AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
This is the first time I've ever done this because it's gotten so bad, I feel like I have to. I want to change my current internet provider because their customer service is bad. I already have DIRECTV so it made sense to add at&t internet. I have had 2 installation appointments and no one has come. 2 weeks and still no service. I've been told that someone would call me back in 15 mins and every time no one did. My wife and I have rearranged our work schedules twice for these appointments and have wasted 8 hours now with nothing. This is completely ridiculous. AT&T should be embarrassed by this kind of service.
Horrible overseas support. They lied about getting a promotional gift card, and make it a hassle just to claim it. I spent hours on the phone to solve a simple problem. Canceled less than a month in, not worth my time. Find other providers with reputable customer service.
I decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T wireless. This is a HUGE mistake. Everything I was told has turned out to be lies. The transition from Verizon to AT&T took days, not immediate at all. I have 5 lines and one line took two weeks. I never received cell phone trade in instructions and went to the Corporate Store where they told me it was too late to turn the phones in. My bill is more than quoted. I never received the copy of my transcript from them. I can go on. Online for hours trying to get things fixed. 13 hours on the phone trying to get things fixed. Went to the corporate store and was told they can't help me. Do Not Switch to AT&T. Contact me for more information.

For a global company the size and scope of AT & T I find it apalling the lack of ability to effectively and cohesively handle customer service when it comes to managing wireless, internet and tv accounts. Any attempt to resolve anything takes multiple calls, endless wait and hold time and causes severe anxiety. Get your proverbial $#*! together people. When my contract ends I'm going Verizon.
My kids couldn't complete their school work because ATT cant get their internet straight. The person down the road has an ATT van outside his house and I have yet to see it move. By far the worst internet service I have ever had, maybe y'all should stick to selling phones. I've had this internet for goin on five years and haven't been satisfied yet. Idiots... Contact me because I think your customers need a couple free months or refunds. I'm ready to cancel my service. Thanks.
I'm very upset this company has had me on hold at least 20 times, they keep asking me for a passcode that doesn't exist I've told these idiots at least 20 times and they keep doing the same if you want a nightmare sign on with these fools, IV received no help at all after waiting if you passed third grade then be smart don't use theses fools Mrs Rebecca was most helpful. Thats 1 person out of 21 people. There is a lot or incompetent employees at this company

International call charges are 5usd/min like seriously... $#*! you guys.promised no activation fees and sent bill with 4 line activation charges. Hope your CEO looks at this review.$#*!ing stupid company
Would give them 0 stars if I could. Customer service is horrible. Spent over 3 hours on the phone to try to resolve billing issues and still not finished. I had autopay and am showing a $350 past due amount. Every representative I speak with tells me different reason for amount due.

I have been using cell phones for a very long time, but have never had the concern and assistance I received from this office. I went in for international coverage during a cruise. Blake and Maria reviewed my account and recent bill. Blake visited with his manager David Allen and they came back and suggested a revamp of my old system. I didn't have time, dropped in a few days later. Lex took over sat me down and is saving me over 30%. Thats a lot of money! What a beautiful incidental finding. They were all very nice and extremely helpful! I highly recommend them and AT&T in Catoosa.
I cannot believe that att has a motto of bad service. Yet i have seen it in person for years now. I wish i could find a better cell company but im afraid of what i will see. My mother died last nov. It has been an upcliff battle to get service disconnect and refunds. As i told the last 3 reps. I talked to, I have been lied to by the nicest people. Been given false info. Told that phone number doesn't exist. Her account has been under review for 5 months, then doesn't exist, in the same conversation. Land line people are just as bad, but its only been 3 months of there lies. Well we see if they get it done this time after only the 4th attempt.
First, it was the worst internet service ever. Secondly closed account in October and was told there was no balance due. Now here 2 months later and I get a bill for a passed due balance. Noone resolved the issue. The guy said the bill is due and has no clue why I barely got notified of it. And why they previously told me account was closed and no balance was pending. They either have employees not trained properly or are trying to scam money out of people.
The way they roped us in was by basically telling us that our bills would be the same or cheaper than we were paying at the time but Maury says that was a lie. I'm paying almost 30 dollars more and my husband's is 15 dollars more. Their second pitch was the whole "5g everywhere" spiel but we both have trouble with service constantly. Even in places where there really is no excuse. We were driving through Toledo Ohio. No reason to not have service in a city like that. I had more luck with straight talk and if I'd brought my own phone I would switch back so quick.
Be very careful with trade-in options because if you change your plan they will give you less than 10% of what was originally promised! That means you will lose approximately 90% of the value of your old phone (that is a lot of money!)!
Also, the agents won't tell you anything about this. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This is hidden in their contracts and you will be quite surprised when you realize that you are not receiving any kind of discount on your phone installments three or four months later.

Was trying to decide between Cox and AT&T for wireless service. AT&T rep said they would offer me a $300 cash reward card if I went with them. I said ok let's do it. Fast forward AT&T now says they have nothing in writing and cannot give that to me. I cannot do business with a company that engages in such shady and dishonest practices. I will be cancelling and moving forward with another provider
About two months ago, AT&T sent me a message. It required me to respond by email June 15th, I had to decide whether to accept paperless billing or regular billing. Failure to respond would, result in a $5.00 additional fee for paper bills. This month, I was hit with this fee. Now let's put this in perspective, I have one box, my monthly bill is in excess of $200. In addition, this is minus the $30 connectivity discount. It seems as though AT&T believes they're the only game in town. Needless to say, this service is on the way out.
I have been an AT&T customer for over a decade and it is an absolute nightmare to deal with them. I am moving to a different service provider and would recommend others do the same. There is no consistency in their responses. Every time you call, you are routed to a different representative who gives a different response. The plans are expensive and they overcharge you consistently. It is sad that their service standards is so poor.

My company changed phone and internet service because our internet and phone were constantly going out during business hours… Two months later we are still getting billed. Today I called to see if someone could help me get this squared away. I have been on the phone for 1hour and 50 mins and no one seems to be able to help me I keep getting transferred to different departments 6 different times. You should really do better AT&T. I give them zero stars!
I had two basic questions. Spent over 5.5hrs on the phone to obtain basic information on my credit. I was transferred a total of 5 times. No resolution or answers were available. Extremely disappointing I wouldn't not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and purchase business elsewhere. Time is priceless, clearly they do not value their customers or loyalty.
I signed up for a broadband with several cashback coupons. Later on they told me, one of the coupons, the lowest value one of $50, invalidated the other $250 and $150 coupons, even though all three were checked out successfully.
Called a special customer service for gift cards, with a long wait time of 45 mins, only to hear there's nothing they can do. Promised to ask a manager to call back, never happened.
Never again. ATT is a shady business. Will disconnect from them and look for honest alternatives.

This company will charge you with endless fees if for some reason you get disconnected, I had issues when I switched to a new job and they charged me more than 200 dollars in fees only in two month. Stay awayyyyyyy!
Impossible to talk to someone. I need my phone fixed but can't get help without signing in. I'm not gonna ask the account holder for her ss# or login. If I stole this phone the owner wouldn't still pay for it. Easy as that. Ridiculous
I have been a AT&T customer for over 18 years and every couple months my bill increased over $30 at a time. Call to get some help with this problem and they said sorry they can't help me even though I've been along time customer. Customer service is horrible, I'm going to Xfinity
Okay so I get that at&t is supposed to have high speed network, and they do! There's a catch tho, it. Never. Works. For the last ehh, let's say 2-3 months we've basically been paying for nothing…Like I have to use my cellular data just to avoid getting irritated with it not working. We got someone to come over and look at it, he supposedly "fixed it" but didn't come in the house to look at wires or the gateway, anything really… So it was working fast, good, no interruptions for about a week. Then it stopped working, for like two months. We called at&t yesterday and they said it was that the gateway was not updated, so they shipped us a new one. Ten dollars. I still can't get it to work and at&t just wastes your time and money. Worst wifi out there. Oh! Also, the customer service kinda sucks so be prepared to get annoyed! :)

I have been an ATT customer for many years because my area unfortunately doesn't have many other options. Two things that will make me switch companies as soon as another option becomes available - customer service and swindling customers. If you have any issues, their customer service is a nightmare. Essentially their system is designed to waste your time until you give up and just decide to live with the problem. Their operators have no real information or power so calling them is pointless. Second, they Will rip you off. I had a lifetime rate for tv service. They changed the name of the service which invalidated the deal, then they changed the name back. This is not a typo, it now costs 30x my original "guaranteed for life" rate. They have hidden charges and secret price hikes constantly. ATT used to be the model of a great U.S. company and it's truly sad to see what a cesspool they have become.

Unfortunately, AT&T decided to increase their profits during a time when people rely on communication more than ever. COVID-19 has hit us hard both economically as well as socially.
My bill this month went up almost $40.00 do to AT&T raising their prices, and removing their discounts and promos. They offer no additional data or perks for the extra charges.
This company has taken advantage of their customers at a time when we need them most.
After being a customer for over 60 years, I said farewell to AT&T. This was no time to increase your profits at the expense of loyal consumers.
