This company thought it was a good idea to buy up and merge all other companies.Now they are too big to operate properly. Driven by greed they swallowed all the competition and now there are no other services providers in the area. So people are stuck with worthless service from a worthless company. AT&T has had 50,119 grievances filed with the Better Business Bureau over the past three years.
Bought new Iphone 14 pro had a problem with it I took it to the store and the told me to take it to ubreakifif who does all the warranties so I did and neither place will fix or replace my phone, apple said that they are a third party servicing company so voided my warranty, and they will not stand behind it either. The bad thing about it was that it wasnt evan 30 days old when I went to the store the first time.
I was text a promotion to receive a percentage off my past due bill. Once called I was told by Abulia Mahoug refused to listening and get details. I was repeating why my concerns. I called back and spoke with Chris and attempted the same spilled and got no where. Chris only saw where I made a payment today and stated my account has no notes documentary of any previous calls not even from Abulia who I had just ended the call.
This company is a scam! They sent us a bill for $2930 for international calls after 9! Hours of conversations with a million different operators promised to return, which they never did! After 2 months the money has not been returned. But the story is not over, today we received a new bill for 3600! We are in complete shock, but have already removed the auto payment. My friend's router broke. Couple lose wires stuff like that. She called AT&T, they told her it would be 100 DOLLARS just to LOOK at it? They are charging for doing practically nothing, and it's greedy, mercenary behavior.
After waiting several months and calls being told several different excuses my 250$ gift card has expired and at&t will not reissue or Honor this offer. Just lost a customer they obviously don't care to keep. Bad business if u ask me... Guess I'll give my money to the competition.
Not only are they misleading the out right lie about monthly charges. I was told that my bill would be $50 a month with unlimited data. I received a bill for $70 and change with only 2 gigs of data with ran out in days
We unsubscribed today 02-20-2023 after months of frustration due to our tv service and the units proved unreliable. I had my unit replaced twice because they were bad after having a phone tech tried to make it work. My wife then told me her unit had never worked through the night. The main unit was not functioning either. So after months of hassle and problems with the units we decided to end our subscription to ATT and signed up with Dish to get reliability. Called ATT on 02/19/23 and ended our subscription and was told we owed $270 for the malfunctioning equipment and I was told if we returned the equipment they would not charge us the $270. I received an email on the 20th which said our streaming was to end at 7 pm EST. Unable to get my account number to return these items. I called the phone numer *******000 and was told that all we had to do was box and send the equipment back and we would not be charged. I spoke with rep Aaron. I asked him for a return label but he said all I had to do was go to USPS and they would print a label and mail it. Monday 02/20/23 was a holiday so we went on Tues. Waited in line for half an hour and the USPS said they had no ability to print a label. My wife contacted *******000 and spoke with Tom who said if we returned the equipment our $270 which was taken out of our bank account would be replaced. I decided to go to ATT office here in Boise but got nowhere. They said we purchase the equipment once we signed up and they do not accept returned equipment. My issue is that this equipment is faulty and never has worked well. We should not be forced to pay for faulty equipment. Never have been able to access my account on the internet. I am including this information so you can credit us for their return as directed by Aaron your phone customer service rep. So you would not charge us for the units.
I've used AT&T for years. Masochistic of me. I hate AT&T and have told the young salespeople at AT&T kiosks that straight. Whenever there is an issue, I know it is going to take hours to resolve it, including just trying to get to a human on the phone. To save $5 more a month, I signed up for autopay for my bill. AT&T is sooooo strange in the way it does business, never ceases to amaze me. There has always been a due date on my bill, but now that it is "autopay", they removed the due date!? WTH. I was on the phone for an hour. The person I spoke with could not offer any reason why they would not only change my due date, but why they would remove the due date from the bill altogether. THEN AT&T sends me a customer survey "How can we do better?". All they asked was my age, if I am an AT&T customer, and why I contacted AT&T. No questions whatsoever about asking how they can do better or whether the issue was resolved. Why? I truly believe AT&T actually DOES NOT CARE and is not interested the truth of its customers having issues with the company as long as they get that monthly payment. When another company comes along that can match AT&T, I will definitely give them a shot. Unbelievable. At least AT&T is consistent in making me feel frustrated and unheard.
Every time I do something for Promotion post to get 'credits' or buy one get one free they never stand my what they say bill goes from 211 to 225 to 251 to 275. Been calling for over 4 months now every single one customer service says something different. No one realy knows what there doing.
Would never recommend this company. Postal service lost my package and the AT&T manager says he sees that happen CONSTANTLY. But us customers are still stuck with the cost! This company will bait you in with so-called low rates and phone upgrades. But they will gouge you for the first 2 to 3 months. Charging you expensive rates and fees and telling you they can't tell you what your first bill will be, until they send it to you. For me, they haven't kept their word and can care less about what they're representative promised. If I had to do it all over again, I'd run from this company!
Plain trash service, customer service, over priced with them for 6 months biggest mistake! T-mobile is BEST! Btw thats all most always the issue here full bars blank page! Only can use wifi in my house by xfinity to get my phone to work. Taxes can't come come soon enough! Mind you 2 cells and 1 tablet bill 230$ there crazy! And my phone rings and I can't even see who's calling it doesn't even show anybody's calling it just rings hate this service
I have had ATT for 40 years and have never waviered. The service is so poor nad the lack of concern for client satisfaction at the executive level is horrid. I have spent $******* on cell service from ATT since I started with them 40 years ago. They just don't care and I can't wait to dump them and the horrid service thay provide. My Husband wanted to upgrade our phones called AT&T on Feb4th spoke with what we thought was a very nice Lady. She took our information told us our phones would arrive on Feb17th however the sim cards did arrive we call back to let them know we receive them. A Rep instructed my Husband to install them in our old phones then he switched our service over to At&t. We called back was told a charge of $300 per phone had to be paid when ask why was told because of our credit even though both of our credit scores is over 800. We spoke to many different Reps most didn't speak much english we never got same story from either one.$90 a month was quoted to us as our monthly bill after my Husband Military discount. Spoke with Nick at the Myrtle Beach Corporate Office was told the Phones were never ordered also military discount was never applied. He was sorry for the mistake and we could either pay $600 or Change our numbers which we've had over 15+years. I do my Business on my phone not changing my number or paying $600

Att is a con company. Got my grandad and I with the free galaxy note 2018 promo. Now when I see them offering free phones I cringe. We got the phones with a 2 yr agreement then 2022 our bill was averaging 700+ dollars for 2 lines. After reviewing the bill come to find out neither phone was free we were paying 35 dollars a month for them(tried to say the money was reimbursed but credit card statements prove other wise).We then told them to cancel the lines so we could use our phone on a different network which they told us we'd have to pay $300+ for each line to do to pay off the phones which should have already been payed off at the end of 2021 year. We paid them off then for a month had to play cat and mouse with the company to get our unlock codes. Everything was fine till about 3months ago. We got another letter stating we over paid so they were giving us a gift card instead of refunding the money to our credit cards. Then about a month ago they sent us a bill stating we owed 270+ dollars for something we canceled when we paid off our phones. About 2 weeks ago my phone got an update at 12 at night and the screen went black. Screen would come back with a hard reset only for about 10 min then black out again. Had to buy a new phone because of this( feel like att broke my perfectly good phone cause we werent using them anymore). All in all a very bad experience. I hate att so much I wouldn't ever recommend them to an enemy just to keep them from making a buck. If you have to have att be smart check the fine print and always go over your monthly bills as they like to hide hidden charges and price hikes in them. Would highly recommend anyone other than att as their service is spoty/randomly stops working the years we had them, and their just not honest.
I only have one bar while at home despite living just eight blocks away from their (at&t) cell tower. Four blocks north of my home I don't have a signal at all. I only have sos no bars No 4 no 5 no L no G nothing. It's been this way for over a year since I went to at&t they always say we'll troubleshoot and that does nothing it might get me two more bars and 5ge which goes away in about Fifteen minutes. I don't have a signal on the highway or at work. I traded in my iPhones which canceled out the price of the iPhones I have now. But AT&T is telling me that in order to leave then i have to pay them "what's owed on the phones. Which should be nothing because I traded in my phones for these phones. They won't give me my phones back and they won't take these phones back anything they have no damage. And they keep yelling that 14 day buyers remorse although I've called them during the 14 days about the service. Then i asked them about arbitration which is in the contract but they no longer go through arbitration somehow they can change the contract in their favor but won't go against it for a loyal paying customer even though it's their fault that i don't have service or signal. I would not recommend this company at all for anything they lie and tell you that something is in the contract when it's not. They take your phone and still make you pay them for the phone you traded your phone for if you leave them. You have no service no signal no nothing and they can't fix the issue they just give you the runaround from one department to the next then back around again and again and again. The pics show how I have one bar after they did troubleshooting also how I couldn't connect to the internet while I was on the phone and how just 23 minutes after troubleshooting I have one bar again
I've had service issues with ATT through the years, but today takes the cake. I was notified via their engineering department, less than 16 hours before a scheduled install (a transfer of service from another address) that they would not be able to complete my install. To make matters worse they stated that the tentative time for repair of the issue was 3/17. Today is 2/17. How many people in 2023 can go potentially 30 days absent internet access. I at times work from home and like many my entire security suite, home automation suite and entertainment suite is connected via my internet connection. This is a new home requiring me to delay all of my other contractors because of the ridiculously late notice. When asked to escalate the call, I was told the immediate supervisor was out, as was the next level manager. Clearly my business is not of value.
They will promise you a visa gift card and then will deny your eligibility after the 8 week period elapses. Even if you've called in the meantime and confirmed, after signing up with the code they SENT YOU IN THE MAIL.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
