Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.

Worst internet! I wish I never changed from xfinity, but I had to beacause of the area. I used to have a 25MB internet from At&t, but it was really bad, so I went to a store and asked about how to make it better and the guy showed me what he called "the best they have", so I got this new one. I had to pay $100 for the installation and they're still charging me $200 for breaking the old contract, even if I was making a new one, but the thing is, NOBODY EVER TOLD US ABOUT THESE CHARGES. But that's ok, we pay what we have to pay. But there's another thing, we had to pay all of this and we're obviously paying more than before for the same internet! It's the same thing! We can't even watch a video without it stopping all the time. And if we call or go to the store to complain about it, the service is horrible, and we're just losing our time because it's never going to change anything. I don't recommend it, but if someone needs to have it because of the area, just take the most basic plan and then take the unlimited mobile internet from T-mobile. Because the internet from At&t is going to stop all the time, so you can still use the internet from your cellphone, and the internet from T-mobile is the best.

I first went in store to get AT&T as wireless Internet service April 20 had to wait three weeks even to get an appointment May 20 a whole month later & then come to find out they have to dig the wires underground to get the service to work. So now I have to wait for that, four days go by and service guys are out there everyday until I get a paper in my mailbox saying my service should work I'm good to go. I try it and it still doesn't work. I spent two days, one day of which I was on the phone for an hour and 10 minutes with a customer service agent whom at the end of the call couldn't help me. The next day I spent the same amount of time with a different person who also told me they couldn't do anything. So now I sit here writing this review may 31st after I just got off the phone with the store I originally contacted to get AT&T and they told me they couldn't do anything. So I am now without internet for who knows how long because no one could give me an answer. All and all don't get AT&T
