We heard your conversation to another co worker at At&t... even tho you didn't push the RING doorbell. The man on the phone said "Don't worry about the barking dog".
Yes, dogs bark when strangers knock. One should be concerned about barking dogs, dogs are protective.
Reaching for the door handle before knocking is not acceptable, yet we do appreciate David informing us of his presence before entering our property without breaking the fence handle like previous At&t man did years ago that could have been bit by one of our aggressive dogs.
Their customer support is quite frankly the worst I've ever dealt with specifically the fraud protection who try and get aggressive with you because you can't remember something right away this whole company needs to be dissolved
I got hung up on 4 times in the middle of questioning my account and amount owed even tho I at first thought it was just maybe a mistake like bad reception or something than it happened 3 more times. I am furious at the customer service I been with att for 14 years and it's really went down hill.
I'm a truck driver. I drive all over the US. It's really essential for me to have great service in every area.
I was with Verizon originaly but one of your workers at the store told me that you guys have better coverage.
I changed everyone on my business account over to At&t immediately. The person in McKinney store messed up a bunch of things in my account and they are unable to correct the issues.
The service is extremely poor. I send an email 2 days ago and it is still sending. As is indicated in the attached photograph.
Here is some advice don't listen to the AT&T agents because they lie through their teeth
Tried to book a plan for an upcoming US vacation. Buying online doesn't work, their forms want a phone number but don't take international ones. Support said they can help but it'd be best to wait a week as the plan would activate immediately. Waited a week, contacted support again only to be informed that "Oh - out network had an update and your phone no longer works with AT&T. But you can buy a new one from us...". Yeah right.
Stay away from this company!
Horrid experience, starting with those very pushy guys standing at Sams. Many things he said were untrue, decided to send ordered, unopened phones right back after seeing all the bad reviews, and I have had untold awful hours on the phone ever since, after AT&T activated one of the unopened phones that was returned. (They have proof it was returned and "don't know how that happened") Each time they transfer you to another person, you have to tell the story over again. It has been a nightmare and I will never ever go with AT&T again.
We have had service with ATT for decades without any issues. Great service in Milwaukee, WI. Repeated failures in Madison, Wisconsin. They make 'expedited' appointments but, then, don't come or cancel. Appointment window 4-8 but told by 6:30, technicians may go home already. (Can't understand that concept). We have had no Broadband/Wifi, cable, or phone service since 11/28 and it is now 12/15. Very poor service and sorry's don't help us. Avoid ATT. It's been a nightmare for us.
Been going on 10 days and honestly I have no clue what is happening. How can a major company not be more proactive in fixing issues? I can't get a refund UNTIL the issue is fixed? I have no service! But lord do they push the sales pitch. "Care to learn about joining our wireless plan?"
Warning! Stay away from the middlemen like Walmart, Sam's Club and others. I was promised 2 free phones, which was a lie (it was a trade-in). I was also promised $40 monthly payments (lie). My first bill was $332 monthly for 2 phones, that were charged to my account after cancellation. Although they said that you have 14 to cancel (buyer's remorse), I received the bill 15 days after signing up, nullifying the 14 days cancellation for no charges. They were never willing to tell me how much I would be paying until then. Furthermore, the trade-in is a scam. I am warning anybody to stay away from AT&T. Also, the customer service phone lines are mostly of no help. There are no different departments (Support, Billing, etc.) to address your needs. They are situated in third world countries: South Africa, Philippine, Jamaica, and many other such countries. Buyers beware,
My entire family after many many years of service are all currently finding another service. The customer service is atrocious and has been for some time now. Your upper management obviously does not care about the paying customers, with all of the failing reviews, with nothing being done.
It would be nice to have customer agents that speak our language, yet, I guess you sure get what you pay, and it certainly shows.
AT&T, you are no longer an American Company that we Americans are proud of.
This is the worst carrier I've ever had to deal with.
Our phone bill keeps going up, the customer service talks in circles.
My job gives us a discount for AT&T, but I quote the representative told me the plan I have doesn't honor the discount.
Never bothered explain to me why or which one would.
I work hard for my income, and the last thing I want to do is to pay it out to a company as shady as AT&T.
And they expect everyone to be able to print things off from a computer.
Some of us are a generation that don't have that technology, they didn't care.
So with the ratings I see I'm not surprised...
Get rid of them before they cost you a bill you can't pay js
My bill is $75 a month. I got jobless. You charged me 60% late fee. That's highly toxic and parasitic for a corporate entity. Especially when you're operating most of your customer service out of a Third World country. I'm all for capitalism. But this is lazy useless capital scum. Your 5G networks is not even actual 5G in a heavily populated area.
Can you imagine a billion-dollar company stealing from the average American? You may think that's absurd, but it is actually truth! Take my case for example. We've been ATT customers since 2012. And not because their service is great, but for the simple reason that they were the only ones who had better coverage in our area. For the most part their service was good, with the occasional hiccups. I hated calling their customer service line, not so much because of their agents, but because it takes at least an hour before you can actually speak to a human. And then you get transferred from one agent to another and you have to re-tell your issue over and over again.
As others have stated the surprise extra charges on the bill every other month on top of terrible data service, this company is not worth it and should be avoided at all costs. Wish I had seen reviews before hand to deter me from making the mistake of choosing this company
We have been customers for over 10 years. No issues, really. Until a few months ago when two personal email accounts have somehow become connected. Only one person can log in to their email at a time. When they can't and need to reset the password, the passwords on BOTH accounts are washed. Once you log out, you need to call them AGAIN to reset the password. This is turning into a daily basis! 6 times so far today and I have been "disconnected" 3 times! THEN, I receive an email stating our account has been removed and cancelled but when I call, they say it's still active. I am losing our on job opportunities, requests for interviews, ect because I cannot log in! I have had enough!
Worst mobile company out there. Fraud charges and if you don't take snapshots of your paid in full bill and chats with agents you will be stuck paying a bill you know is fraudulent. I cancelled in May to go to T-Mobile which is great btw! Paid my bill in full and took a snapshot, talked with. A representative who said I'm all set and will have NO MORE CHARGES, in the end they charged me a $7 late fee in July when I paid in full in May and had a zero balance after that. They are corrupt. Always get proof of what you do or better yet just don't sign up with them. They have a 1.3 score for most review sites and that's telling. Nowadays there are many alternatives. Stay far away from AT&T!
Just tried to update my billing address, keep asking me to add unnecessary service for 20 minutes. And the final answer I got from the representative was sorry call to this number. What a joke, my time is important as yours people.
Online services are dismal. Telephone service during working hours is difficult as they're not knowledgeable, helpful or solution oriented. We've tried Cox and they're not great either. We were hopeful for AT&T but are wearing thin...
Does it get any worse than AT&T? Their website is the worst. Go to your account online, 3 different times in a day, and you'll see 3 different balances... along with fine print that says your balance may not reflect charges and payments for the last several weeks!
What's worse... they completely screwed up an account, disconnected it due to something that was THEIR fault, and now say it's at least 5 days to reconnect?
Goodbye AT&T - thanks for nothing!
No integrity, false promises, lots of employees that have no clue - how a dinosaur like AT&T got resurrected after the breakup into the baby bells is a mystery to me and a testimony to the corrupt ways of large business governance. IN my case, they sold me a wireless phone promising that it could be unlocked after 90 days and wasted countless hours of mine to then deny my claim. Do yourself a favor and avoid this monster company on all levels, home phone service, internet or cell.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
Answer: Because they never really will cancel your service! They overcharge you and when you finally get a hold of them they still refuse to help.
Answer: To answer your question, Simply there is no accountability at AT&T. They bounce you around and they make NO attempt for resolution.
Answer: I use to work for AT&T, they have gone from bad to worse to I don't give a damn, and that's a shame
Answer: That is just silly. He wldnt be a multi millionaire if his businesses were bad. You forget, everybody loved him till he announced he was conservative. Isn't it all the democratic mayor's and governor's states that are going to shit? Or would you rather take crime over parent choice?
The reviews reflect a predominantly negative perception of the company's overall reputation and customer service. Customers frequently express frustration with long wait times, ineffective support, and unresolved billing issues, leading to a sense of distrust and dissatisfaction. Complaints about unauthorized charges and poor communication from representatives are common, suggesting systemic problems in service delivery. While there are occasional mentions of product reliability, the overwhelming sentiment indicates that customers feel neglected and undervalued. This pattern points to a pressing need for the company to improve its customer service protocols and enhance accountability to regain consumer trust.
