Quoted $179/mo plus tax get bill it's $249/mo plus tax. Sales agent lied about options and cost of options. Customer service continued to give misinformation and over charge my bill. I have to call and spend hours on the phone to get my bill corrected every month but still have to pay the $249/mo. The phone service is not worth the bill. I would have stayed with Verizon better service and customer care.
My mom's bill went up because of fraud on her account that was set for auto debit. When we called and they told us that she was charged for a restoral fee. They said I can call back Once the billing cycles shows the charge and ask for that to be waved. We called back and spoke with the representative and was told they cannot honor waving the restoral charge because the previous operator did not document it properly. So the customer is faulted because the last operator did not document it properly. I know the calls are also recorded so that seems like just another lie. Please AT&T don't treat your customers like they're stupid.
I switched my service from Verizon to AT&T. While switching I was gifted an Apple iWatch for free for being a first responder and being apart of the First Net program. Turns out the watch was not free and I have been paying for it every month since receiving it. I have contacted AT&T about this matter multiple times over the last 2 months and have received no help whatsoever. Their "first net" is a joke.
Rohan in Albuquerque, NM signed myself and my family up thru fake promotions that we now know don't exist! Promising our bill would be under $50 a month each and now AT&T FirstNet are telling us that the rep has no idea what he's talking about and that the promotions that weee asking for don't exist! Beware of this guy!

I'm dropping calls from my house and I can't even download emails on my phone and I have an unlimited plan with AT&T. I am not in a rural area but I can't get decent service at home. I have to use Wi-Fi just for phone calls and heaven forbid I need to send a picture as a text message to an android phone. That cannot happen at my house. I literally have to leave my house and drive down the street a ways before I can send an attachment to an android phone.
Waited half an hour to load weather radar. Not being able to access this info due to ATTs horrible service could be very dangerous and even deadly. So many deadspots it is ridiculous! Can not get service in town even. Don't believe me...go to Fremont Indiana and see how long it takes to get online while you're in the middle of town. ATT SUCKS!
I am so frustrated with AT&T's CC. If you are deaf or hard of hearing it's a real problem. It often skips over what's being said, that is difficult to understand, and frequently just gives you jibberish! It is an insult to those of us who are hard of hearing. It just shows that they don't really care about assisting the deaf or hard of hearing; we obviously don't matter.
They do nothing but lie. They give you a monthly price and then when the bill comes it is considerably higher. You can spends HOURS on the phone with them and get absolutely nowhere. If you speak to 5 different eople you will get 5 different answers. What a bunch of crooks. I absolutely hate them
I had four appointments for service. Three were no call no show and the fourth the tech arrived 50 minutes after my 2-4 window. I didn't make the appointment for 4:50. Stayed home for three days waiting. Didn't even contact me I had to contact AT&T!
The customer service is a joke. No one speaks English and no one wants to help you. For 3 days now I been dealing with a phone that all of a sudden has no service and nobody knows why. I been to the store twice, talked to 4 different people there including a manager, and talked to 5 different people from customer service including 3 managers and my phone still is not working, and has not been replaced. A phone I have a warranty on, a warranty that they have tried to deny and charge me for. I filed the warranty and paid for express shipping for a 2 day delivery, now the tracking number says it won't even be shipped out until a month from now. I am so aggravated with this company. This is very unprofessional and wrong. I will be canceling my service!
The customer experience is absolutely awful. This service will enventually allow competitors to enter the market. I tried several times just to get a straightforward answer if Fiber was available in my area or not after searching the site to get an answer. It is a maze of confusion for a potential customer. Maybe the old WorldCom should have bought them!
I got both phone service and home internet service on October 10,2022. Let me tell you that this sh*t is horrible. I blame my self for letting the AT $ T representative, who was located in the Target store, talk me into getting this sh*t. I should have read all the reviews first. I should of stuck with t-mobile for my phone plan I also should have stuck with Xfinity for my home internet. I was trying to be cheap and I regret it. I can cancel my home service but the phone I cannot. The people do try to help when calling in, which is a plus but no matter what they try and do THIS SH*T SUCKS.
Called several times about fraud alerts and got passed off to several different departments. At the end I still never spoke to anyone: just got the automated referral to the website. Terrible customer service
After 3 phone calls, 5 people (3 agents - Daniel, Gloria, and Doug) and (2 supervisors - Michelle and Kim) ATT lost my data and lost port status!. They offered me a good deal, with a lot of discounts and promised I will receive a new cellphone and sim card within a week... two weeks after I didn't get anything and they tried to blame it on VERIZON... pathetic! I was about to change providers and I am not anymore!...
I have had intermittent tv freezing for the last year, going on Two. I have had quite a number of service calls, and about a week to a week in a half, the freezing starts again. I am very frustrated, and called the office of the AT&T president, which said they would have there service team call me. I did not receive no call, and they did nothing. I can see why AT&at stock is floundering. They do not know what customer service is, period. I have been a customer of AT&T for many years, and even own stock in them. Time for a change.
Worst company ever i cancel service with this people over 3 to 4 years ago and i pay everything off and now they're charging me over $1800 and they can't even validate my account when i call how I owe you guys money if I pay you back everything i owe and you can even validate my account every time i call you guys
After the passing of our husband/father, we went to At&t in Pueblo, CO to work on transferring data from his phone to mom's. We worked with Connie and she was absolutely AMAZING. She was compassionate, patient, kind, and very knowledgeable! She made the experience seamless and even joyful! Thank you, Connie!
AT&T internet is 3mbps max in West Hollywood CA, do not even bother calling them.
I've suffered with their inadequate service for years because the cable from the only other provider needed to be reinstalled & it was a hassle in my building. I finally made the time to deal with it. The cable provider is the only other choice and my speed is now 164mbps.
West Hollywood does not have fiber so you absolutely will not get fast speeds from AT&T, don't let them tell you otherwise.
By far and away the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Business account, make it so difficult to port phone numbers. Constant rerouting and different answers on how to troubleshoot. Nothing works. Can't hear the reps on the phone through their headphones. System does not reflect the same information as the online account. Said I was authorized to make changes in the store but not online. How is that logical? The nearest store is over 60 miles away. Very frustrating.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission.
