store. No one cared, and no one made any effort to save the AT&T account of decades. I realized the whole thing was a sham to sell a product—it was cruel. I reported the incident to both AT&T and Direct TV—and every review site I can find. Of course, I also canceled the DT account and "installation." I will never shop there again and will look for a new wireless company. Don't be cruel to hardworking customers: we bite.

Almost impossible to speak to a person for support. I signed up for the new fiber internet service. After 3 cancelled installation appointments, the 2-4 hour installation took all day. I tested my speed while the installer was there and was only getting 1/2 of the speed I subscribed to. The installer said his job was done and I should call support. After the difficult hassle of getting to a heavily accented support agent who knew nothing and just read from a script I gave up and tinkered with it myself, I was able to get the promised speed. I pray that I don't have issues in the future that require tech support.

They mess up on their billing then shut your phone off. Tell you it's your fault and that you need to pay $40 reconnection fee for their mistake. I changed my card on my account they try to run my old one and say there's no money on it… we'll no $#*!

I had both AT&T and DirecTV for 2 years. Absolute worst customer service ever! Do yourself a favor and trying call their customer service line when you're not buying a product. The most frustrating experience ever. I was promise some things to get me to get them and i never got them and every month they change the amount i get charge and when you I had both AT&T and DirecTV for 2 years. Site has error-ed out EVERY time I have been on it, and changing computers doesn't help, only waiting 24 hours before logging in again does it work. Might change over my entire family plan just because of this sorry excuse of a website.

I have been with ATT for close to 8 years now, and in the last two months had to place multiple calls to their CS. On all but one occasions they tried selling me something, were extremely slow opening their applications and looking up my account: every call lasted at least half an hour where reps repeated the same phrases over and over again, barely spoke English, and lacked basic understanding of how their systems work. I ended up on a call with one of the supervisors who while not fluent English, managed to be quite condescending and ask me to save everyone's time and hang up the phone while still not resolving the issue or even identifying the root cause- no cellular data on 2 lines on an 'unlimited' plan. I will be looking to switch ASAP. For the premium ATT charges I would expect superior customer service, my experience was the opposite.

They slam you with outrageous price increases and make contacting them a complete misery.
Want to wait 40 minutes to an HOUR or more on Hold, and being bounced around and disconnected and told to call another number? AT&T is the Company for you then.

I have had at&t for about ten years on and off and they're customer service is amazing. They go over and above to satisfy customers. I switched to t-mobile for a year or two only because they offered a phone i wanted and i really regretted leaving at&t. There is no one like them.

I switched my 4 lines from Metropcs, one phone was iphone 14 plus which i should have received by 01/09/23 to 01/16/23. Since 01/16 I'm chatting and talking with ATT Supervisors and they give me all different answers. On 01/20 I received the email from ATT that the order is cancelled because it cannot be fulfilled. I contacted ATT supervisor she texted me an ATT store address and to pick up the phone from there and all the notes are recorder and send to them. I just went to the store and they said it doesn't work that way, the supervisor needs to create a order for that which is not done. I contacted another manager the same time and he said we can't do anything you have to cancel the whole port in.
Please Do not order anything which is on promotion for AT&T. I have wasted more than 10 hours chatting and talking to them and evetime I get different answer. I'm just writing this because I don't want anybody going through this frustration.

Customer service here is horrible. They absolutely won't try to help you. Let alone you try to get in contact with them. This auto service you'll be taking to for 20 mins. I swear soon has this paid off I'm leaving. I been with Att for 17 years IM DONE TRASH

In October I switched from Google Fiber to AT&T Uverse internet service for the only reason they were offering me a $300-$400 reward. Well I never received it despite the fact that when I applied for it online they told me it would go to my wallet. When I didn't receive it i went to my local AT&T and a manager told me it was on its way. I never got it. Plus their internet service turned out to be a lot more expensive that they told me. I definitely should have stayed with Google Fiber!
I also found out that they have been charging my monthly phone bill with $6.00 for a service I never asked for (earlier phone upgrade).
Pay attention, AT&T will rip you off!

Bought new Iphone 14 pro had a problem with it I took it to the store and the told me to take it to ubreakifif who does all the warranties so I did and neither place will fix or replace my phone, apple said that they are a third party servicing company so voided my warranty, and they will not stand behind it either. The bad thing about it was that it wasnt evan 30 days old when I went to the store the first time.

Be careful when you do a upgrade with At&T, when they are going to give you a credit for you old phone, then when you send the phone by mail, they get the package but they never make the credit to your account.

Have been a customer for 50 years and until the last couple years have been happy with them. Over the last couple years AT&T's customer service has out right lied to my wife and me, resulting in us being ripped off several times. They have now put us in a 2 year contract that we didn't approve of and will not correct the issue. We are forced to keep them for now, but at the end of this contract they can shove their service.

I returned Apples watches with 4 days of purchase. I have called over a dozen times, each call is at least 2 hours. Each time saying that it has been returned. I now have a $820.05 bill in collections. My credit is 801. NEVER do business with this company. I left as soon as I saw their incompetency.

Lies from the sales person to customer support to corporate stores. The time and energy i have spent over the phone and going to the store trying to get credit for the overcharges is invaluable

Randall Stephenson needs to fix AT&T's damn Cell Service! He's worried about police reform? He needs to worry about why Verizon is kicking his rear end. You guys claim to be the best? It's laughable! I have 1 bar in a metropolitan city and get 4 bars in the back woods. Seriously! Worry about giving better service and less about Police Reform. If I didn't have to have AT&T for work, I wouldn't have it at all. Worst cell service in America!

I had my Business Phone with AT&T for over 20 years. For no reason my monthly statement went from 61.00 to $1,121.87. Customer service is a JOKE and has no explanation. They insist I pay it so I cancelled my service.

Says you are getting a reward card for signing up and that they will handle your etf from previous service. In order to get the reward card you have to go Contact your previous service provider in order to receive last bill if you do not have it and collect etf amo. But that reward card they made you think was for signing up is actually your etf that you use to pay previous company. Which is fine if that's how they advertised it and how their sales person explained it. But it's not. So I'm thinking as soon as I am able I will terminate my service n go back to my previous providers on basis of integrity alone. The only reason I gave them a 2 is bc my sales rep is a decent person who has been working on this for me w att as well... otherwise I would have given a 2

It took 4 sales staff online to help me place an order then 2 days later ATT sent a message that they canceled it. I called in and got transferred 3 times until a saleswoman stated she could put the order in and I could pick it up in the store. All the disclosures she had to read to me all stated the phone would be mailed but she kept telling me that she just had to read this to me and yes I could still pick it up. She lied to me, so unprofessional! I canceled the order. Shame on you ATT.

Hello there,
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I was using att for like 5 years. And I bought a new phone and had to go to Italy for 15 days, first they asked me to pay off the phone, which I did. Later they told me they can't unlock the phone, I have to stay with them for like 6 more months. Now, I tried to return the phone and they are finding all ways to not pay me. They suck! While comparing the same with my girlfriends providers T-mobile, they were kind enough to unlock without any BS after she paid off her phone. (I literally go no discount from buying it through ATT). Representatives don't know what they are doing. Worst experience!

I paid for two months for a device they said they could make work and never could. I was still charged for the line, transfer of data and the insurance...then...charged again for dropping the line I never had. Really? Yes, spent countless hours of try this, turn on, turn off, read these numbers, hold on transferring, to the same bull all over; for months.

AT&T I have been your customer almost 10 years. Been paying your guys on time every single month never once late. I called to see what you guys can do for me during pandemic time? I asked for a reduction half month or a month. The answer was I won't get to pay late fees on my bills. After 2 months I technically have to pay 3 months after 60 days. Wow what a fantastic deal for a 9 year customer who has been paying you guys $500+ a month... T-Mobil waives 2 month bills for good customers
