Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
This phone company is rude. I have been wanting to transfer my number to a new phone with a new provider but they refuse to do so, they keep hanging up on me when I ask to make the transfer. They are a toxic phone company because of that and many more reasons. Hope people realize they are the worst phone providers.

Our internet dips within the kilobit range when we were promised 50 mbps, if not more. Ping is so high that its on the seconds range, and speeds are never consistent. We pay $50 a month, but sometimes they throw in extra side fees for no reason! Forget customer service. What a shame.

This company is not worth the frustration. Once a month their towers go out…. I work from home and I use AT&T internet, and when these towers go out you are without service off and on for about a week or two. Their customer service is extremely irritating and are so generic with their answers. They never truly answer the question that you ask, they beat around the bush and give answers that I'm positive are read off of a script. If you are looking for a cheap carrier service this is the one…. Just keep in mind You get what you pay for, they are not only cheap in their prices but cheap in their service. My husband was fortunate enough to get out and he has no issues from the carrier he switched to.

I bought an s10 lite like a year or two ago. They said it's a "3g" device and will be blocked coming February with their 3f faze out plan. The manager was like "yah so you can either switch plans or get a new phone. By February your phone would be pretty dated and people think about upgrading by then anyways." No remedies, didn't want to trade in my phone for anything of equal value. They offered me an A12 IF my phone stops working by February. Nice one guys.

Was with Verizion for 20 years. Switched trying to save some money. Got 3 new phones. There was an issue with connecting 2 of my phones. 6 Weeks of issues, 10-12 hours of waiting, being lied to, and incompetence, before the phones started working (we hope they stay that way).
Amazing! If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't have one.
They did offer me $25 off my bill. WOW! After not being able to use my phone 50% of the time in six weeks. Plus, I had to buy a burner phone just to make calls, which costs me another $100. $25 OFF! Are you &%$# kidding me! Thanks AT&T. You're the best! I will tell all my enemies about you.
What a waste of time. Buyer Beware.
Tip for consumers:
Buyer Beware. Customer service - People are nice. But, no one knows what is going on. We talked to over a dozen people to get anywhere.

I can't even watch YouTube, web browse or play online/multiplayer video games without that annoying loading circle spinning around for 10 minutes. We keep on calling and get put on hold. The good thing is I guess is that it works at night. But who want's to wait that long!? I recommend not getting unless u want to deal with bad customer service, holds that last 20 minutes, or a bunch of overcharges.

We were trained to ATT for years, and finally made the move to t-mobile. Their phone reps are terribly trained, the website always seems to have some kind of error, the app is ridiculous to navigate. I can't believe we have them money for so long, especially after finding out people on other carriers were paying half what we were for MORE benefits. My first 24 hours with T Mobile has been a dream. Perfect customer service, great site, AWESOME price.

I wish I could give negative star reviews! Over ten years I've been with this service it has progressively become worse and now it's almost monthly it worsens. I have all five bars showing signal and yet it take 2-3 minutes to load basic web pages or apps. Their "5G" has litterally made it worse! And yes, I have a 5G compatible phone! I've have serious accounting errors in my back account due to this issue on top of the major frustration of watching wheels spin and blank white pages for minutes at a time. I've reached out multiple times to try and resolve the issue with nothing changing. I connect to wifi and my phone is flawless. So why not on my "unlimited" data plan... And thats a whole other subject. Biggest scam and worst cell service ever!

Terrible service. They created a problem for us in the first place when they came out for a service that wasn't ordered at this address. After that the business lines would just drop. No dial tone. Would hang up on customers. Also internet would go down and back up many times throughout the day. Waited on hold 4 occasions for half hour and more. They'd transfer me to the wrong departments to start all over again. Cannot believe how bad and frustrating this is. I remember when actual people answered their phones. When they weren't so cheap and greedy and hired actual Americans! And they cared! Which they DONT NOW! I pay over $600/mo to this company and get $#*!ty service affecting my quality of life and my business relations.

On Saturday December 7, I fully paid my phones and submitted an unlock request at 5pm.
The email I received it said it would take 2 business dates. Today is Wednesday 3rd business day and our phones are still locked. They don't care about customer service. I have been on the phone for over 1 hour with no result. Please don't sign up with at&t. Besides not having a good network, in my experience, they are more expensive than Verizon.

I signed up for two phones at an AT&T kiosk after listening to their promo pitch. They sent the phones and went to an AT&T store to activate them. The guys there would not honor the promo discount so I decided I didn't want them as my carrier. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee to send the phones back through their store. After calling them I asked if they could email me a return label. They initially said they couldn't do it. So I kept the phones in storage and got my old carrier back. After about a month they send me a bill for over 1800.00$ I called once again and they finally sent the return labels via email. I sent the phones back. After I got a confirmation email that they received the phones they sent me another bill for over 1800.00$. Not doing business with them again.

My mother is reaching 90 years of age and has been without Tv, internet and phone service since June 2nd from AT.&T.
Many promises but no delivery of service.
Today she gets a text saying " good news your service is now scheduled for July 2nd" by the way today is June 10th.
I have asked her to call tomorrow and get a competing service and would hope every one reading this does the same
The Wi-Fi more than anything is vital to her medical alert, so her. Life is in their hands.
If anything happens to her, they will need a whole series of attorneys for what will hit them

I signed up for service about a month ago the tech came over and installed and set everything up. They didn't mention to change the User/Pass on the Modem. Within a month i had my computer hacked and multiple credit cards used by crooks.
The only people who could know these passwords and user ids are WITHIN the company. Its either the installation guys or someone with access to that info on the modem which could be ANYONE as they have a sticker on the modem with that info.
Don't trust anyone that works for ATT.
Tip for consumers:
I ended up being Hacked and Scammed. Don't be me.

Have been a customer for over 3 years. Phones voice-mail wasn't working so I purchased a new phone (Note10+) with my own money since nobody could tell me why it says my number is inactive when someone tries to call me. I've lost some business due to this and heaven forbid if you ask for a discount. Switching to Sprint for half the price and double the service!

Brian a representative from AT&T was of great help to me concerning my bill and explaining why it had increased. He was courteous and knew his job well. He helped me to understand a few things concerning my account and billing of my account. He went above and beyond as we say in the military. AT&T should be very proud of Brian. Thank you again Brian for you help. Five stars for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had 2 business accounts with AT&T Business for at least 4 years ( internet service). You can imagine how many bills we have as a company and it's impossible to check each and every one of them each month. I completely trusted AT&T and gave our credit card for autopayments. Two years ago without my permission, AT&T decided to add a backup service for my account without my permission, and the cost for this service was $40 monthly! I was very surprised when I checked my bill today! I called customer service and they said that they can't do anything and only reimburse me $80. What is $80 for two years payment for a service that I never asked for and never needed? I canceled my accounts and switched to a different provider! I'm very disappointed and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I trusted them and now I feel scammed by them!

#ATT Do not get a phone with ATT.
If the phone breaks, even if you have insurance they will make you pay to replace the phone. They will lie to you about the amount of your bills. If you they make an arrangement with you when you call their support team they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone but don't actually submit or set up what they said in their system.

It's the worst company. You call when you're having tv issues and you get people in the Philippines, they can't understand you and you can't understand them. Our T.V has been out for over a week now and it seems
Like we are going to have to
Go with a new provider. I wouldn't recommend AT&T to anyone.

Spent over 2 hours on the phone and accomplished nothing. Just tried to simply transfer my mom's account to the family account. After 2 hours they said we can only do that in store. We went to the store for that sole purpose and was told we needed to do it over the phone. It's an incompetency circle jerk where you get sent from one department to another where no one can actually do anything other than give you a different department to contact. Never have I witnessed so much collective incompetence.

I tried contacting this company on many levels. Someone opened an account in my name and used my email as well. I filed a police report. I contacted these helmet wearing, crayon eating $#*!s to tell them to stop the shipment of the apple watch they were sending to an abandon house. Man tells me, he cant help because i forgot my 4 digit passcode for an account i didnt set up. Or open. I hope and pray this company goes bankrupt. And the CEO gets raped and beaten by a horse. And i hope the horse can talk. And all he repeats during the attack. Is at&t 24 hour customer service

Bought 2 phones for myself and wife, just upgrading our phones. My wife's phone was only a yr old and the representative lied they would send a label to return phones but it never came, it turned out it was a lie. We putchase watches on mothers day promo to get one free, it also turned out to be a lie... this service is the weakest of all networks I hv used. Very disappointing and bunch of frauds. I regret ever porting my number wife's n mother from Tmobile... if u thinking about it, don't. It's a trick stay clear.
Tip for consumers:

Stay away! I spent 2 years paying overpriced monthly fees for initially 3 GB, to 5G. They would increase price without notifying me. I was paying $85 a month and could not be in a text group chat of more than 10 people with only 5GB. They also have overpriced international plans that would run out on 1 day. I ended up switching to T Mobile after 2 years of just giving my money away to AT&T. I used to pay my monthly payments before payment due date, and did not use the last month I had played for. They refused to give me a refund! Unacceptable

The cell phone service sucks. Not enough LTE network available. Hard to get LTE network when in some subway tunnels. Also hard to get LTE network in some buildings. The LTE network is not that fast. I had an unlimited data plan. After going over a certain amount of data. AT&T would slow me down to the point where my cell phone was useless. Don't choose AT&T as your cell phone carrier.

Very Very Very baaaad company. The worst customer service, Big liars, big scammers. Very bad service Internet garbage Pay money for no reason. I made the worst mistake in my life switching with at&t. They tell you one thing and do the opposite. They got me switching from T-Mobile to them and saying my bill would get cheaper and I'll have new devices with no charge but it was a BIG lies. I don't recommend it whatsoever to anyone.
