“No rewards as they are offered!”

Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!

Beware of this company. They are not secure in anyway on their MyATT app. Mine got hacked and a double payment was made. One being authorized and another not. They will make you pay for their mistake. They will not correct it either. Their customer service is pathetic. They don't care about their customers they didn't through Covid either. I received a letter in the mail about my information being compromised and that they believed no personal information was stolen but explain to me how an unauthorized payment was made. Done go to T-Mobile for service they are by far AMAZING

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF AT&T WIRELESS SINCE 1999. I I HAVE HAD A IPHONE SINCE THEY CAME OUT. WHEN UPGRADING IN THE PAST THEY USE TO GIVE YOU CREDIT INSTANTLY FOR YOUR OLD OHONE AND HELP WITH THE PURCHASE OF YOU NEW PHONE. WELL AS WE ALL KNOW THE COST OF NEW PHONES IS CRAZY HIGH. I HAD A IPHONE 12 PRO MAX AND UPGRADED TO THE IPHONE 13 PROMAX, I DID IT ON THE MONTHLY PLAN AND TRADED IN MY 12, GOT A $1000.00 CREDIT BUT AT&T SPREADS THE CREDIT OUT OVER 36 MONTHS. I WANTED THE IPHONE 14, BUT STILL OWED A BALANCE SO I PAID IT OFF. I WAS TOLD MY CREDIT WOULD CONTINUE BY AT&T REP, SO I ORDERED THE 14 AND SENT MY 13 IN AS A TRADE, BTW ATT STILL OWED ME $583.00 FOR CREDIT ON THE 12. NOW THEY ARE TELL ME THAT SINCE I UPGRADED THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP MY $583. I FULFILLED MY AGREEMENT AND PAID MY PHONE OFF, THEY SHOULD FULFILL THEIR AGREEMENT AND PAY MY $583.00. SEEMS LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO UPGRADE

I am currently getting a divorce and had to vacate my residence due to this. My soon to be ex had been gone for 1 1/2 years. I called and canceled my DirectTV/AT&T account. I couldn't get the equipment from my residence, my County Sheriff's Office refused to escort me due to my ex's instability. I called DirectTV/AT&T and informed them of the situation. I had DirectTV for about 20 years and have never been late on a payment. They sent me emails every month about my bill. I finally decided to pay for the equipment and when I called DirectTV/AT&T wouldn't accept my debit card over the phone due to non-payment of the bill. I had to give them my bank account info to pay. I wouldn't recommend DirectTV/AT&T service to anyone. I will never have another DirectTV/AT&T account again!

We consciously decided against utilizing the above states as the country that we are in does not support 5G. This happened last year when we subscribed to the international plan but ended up with shoddy hit and miss phone service. We couldn't use our phones when we needed it most. This time we switched off our data plan on our phone settings and got a local wifi phone service to enable us to text our kids. Imagine our surprise when we're were billed for international plan without our consent. To what extent can we take our phones out of the country and not be billed for the international plan. AT&T hides behind shoddy bot or foreign representation customer service that is not helpful at all in solving our problem. We are good paying customers and have not faulted in our payments. AT&T sucks as a phone company and their customer services fails us miserably. We also received notification that our phone plan will be increased soon and their terrible service does not warrant a plan hike.

If you have watched AT&T Ads saying that existing and new customer are treated equally? You can forget about that.
Only new customer who they want to lure to ATT. No reward to AT&T Royal existing customers.

I had service with AT&T most of my life and loved them. Moved to T-Mobile because I wanted an iphone
For my son for Christmas and AT&T wasn't offering one. I paid the phone off early so I could come back to AT&T. Wish I hadn't! I included my ex husband on our plan, he passed away and there's basically nothing they will do for me. I have to pay for the phone in full before I can delete his line. Guess they've forgotten the word empathy. The other phones I wanted to pay off early they won't let me. Take my advice go anywhere but AT&T!

Used to be great, i used to get 50-60 Mbps down and10 Mbps up, but as of late 10-18-23 there data is crap, i am lucky to get 10Mbps Down and 1Mbps up. Tech support is no help and they dont seem to care. This is Elyria Ohio *******

I bought a new iPhone 11pro max and The day I left with the new phone it stopped working. I went back 4 times and they keep giving me the run around saying I have to go to Apple. I bought the phone less then a week ago they said in order to exchange it they will charge me a $55.00 restock fee for selling me a defective product and making me waste 5 days going back and fourth

Every time they buy your phone.they tell you they giving you money for phone and they take your phone and give you old one.new one don't work no better than the one you traded in.

So sad, so bad. What has happened to ATT, their customer service is inexperienced, reading off a script, and the speed and quality is unacceptable. I was one a loyal customer and I had to call 6 times to cancel a line that was canceled 8 months ago due to their error and I was disconnected each time and the enterprise business team has little knowledge too. I hope the read this and do something about it as we are outta here - 6 phones cancelling! As 6 times I called it was a bad experience. How can a phone company drop a call on a customer over 6 times. My whole family saw the saga to cancel a line we never ordered. We really don't really do bad reviews but I am going ATT can fix this. We are moving on.

I changed my service provider to ATT, was told that I would get a free phone with a new line. I got the bill 3 weeks later with a 30% mark up on the line and am being charged for the phone. I called customer service to straighten this out. The agent wasn't able to do any changes and am being charged for everything even though the sign up paperwork is different from the bill. I'll be canceling my serving and never go with this company again. DONT DO IT, YOU WILL BE DECEIVED! I bought the phone through Walmart. The sales associate will tell you what you want to hear just to get a sale. ATT customer service won't do anything to fix the problem. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! I'd give a 0 star to Walmart and att if I could

I don't know where to begin! 7 days later 14 hours of talking and going to stores and stupid stuff happening with my account. I don't have the time to play these game and be over charge fraudulent charges on my account from AT&T if I could and I will leave them I will, 20 years with them and in 7 days of pure stupidness I have to leave spending almost $800.00 to close a fraudulent account... man I'm very upset and mad and angry!

The worst company and the worst customer service ever dale with I'm still with them. But waiting tell my installment over. And never ever go back to them. There sales based on hidden the truth. They have no loyalty to their customers. I been with them since 2008

Very very bad service I ordered my internet service 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the service I call and make 3 appointments and they never come still waiting for service and they send a bill for 70 dollars

I've been with AT&T since 2004 with five lines. I was very satisfied until late last year when we changed the plan. They added 1 too many lines & put my new phone installment on another line that I didn't ask for & has NEVER been used. I've been paying for 7 lines because they can't remove the line with my installment connected to it. Their reply was that I could change my phone #. That was the only solution. I've called so many times & been transferred to people who handle more complex problems. I've spoken to representatives on the phone for close to 2 hours several times. I've been hung up on, initially thinking we were disconnected. They know my # & could call back. In the beginning I went back to the store but they couldn't help either. I used to recommend AT&T but never would now.

My phone has a manufacturer defect and they won't fix it.
Or replace my phone. And I called Samsung and Samsung won't fix it. It's gonna take them 3 to 5 weeks to get to it.

Worst company ever. Customer service is awful. I returned a phone that sat in the warehouse and was charged monthly for 3 months. Then when I canceled my account and switched providers they charged me for the full phone even though they did receive it. Then they charged me a month phone payment saying it wasn't returned in 14 days even though it was. I have been on dozens of chats and phone calls. This has been the worst experience with a company ever. Do not recommend.

I purchase A cell phone through AT&T for my business and since I did a supervisor called me 3 weeks after set up to see what happened to my internet I told him no one told me it was 400 and my cell bill 300,700 total first month bill. I'm seeking legal action against att for their business practices

I called att and inquired about their internet. I was thinking of changing providers. After talking to customer service I wanted to verify items from my current service. Att told me they could place a hold for me so that I if I did call back I wouldn't have to give address etc. again. I agreed to that. Then I just needed to call back within 10 if I wanted the hold to expire or not. I called back the next day to cancel the hold. Three days after that I received equipment. I called att and explained I had cancelled the hold and never put in an order. He saw the cancellation and said I still had to return the equipment. In fact, he was trying to pressure me into purchasing att service. I declined several times before he gave up. What a a... w.
Also, att wouldn't provide pick up for the equipment and I would be charged if I toss it. There's more to this however, I am done venting.
My advice, STAY AWAY

An unfortunate experience. I thought that Atnt would do the right thing and adjust the bill accordingly. They charged me for three months of service I never used. They also charged me for the equipment and it was returned when the service was canceled. I had a great experience until just recently. I will never purchase or utilize their services ever again. They lost myself and gained a terrible review over $200.

Contact BBB.org to file a complaint against AT&T if you have a problem with them.
I purchased a tablet from them for a Bundled deal. They didn't do what they offered instead they separated everything and I was out $ 300. They admitted it was there fault but Never refunded the their mistake that I paid for.
I cancelled my month to month phone and they charged me $ 632.00 without an itemized bill, I asked for one but was never given one. I only owed $288.00. I ended up paying out $ 505.00.
Never ever until my dying day will I ever go back to them.
They only care about making money!
They will make you go in circles.
They don't care about what you have to say because they have your money.
Money is the root of all evil.
Shame on you, AT&T!

I switched to AT&T from T-Mobile due to a promotion they were having. It was GENUINELY the worst mistake I have ever made. These people are horrific with random charges on your account. I call them almost every month due to random charges and cancelations on my autopay that I never agreed to? Their customer service representative PURPOSELY hangs up on you and NEVER calls you back(this has happened to me a few times when I called for the extra charges that I never agreed to) Michelle one of the customer service agents being one of them. I have read the reviews on this website and noticed a lot of their customers are having this issue. It's surprising to me that AT&T being the big "successful" company they are, they treat their customers so terribly.

Since I basically live between the United States and Italy, I tend to stop using my American number twice a year for 2/3 months. They suggested me to just "suspend" temporarily the account. So before leaving I did it, and got a confirmation (via phone support). After one month I got a bill of 200$ and they kept going up. When I asked explanations they told me I didn't suspended it, when I did and gave them also the dates I asked to suspend and the activate the account. I decided not to pay for a service I didn't used and yesterday I got my "final bill". I paid and I asked to re-store my account since I'm going back to school soon. They told me my phone number was already given to another user so I had to change AGAIN my number. They didn't refund me my final bill- but that's okay, I just know I will never work with them again even if they sell themselves as the "best" operators.

What I mean is a parent company would not cap it's internet a child company caps its internet and charges for extras. Not to mention the data wiping that it does while browsing the internet meaning it will clear your RAM and reload videos sometimes in the middle of it you will see your load bar disappear and then start loading again. Or your browser shuts down and you have to open it and reload it all over again. I wish there was an option for zero Stars cuz that what I was what I would give it one is too much.
