Just changed my plan to eliminate the $10 Hotspot that I haven't used for many months. They don't make it clear that if you change plans, that your entire phone will not work until the next month. I have less than 2 days left on this months service and changed so that I would not forget. You would figure that changing would affect only what I change...my Hotspot.
For me to be able to use my phone for less than 2 days, AT&T is requiring me to pay for a full month. 10 years with them and this is how they treat me. No rollover data. No rollover Hotspot. If you use all of your high-speed data or Hotspot one month and none the next month, you have to pay for extra. I haven't used my Hotspot for over a year... I have paid them $120 + and yet if I use all 10gb of this months today, I'd have to pay for more. I should have over 120gb banked! Roll it over! What a rip off and scam. I am going Verizon Visible!
I have the worst reception ever. I can't get apps to load, I can search for a restaurants phone number, can't make a call half the time. I'm in real estate so it crucial my phone works and has great service at all times, recently, I'm shocked if I google something and it actually loads and I'm able to view what I'm attempting to view. I've tried calling AT&T to see what the deal is. Each time I've called, I wait on the phone 20+ mins until I just have to move on with my life and hang up. It's absolutely ridiculous I pay as much as I do and get this kind of service. Switching to Verizon.
Been a customer of AT&T since before cell phones. Since 1970. LOYAL customer. My brother recently due to cancer had a laryngectomy and uses his cell phone to communicate and 911 has his number as a non speaking client. Bought a new phone that got lost in transit by UPS from my house to his house. Wanted to order a second phone and then return one if it ever showed up or pay off when I received a check from UPS. I acknowledged I knew I would be responsible for both charges until I returned a new unopened one. Would not let me buy a second phone. Ever since AT&T has switch to 5G service has gone completely downhill and my phone bill doesn't seem to be getting any less

The road I live on has Fiber unit at the entrance. The fiber goes down the connecting road to feed housing areas to the east of my house. Fiber runs halfway down my road and then feeds into the housing area to the west of my house. No one on my road has Fiber. No option to request fiber to my home. I can get notified... they've already bypassed my road. Waiting for a nonexistent notification is ridiculous. Who can I speak with to get this resolved.
The company rips you off, charges for services they don't provide, you call customer service to fix but they can't fix nothing even though they are a technology company. So beware if you use them. They will scam you and do nothing to fix it, except give excuses.

I placed an order for firstnet online. Ended up canceling order due to runaround. Placed 2nd order online and thought it was done only to wake up next day and order was canceled. ATT is a joke!
Although it took over a month to resolve I MUST sing the praises of PETE in Dayton, Ohio. He stayed with me when no one else would. Long story short my problem revolved around getting ATT to find my address in their databases (even though I live in a metropolitan area Dallas/Fort Worth). MY FIRST FEW HOUR LONG PHONE CALLS GOT ME NOWHERE. But then God Hooked me up with Pete in Dayton, Ohio and he took control from there calling me daily providing updates and getting any additional info I can't believe how Pete stuck with the problem (and with me). He is amazing! Pete is a Saint. He's got to be the best employee at ATT. If he lived in Texas I'd beg him to work with me. ATT please let Pete mentor your other representatives. The world needs more peeps like Pete! Thanks so much!
Today I called ATT customer service to review my bills from home and cell bills along with our internet service. My needs were simple. Can you reduce my charges? Paying $110 for a land line phone. Paying $220 for two cell phones. And $40 for internet service with basic speed. I talked to 4-5 ATT employees for 2 hours and 35 minutes. Is that crazy? The frustrating part is not one person could lower my bill even though my cell phone bills is way outline compared to Verizon! Our home bills I thought was going to be cut in half however when I called back to get the lower payment the new Rep. Could figure out how I was quote the reduced payment. So guess what I didn't get my home phone bills reduced. I found all the individuals were polite they didn't know how to work and find answers at a reasonable time. I felt their service people were either new or were not properly trained. Time I got done despite talking to someone in the department that was supposedly trying to keep my business was slow and could care less we were going to move on to a new company. She offered not one discount! So ATT has just lost one of their Royal customers. I advice you to look else where! Don't shop here!

Since I moved to ATT my phone keeps getting disconnected during calls regardless of the location I am on. I am paying a lot more than I was told. Every bill I received is different and I can never find an answer. Their customer service is terrible and unable to answer any basic question.
ATT is not what is use to be it sounds like they tried to save money and contacted their service support overseas. Complete chaos I can't wait to switch back to a fully US BASED company.

I have been calling AT&T since December of 2022. They lied, saying someone came out, and I work from home. I received 2 new Modem within 30 days. The internet never works, especially when it's cloudy outside or rain. My bill left from $64 to $191.00. ATT IS THE Is Worth Company On Earth.

It was an easy task as a Port-In from Lycamobile to AT&T Prepaid for my wife's number. They screwed up big time even when they knew that the number has an area code different from the Zipcode (excuse given that it has a different market area so they can't port in) but they charged us $326.xx for one year 16 GB plan on the wrong temporary number. Customer care Representative - Kei (Keah) promised to call us back at 8:30 am on 3-8 and never did. Now, I have to deal with AT&T prepaid service to revert the charges and get the port in fix. Reviews don't lie. They just don't hire the right people to fix the problem! 20 min job wasn't even completed in 1 hour and 20 mins.

Imagine you are driving home after a stressful day of work to see cones and two men wearing AT&T jackets blocking your driveway with a truck in front of your house. You weren't the one who scheduled them to be there and you have guests coming over in 10 minutes with no access to your property. This is how I felt when two random men parked their trucks and cones directly in front of my house and set their cones blocking my way to get in the driveway. They moved the cones only to continue unimportant small talk continuing in front of said driveway. It took me honking at them for those men to finally move. 1 star
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
