Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
They trick you into switching and screw you over your trade in. I traded an S21 and till this day they have not given anything. It was supposed to be a 1 time credit of $320 and now they will only do credit every month. They lie every time I call them. They never get right department and waste your time. I have spend hours trying to resolve things with no luck. They are the most crooked company and I can not wait to get rid of them. Do not make the same mistake. Stay away from att

I am a new account holder I have tried to get my front security camera repaired. A technician came apparently did a repair for over 3 hours. The same day the camera stopped working again. I called back and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for another technician to come back. I am paying $100 a month for something that does not work.

If I could give AT&T zero stars I would. I have been using this service for a few years and I'm constantly having issues with my data plan. Every time I try to call 611 to talk to a representative I never actually get to talk to someone that is helpful they are completely useless and don't have knowledge on it. I've read a lot of other reviews with people agreeing with me and all I can say is they are in awful phone service. My data plan ran out so I had to call them unfortunately no one was able to help me at so with no service or Wi-Fi I had to walk to a convenient store to get a prepaid card and even then it was very difficult to start it. I hate it a lot and makes me sad they can't help their customers. Switching plans ASAp anything is better than AT&T at this point

This is the second time I have tried to get a user name and password so I can view my bill. I have to now been on the phone and passed around for over one and a half hours. Now I am supposed to get a call back from a supervisor. This is about a land line that I would not need if their cell service worked at my house.

Went to the local ATT store to have my watch added to our account. After 45 min of two employees dorking with it. They gave me a card with a scan code to do it myself online. I asked if I would be charged before I did this or if it would start after I added my watch. They said there would be no charges until I added my Watch online. I have not added my watch yet and got a bill for an added device for $80 today. Now... trying to call helpline, due to a 7 min wait, I take the "we will call you back in 7 min" option. Two min later I get called back with a message..."A representative will be with you in 9 min". After being on hold for 15 min... they hang up on me! They are in the communications business and can't figure out their own system to make it work!

I have been trying to move my son's phone to his account. This process has started in June. They said because I had Bundled my services they had to unbundle it to get this done. So I gave them 90 days
After a few more calls I decided to cancel my internet and tv so we could move his phone to his bill. I was then tried again this weekend after 4 calls and a promise of a manager call I was twice transferred back to the automated line
This is unsatisfactory that it takes over 6 months

Power pole was replaced after tree fall. All work completed on the pole except to reinstall phone cable owned by AT&T. Spent 4 days trying a multitude of customer service numbers and agents and this cable is still not installed! I left AT&T 15 years ago because their customer service is nonexistent and they won't maintain or upgrade the cable near me. 4 days on hold and I still can't get someone to reinstall this cable on the pole. Now, after writing all of this I have to create an account?

I have been on the phone with att numourous times and transferred at least 10 times at least and still can't get someone to explain why my cable is off and why I'm being charged for a wireless tablet. I am sick and tired of their lame as service.

We signed up for att internet and we chose the $50/m package, it turned out very slow speed! After a month, we decided to cancel. The sales rep said if you cancel and return the equipment you would not get charged. So we returned the equipment and later we still got a $180 bill says it's for early termination. Called att few times to let them waive the penalty and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Very bad experience with them.

Recently switched to AT&T wireless. Service is par, but their billing is freaking horrible. Customer service is non-existent - wait times are atrocious and if you sign up through Sam's Club you will be told your activation fee will be waived. But it WILL NOT BE WAIVED. Ive been told by many to not go with AT&T specifically because of their horrible customer service, but I figured try them for myself and make a decision. They were right...don't do it, promises will not be kept and our 1st month bill for two wireless lines that WE brought the phones to is $235.54 - insane. Chatting with incompetent representatives, and was told to wait for a manger. Well it has been 45 minutes to "chat" with a manger so far and counting...be wary people, be very wary. I made a horrible decision switching to AT&T and will be leaving as soon as possible.

I had a number of cell services with ATT; mine, my daughters and later my husbands, and an Iwatch. They are pariahs... every month the bill would come in and be way over the one before it. When you have unlimited accounts you expect consistency. But you wont get it... there's always a charge here, a charge there. I transferred all accounts over to Verizon, which may not be much better, but at least its not ATT. All my numbers were transferred across, but ATT kept my watch active - even though Verizon had it now. I couldn't close down my account with ATT as I couldn't log in - because they were sending the security code to a weird token number that they had assigned to my watch. I could not hate a company more than I hate ATT. My advice is steer clear of them!

ATT customer service representatives are liars. I had fraudulent charges on my account. I filed a claim. I was told that my service would remain active during the investigation. My service was suspended about every other day. I had restoration charges added. There was no investigation. I was forced to pay all fees. When I requested a refund of the money spent on the restoration fees and the fraudulent charges ($400+) I was told it would be refunded to me in 5-7 days. That did not happen. Instead a credit was placed on my account. This time I called instead of chatting with a representative. Again I am to wait another 7 days to see if I will get MY money returned to me. No one should be treated like this.

Received a bill for international day pass after having an international line on my account for over 6months, then received bill with international day pass of $10 per day with additional equipment charges that was paid off the month before one called customer service agent kept repeating herself and not getting anything done for an hour and 15 minutes then try to get me to a supervisor they put me on hold and never answered the worst customer service ever issue still not resolved. I will be moving to another courier
Tip for consumers:
He will continue to pay for equipment months after your contracts up

I have had ATT since July 2021 and I have had problems since the beginning. There is a static sounds and it cuts out to where the other parties can hear every 2-3 words. I have had 2 tickets in to see what the issue is and no one has ever connected me. Today they said there is no issues. When I made the comment I would go elsewhere they did not even try to stop me or keep me. Now I pay over $300 a month for cell phone service alone and I pay $130 a month for internet for 2 houses as well. It is time to move on to someone else. Oh also the supervisor said that in the Oklahoma City metro area that they only have 5 cell phone towers. I find that hard to believe

This disaster and headache started in December 20,2021 when I had a salesman that I discovered was lying any time his mouth was moving. And in January 2022 I filed a dispute with AT&T it is now August may have yet even say a word about it. I'm sure they don't want to because they can't contradict me anything I've said they've lied and stole for me and I hate deeds and liars. Unfortunately both of my elderly parents have died in the last 8 months and I was in an accident so I thought other things to do besides worrying about the idiots in AT&T. Hopefully soon I can call them soon and suffer trough their excuses and lies concerning my dispute. I can't wait for the day I'd never have the deal with AT&T again. I would recommend people go back to dial phones before they deal with them

Went to Costco (not to change phones) bumped into a ATT salesman.
Thought I'd give him a chance.I wanted unlimited talk, text, data, and hotspot.
I also wanted 2 new phones, and keep my old ones.
Pretty simple request.
The Costco salesman agreed to all I requested, then said I'd also receive two $100.gift cards and wave the transfer fee.
All this for approximately $125 a month.
This was more then I was paying at Verizon by $15
My first bill $314.39 second bill was $176.75
The quote from the salesman at Costco was approximately $125 and would include everything.
I know what I wanted,I know what he told me.
Called ATT customer service. On the phone for over an hour, finally was told if I added auto pay with checking account only it could save me $20 on the next billing with no discount on the bill pending.
I've been lied to. The salesman at Costco lied.
My advice is to stay away from ATT. Just look at the customer reviews.
If you decide to go with ATT, ask for a printed billing statement before you sign up. They will not.
Also disappointing is that Costco teamed up we this company.
I've never had any negative dealings with Costco

This company spends a lot of money on advertising their services, however they do not live up to their promises, i have had internet for two years constant Slow Iternet service and they always say it is on my end, WRONG.My equipment and computer is running fine, it on their end, their equipment and systems are outdated. Unless they have thousands of customers in a area they do not upgrade their equipment. So Constant failures, having to restart the gateway 4 times a week and virtually useless some days to even try to get online.

I so tired of companies like at&t internet TV and phone service two to three times a month or over 3 days my connections drop and fails to work because of old wiring and crossbow being to far using old wiring and this AT&T is not willing to invest in black neiborhood with fiber optics. Everybody around me has the same problems when they fix one person get fixed two others drops off.

I hate AT&T so much that I'm thinking of leaving the area I $#*!ing live in just to say $#*! you to the $#*! company! It's not only the $#*! service they provide, but it's everything from the ethical decisions the management makes. I wish nothing but the worst karma amongst any executive of this evil company. $#*! them so much.

Show up to upgrade to new Iphone 14 Pro Max. Price tag of 1599.99. Desperately needed to utilize the facilities while my wife was deciding on a phone. I was informed they have no public restrooms but they were more than happy to direct me across the street to two privately owned restaurants to utilize their facilities. So... I know you're spending a fortune in our store but the mom and pop across the street is happy to allow us to send our customers to use their facilities even though you're spending nothing there. Horrible customer service.

If anything happens you can never reach anyone and if your lucky enough to reach someone the don't speak any English. They sign you up tell you you're bill will be one price and then when you start getting your bill watch out, mine is 127.00 more then i was shown on the contract and I've called and called I get nowhere. Anyone thinking about switching to AT&T don't RUN! Their F@#KING HORRIBLE in every way... Here's another good one, i have the 22 ultra, phone didn't work drop call after drop call they sent me a new one. Same thing happens now i can reach the people that I received the replacement and she said she would contact me the following Wed. No call, I'll called 25 times always same message...I will be cancelling as soon as my check comes in and throwing these phones in the G@D Damn Ocean...

I have direct TV and wireless and have to call every month for billing errors. When it was direct TV it was considerably better. With wireless it has always been awful. I got two new lines for christmas gifts and they sent me three phones, now 3 months later and numerous calls and hours (literally hours) on the phone I still am getting charged for that line and the installment plan for the phone. We are likely going to a internet based TV provider and a phone carrier with good customer service. I am totally willing to give up a little coverage for a better overall experience.

This company is a scam; they promised $800 for trade-in and gave me $20 for a fully functional phone that was exactly as described. I asked my phone back, they said it's not possible and that all they are giving me is $20 for a phone worth at least $500
