I lost my phone and still don't have service after two days of dealing with these idiots at ATT! I've left the company for good! I cannot believe how they can hold up changing service. I went to their store three times yesterday. I've spent hours on the phone, mostly on hold with the corporate dufus idiots who cannot do anything. The company has way too much power over customers. We need more regulation over phone companies like this. They behave in a criminal like manner. Imagine losing your phone and asking these people for help to restore your service. So you go to a dealer and instead of help they attempt to financially rape you! Creeps!
1) Broke device I was transferring in *Samsung galaxy)
2) Sold devices fraudulently that would not work with devices
3) Incorrect price on other device
4) Could not return in store 2x
5) Multiple customer service calls low-productivity, eventual correction
6) Still being charged for returned devices.
I'm not sure if AT&T is part of this crap or not? I have been a AT&T customer for over 15 years when I call about the 20 calls I get a day from scammers, all I seem to accomplish is ZERO. I would think a large company like AT&T would be able to stop scam calls from people trying to steal information from us. I have called for well over 2 years asking for some kind of help from AT&T with nothing but bull$#*! from customer service. I paid extra money to block scam calls, that did nothing. When I call and speak to a person, witch is difficult, I explain that I realize they are just doing their job so I just want to find out how to stop these scam calls.
So...we did work for AT&T and are now going on 90 days past due on their bill. No surprise they do not allow this same payment system to their customers. Yep, a company where their policy is most definitely a "Do as we say... not as we do."
Brian a representative from AT&T was of great help to me concerning my bill and explaining why it had increased. He was courteous and knew his job well. He helped me to understand a few things concerning my account and billing of my account. He went above and beyond as we say in the military. AT&T should be very proud of Brian. Thank you again Brian for you help. Five stars for sure.
I only wanted to update my email address on the account. I was on hold for over 1 hour. My account was a business account and I kept getting transferred to people who do not handle business accounts! I do not know how AT&T is still in business! I also couldn't sign in online because it wouldn't recognize my email address.

I work at a commercial property as a property associate. We have 3-4 different kinds of AT&T accounts. Not only did she resolve my internet bill issue - she was able to fix my Federal Communications Commission account - which had 6 different lines connected to that, on top of that was another account - MY POINT IS - she was very calm during the whole process and provided me with excellent service. If you're lucky enough for her to pick up your calls, you'll be in good hands!
I Wish we would have never Switched from T-mobile. We were lied to at the Store about the Samsung Ultra 22 Plus Promotion. I asked the Manager what my Bill was going to be with my Switching over 6 Lines and he straight out Lied. I am paying over $100 more a month than he told me. And he Text me confirming. But a week later I get a Welcome Message with my projected Bill. BULLS... T! And of course he is nowhere to be found with AT&T a week later. Then I get an Email saying my Trade-in Phones were received and my Bill would be adjusted accordingly. But instead I wake up to find my Service disconnected because they billed double the amount.
And other ongoing problems keep reoccurring.
And to tip it off, I'm in Vegas. Not a rural area. And the Reception and Coverage I'd THE WORST!
Calls get dropped, or are gurgle sounds, or the echo and static interfere. And when I call Tech Support they keep trying to Reset the Phone and Troubleshoot.
And they tell me they are still working on Towers for months now.
I am going to file Complaints with the proper agencies this Week. AT&T is like a Timeshare... They have a Service that's not available and its all Bulls... t.

I recently signed up with AT&t after holding a one on one discussion about my prefered plan with sales representative and signed up for two lines with auto pay. In a fee weeks time they had deducted almost three times the original bill. Upon seeking explanation both at the store where I bought the plan and online customer service nothing made sense from their explanation. In my bill they had sneaked in extra unexplainable charges that sounded like double taxation to unsolicited insurance for my two phones that I never asked for. Not the phones are mine fully paid and factory unlocked from online purchase. I requested a for refund and the online customer service told me they have began a refund process that never was to this day. I soon will be exposing her and the guy at that store in Lynn for misleading info. I would never recommend At&T to anyone. From 65 to over 270 is that not fraud. If not what would one call it?

After 20+ years of autorenew, NFL Sunday Ticket did not autorenew this year - I only found out on 18-Sep. ATT investigated all day on 18-Sep and called me to confirm that the problem was with autorenew, informing me minutes after NFL Sunday Ticket wrapped up for the day. ATT offered to restore NFL Sunday Ticket, but declined to provide a credit for missed service for Week 2. So for less than 25$, they will lose my internet service, satellite dish service, NFL Sunday Ticket, and land line service (>$300/month) because of these inflexible policies. This seems to be the antithesis of customer service.
Hi, all att, I had services sometime ago, I pd.my bill, home phone, cell, directv, wifi internet, in may of 2021, now att sends me a bill,(2 bills), on, 9/17/2022 for $1,220.13, a turns me into deit collector and the other att bill is for $215.61. Well I pd.the bills back in, may of 2021.Are they as they say trying to double dip me, let me think, (maybe yes), are they harassing me, let me think, maybe,(yes). One the hwy near me they,(att) had a billboard sign, saying... xfinity 1Gbps internet, AT&T also has1Gbps, well I call att and ask about it the lady asks me my zip code, I tell her, she asks me my address, I tell her, then she tells me in my area we only have 10 Mbps, I say the AT&T billboard sign on the hwy near me says xfinity 1 Gbps, and AT&T also has 1 Gbps internet...(?) My negative experience began when I went to an Authorized dealer to upgrade my phone So what they did was added a new line without my knowledge, and added extra charges. In checking my account I noticed that that I was still paying for the phone I traded in and the additional line & had been upgraded to the. Most EXPENSIVE tier! I call customer service *611 several times during the year to just be told every time that there's nothing they can do for. So finally last month they removed the additional line but charged me $550 & suspended my service until I paid it, so with that said I $#*!ING hate AT&T and all their foreign customer care reps as they won't do $#*! to help

My iPhone 13 Pro was stolen and I contacted AT&T the same day and they automatically get things rolling. They instantly transferred me Asurion to get the bar rolling, and I instantly thought it would be trouble from there on out due to the insurance company past reputation. Once I was transferred to Asurion they were very polite and within 15 minutes of the call I had a claim created and a case number with a promise that I would have a phone the next day. The next day comes and I go through a couple phone calls back-and-forth with AT&T that I wasn't proud of however, at the end of the call I was promised a delivery time within 12 hours of the call end. Three hours later, I receive a call from our rep, staying that they will be to my house within 30 minutes to deliver and set up my device. I was approached by Milly who set up my device within 15 minutes and had everything working and good to go. All and all despite the ups and downs within the last couple hours this was a great turnaround and less than 42 hours from losing my phone I had a replacement. Thank you AT&T you rock.
I would give them zero stars, but that's not possible. The customer service is incredibly rude. They cut me off when I was speaking, told me I was "misinformed," and to stop calling because they couldn't help. Not the best way to treat the customer as if they are always right. It's also super frustrating that you can barely understand them. If you have an issue, odds are they will not be able to help you. Avoid this company at all costs!
Since June At&t has allowed am outside party to add services and lines to my account. I have changed all passwords and pin codes and everything they requested. Every month fraudulent charges are added and I have to spend hours on the phone never to reach the fraud department and go through hoops trying to get things canceled and reversed and I am always locked out of my account. EVERY MONTH THEY ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN UP TO $2000 DOLLARS OF CHARGES!
I had to file with the BBB after getting nowhere with ATT customer service and Kathleen Bowles SR. Manager puts on a good show of words and acts like she cares about customers and customer service and it was all a front. She talked so much about good customer service and how we need to get it back. Well I then send her a follow up message with record that I had and she asked for. No reply. I then I had to send more than one message to even get a response and by the third time it's unprofessional and rude. It didn't give me any reassurance she was true to her word. All the talk about good customer service and then she didn't end up giving it. You have to talk to numerous people to even get someone professional who can comprehend your issue. Att has drastically declined in customer service and they are not centered around their customers.
Employees in stores will be FaceTiming and texting and not even helping customers and then you have management who hears this and brushes it off. Northborough Massachusetts store to be exact. That store doesn't even get a 1 they are so bad with customer service and unprofessional. These are the people who are representing AT&T.
After MUCH confusion and frustration and traving 20 miles each way i was able to resolve an issue with a prepaid phone. AT&T should be ashamed of themselves, NO ONE is properly trained and AT&T has so many departments that it is difficult to navigate THEIR system. Thank God for Latasha B. At the Sinawa location she is a gem and AT&T should kiss her feet. She put me at ease and resolved the problem, quickly. I will keep her contact info for any issues i may have in the future. AT&T needs to get better at customer service because customer service is TERRIBLE at AT&T. Wise UP!

Also tried to get the $30 a line set up but the cheapest I could seem to get was 2× that at $60 with 6 lines added. Laughed at th3 obvious false advertising and scam and went to Xfinity. Got $900 off my phone (no trade in) and got my lines for the $30/month like I was told.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission.
