I got hung up on 4 times in the middle of questioning my account and amount owed even tho I at first thought it was just maybe a mistake like bad reception or something than it happened 3 more times. I am furious at the customer service I been with att for 14 years and it's really went down hill.

This is horrible service, even though it's fiber, I loose signal 10 times a day, it says unstable connection. It's totally off today again. I've never had problems like this before, I definitely will be changing to t mobile
I have never encountered such an awful company in every facet of its business. I am now with Verizon. AT&T tried to charge us for multiple months a li e that was not ours. Absolutely uncooperative and no initiative to address customer issues. I would NEVER use AT&T for any services.
ATT customer service is TERRIBLE.Cannot stream on my service even throuhgh I pay alot of monet for my cable service. Trying to bundle my parents service and get help with cable was a NIGHTMARE. Constantly transferred to different departments as you can tell they are not trained properly and you can barely understand people on various headsets. I will be transferring to T-Mobile as they have always had great customer service and lower locked pricing at this point.
Terrible customer service. They do not speak understandable english, they stonewall and refuse to solve issues. I had to pay a bill I don't owe (since I had switched to Spectrum) to avoid it being turned over to a collection agency. AT&T changed my plan without warning.
After spending nearly an hour on the phone with them, and their assuring me I would get a credit, I did not receive the credit the next month. Instead their representative created TWO plans for me, thereby double billing me every month.
Every month I spend an hour on the phone with them. They assure me the problem will be fixed, but it never is.

I took it to apple and they couldn't help me resolve the problem so I decided to stop in to see my new mobile carrier AT&T A wonderful associate Jennifer made her conclusion of what the problem could be she talked to me and explained that phone wasn't reading the SIM card and that the good thing was I didn't need it I was so happy and I wasn't in the store not even 20 minutes She was amazing and she told me to call her anytime if I had questions I will go back to that store Jennifer is amazing!
Never before have I dealt with a phone service that has had such terrible CSR's. A few things have led me to this conclusion. First, I have ordered the same product from at&t twice and was told it would be here in a certain amount of time. The first time after waiting about a week and a half for it to ship, they rescheduled it to ship another week later. I called to verify it would be here as that shipping date passed with no email or confirmation that it had been shipped. I was told it was being processed which would take 48 hours and I would have it 48hours after that. They then canceled my order that night. Again, I tried to purchase the item and was told it would be there the next day, then a week and a half later, then another week. I called to ask about it and they wanted me to call another department. No thank you, I'll cancel and get it cheaper through Samsung directly. Also, I have changed my phone number during this time and asked at&t how I could make this private. The woman on the phone was so unefficient with her speaking because she was telling me how to do things by using her phone as the example. When explained what my options were to pick from in settings, I was told I was wrong. I cannot make this up, I'm reading to you what options I have and you are telling me something completely opposite. I then asked to speak with technical support. Another woman came on took my information and then proceeded to not come back to the phone for an hour and a half until I decided she wasn't probably ever coming back and hung up. Looking into new services now.
One of the most scamming phone companies I'm not sure why AT&T still on the market they should be ban they took money and your phone by telling lie and they are scamming people
AT&T are cones! They get you in with them under false advertisement. There customer service team in the store tell you the next month your bill will be cheaper, so you keep everything with the hopes of a cheaper bill that doesn't happen and you've had everything pass the return date with hopes. So now I try to return the watch and the store want take it back. So now I'm stuck with a 500 dollar bill that will not get paid. If anyone reads this and are thinking about switching to AT&T DONT DO IT! They're crap literally. And there sells ppl are idiots! DO NOT SWITCH TO AT&T.
AT&T is hands down the worst service I have ever had. DO NOT USE.
I will NEVER use them again. EVER. I don't care if they were the last cell phone service in the world, I would never use them again. Not only does their service not work most of the time, but they charge you even when you cancel for service not provided. I was billed on March 11 (which I didn't know cause their app is garbage and whenever I tried to log in I was stuck on an eternal buffer screen). I called them to cancel AT&T entirely on the 16th of March, after only having 5 days of service and STILL had to pay the full $130.48 amount. For service I did not receive. The useless customer service rep I spoke with told me that the woman who I had spoken with about cancelling should not have terminated the services rendered until the next billing cycle because I was on the hook for the full amount, from March 11 until April 11. So, even though I had absolutely no service from March 16 until this very day, March 31. And even after paying their BS price (for a service they did not provide), the phone still has no service even though I ALREADY PAID FOR IT. AT&T is nothing but a scam, filled with nothing but crooks.
And I should mention that even when I HAD service on the phone, it almost never worked. Which is why I cancelled them in the first place. At the grocery shop? Nope, no service. Had to step outside in the freezing cold to get a signal. In my own home? Nope, sorry, no can do. Still had to step outside to get a single bar. AT&T is absolute trash. I cannot say this strongly enough: DO NOT USE THEM. Literally ANYWHERE else would be better.
I got duped in January of this year. Tons of promises that I got in writing. Only to find out it didn't matter. They won't honor their gift card promise for cell phone or internet. My Direct TV bill went up almost a month later. Customer service from Management down is horrific. They worst customer service. I've waisted more time talking to their call center plus going to the stores only to be treated like garbage. I wish I never would have left XFinity. As least they were honest with their pricing. Been almost 4 months and still trying to get the AT&T vendor manager to contact me. Since nobody knows who that is. Do yourself a favor save time and aggravation stay AWAY from this company their fiber service is not worth the lies.
I went to the att store to get several problems taken care of. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Luis, immediately. He was very friendly and focused on me getting a my questions answered and my problems solved. He was professional and seemed to know exactly what I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable! I felt he was genuinely concerned about my experience there. He was caring yet efficient. The guy was fantastic!

The customer service rep admitted an AT&T customer service rep "accidentally" canceled my insurance coverage and told me ( after speaking with their manager) I had to wait 30 days to use the coverage. 30 days came and went and no coverage was added. Meanwhile it wasn't canceled due to too man claims (that would've been canceled by Assurion). I spilled water on my phone and the speaker was messed up and I had to deal with that until I bought a new phone. I canceled my AT&T service and went with their competitor.
They have worst customer service and average signal quality. Their website is impossible to navigate and reach a live person, their phone tree menu is just as unhelpful. I had trouble activating the new sim card they sent me. I spent 3 hours on the phone and in the store trying to get this setup.
After this when I switched to a different carrier, they charged me $116 for just 7 days usage!
I am currently getting a divorce and had to vacate my residence due to this. My soon to be ex had been gone for 1 1/2 years. I called and canceled my DirectTV/AT&T account. I couldn't get the equipment from my residence, my County Sheriff's Office refused to escort me due to my ex's instability. I called DirectTV/AT&T and informed them of the situation. I had DirectTV for about 20 years and have never been late on a payment. They sent me emails every month about my bill. I finally decided to pay for the equipment and when I called DirectTV/AT&T wouldn't accept my debit card over the phone due to non-payment of the bill. I had to give them my bank account info to pay. I wouldn't recommend DirectTV/AT&T service to anyone. I will never have another DirectTV/AT&T account again!

Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store.
