Wife and I recently shifted our cell providers from Verizon to ATT after being with Verizon for over 20 years. This store is deceitful and took advantage of us as customers. The day we bought our new phones my wife's trade in was seen by the store staff Joshua and Tony and Tank the store reps that where there was some damage to her backing on her phone for trade in they said no problem 800.00 trade in value for the damage and 1000.00 for full condition of phone. So my wife and I said okay we went with the iPhone 14 Pro with the mindset and understanding with the promotion it would be 800.00 off retail price of phone. So moving forward last night went in and they only gave us 350.00 trade in value saying the promotion was over and only available to give back 350.00 after 3 plus hours on phone with corporate sales and service turns out that the promotion is still valid and they lied and were deceitful to us as honest customers. Stay away from this store it is very depressing that they had taken advantage of my wife and I. When I asked for the trade in phone back they refused to give it back I was trying to hold it until an answer came back from corporate. Stay away from coliseum stores in hampton VA.
Paying the amount of money that we do and getting terrible service in return is ridiculous. When calling customer service about my concerns, they basically told me there was nothing I could do other than sign up for auto pay. Who in their right minds these days can sign up for auto pay for over $430 a month bill? That's trapping us even more and making it their way even more. Not to mention there was no help or resolution on the better service. It's not just my phone it's the service coverage in general. I know when my phone says 5G and all bars, that I have no service. I know when I go into certain parts of my home that I'm going to have bad service. I know when I go into certain parts of the city, I have no service and my phone is virtually useless. If it wasn't for my connecting to WIFI calling from my home internet, I wouldn't be able to have clear calls! This is ridiculous that they trap us! I work from home my phone is needed.
I dealt with at&t for 12 years. I had a universal account with them when they joined Directv and the 2 communication companies could not talk to each other even thought they charged on the same bill. After years of being told one company was charging more per bill aginnd playing the blame game on each other, I got tired if the fight of getting charged more month after month. I got rid of dirctv in 2021. And dealt with At&t only to find my bill still going up monthly by $20 on a single line and after appox. 150 hours of hours phone calls to both companies overl 12 years, got rid of both At&f and Direct
If I could give 0 stars I would! I had 2 business accounts with AT&T Business for at least 4 years ( internet service). You can imagine how many bills we have as a company and it's impossible to check each and every one of them each month. I completely trusted AT&T and gave our credit card for autopayments. Two years ago without my permission, AT&T decided to add a backup service for my account without my permission, and the cost for this service was $40 monthly! I was very surprised when I checked my bill today! I called customer service and they said that they can't do anything and only reimburse me $80. What is $80 for two years payment for a service that I never asked for and never needed? I canceled my accounts and switched to a different provider! I'm very disappointed and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I trusted them and now I feel scammed by them!
Thought I signed up for a great service at a good price, found out it was all lies. My first bill was five times as much as what we discussed. Do not trust them at the store.

We had to drop ATT because we couldn't get any service on our phones. Dropped calls, no service, one bar//no bar etc. In a town of 85,000. We were 20 year ATT members in other states and Texas. The kicker - we paid our bill and went to another service. After a week of going to offices calling them (when the phone didn't drop the calls]. WE still have no service on one phone because ATT WONT UNLOCK OUR PHONE. My advice - think twice before committing suicide.
This is the worst company I have ever... They always get up your bill without any authorities. I was paying 187 by phone the last week and for a few months ago, and yesterday I was thru the app and a charge of 500 dollars more per line was apply it, I usually have two lines and my ipad. My currently bill for this month its of 1500 dollars. I JUST CAN SAY THIS IS VERY DISAPOIMENT FOR EVERYBODY. If your choice what company wants in your life, but for me... ATT ITS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD. THEY ARE A LIARS...
I made a CONFIRMED appointment with a technician that was magically cancelled unbeknownst to me. Called to see if someone could come in on the scheduled day because 1) I called out of work for this appointment and 2) was the fault of the company in cancelling the appointment. Every appointment was booked and managers do not have the option of expediting a customer order. WTH? What is the purpose of holding a title if you cannot manage issues of this capacity. Highly ANNOYED and DISGUSTED! This is why monopolies should have stiffer penalties and regulations as it relates to the consumer!
Closed my account, which was on hold while I moved in with my dying mother in law. Then when my mother in law died, called to turn my service off hold because moving back to my address, At & t/Directtv told me disconnected and wrongly charged me for equipment, I then returned to open a new account. It then turned the equipment charge, not owed, over to a collector, which dinged my credit. Essentially. I should just let them steal 144.45 because it's not worth headahe to try to get At & t to be honest! Thieves and liars as a way of business. When mother in law died, they also would not turn her internet off without a certified death certificate although I had a copy of thhe death certificate and obituary! I just gave up let them bill her checking for autopay until her account closed. The worst company ever!
I had at&t wireless. Way overpriced. I canceled my service and went with a new carrier. Was billed for the coming month, used 1 day of
service. Was told by 2 customer service people that I would get a credit for unused days. Now, after 3 months, customer service tells me they don't prorate. I paid $93 for a month of service I only used one day of. I also had a landline that I canceled, but that was pprorated. AT&T is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Would definitely not use them for anything.
Do not use ATT for anything. You can never get ahold of anyone when calling and they dug outside of our house without consent and busted our sewer pipe and flooded our house. It's been 4 days and they just keep transferring us around and hanging up on us and not fixing their mistake. They haven't heard the last from us. I have kids and we can't use our house. AT&T recently upgraded me to 1000 with a Fiber Optic Cable. Now it only uploads and downloads at about 400mbps. It was faster before I got the faster high speed internet. They are basically stealing and defrauding everyone everyday and raking in BILLIONS from this Internet 1000 SCAM. I hope during the revolution AT&T Executives are stood up in front of a firing squad. I hate liars and corporate liars even more. It's a lot of hate I know
By far, this internet is the most frustrating I have ever used. Terrible service your better lighting a fire calling that internet I really don't recommend this for anybody just stay away from this.
We have been with At&T for about 20 years now and I'm really hating them. They are shady af and so dishonest. They add extra things that you never ask for randomly and I'm so fed up with it. How is that even legal? Anytime we do anything at the store, it's never right and we always spend way more than whatever deal they have going. Without your consent, they will add on insurance and the extra upgrade fee of $6. We have been paying monthly installments on my husband's phone that he bought in full last year and the issue still isn't fixed after someone from our local store says they will fix it 3 times now. Then they say it may take 2-3 months to see the credit, just for us to repeat the entire process again every couple months. Omg. They are incompetent! AT&T is such a crappy company, trying to squeeze extra money from people and hoping you don't notice. My friend also just had a random upgrade on her line. She looked at the details and it was an "add-on" that she never asked for. What is going on over there? It's like employees are just out for extra commission or something.
I am very upset with the service that I have received from AT&T started the service in October and been having problems with the service. Every sense sales rep lied about all the promotion and all the deals that I would get got my bill and it was something totally different and every time you call about the service they tell you to do this tell you to do that found on being deactivated twice had to go into the store for them to reactivate it. The service is just no good and I would like to speak to the CEO the manager someone who is in control of this company because I am very disappointed something needs to be done. This is how I make my money through my phone and I have been missing work every sense off and on because of the service can't pick up a signal.

Att rip-off - When I signed up for att internet and phone service, I was told I would get $150.00 back. After talking to 4 different people at att and spending a total of 43min.on hold just to get my phone bill cleared up, I was told to go to att.com/rewardcenter to claim my cash back and found no site even exist. Try for yourself, all you will find is some very ticked off people. I do not understand how they can get away with this, but you can believe I am not going to let this go.If any one else has had this problem let me know what you did, and if it worked. I see at the bottem of the page this goes to att to. Att this is for you, you guys just think you got away with this. PS. ATT my next e-mail is to the better business bureau.The next to my lawyer.

I was approached be a representative in bjs, he asked me about my bill and he said he can cut it down if I switch to AT&T, I was paying t-mobile $210 for 4 lines 2 phones and he said with first response discount I would be paying $115 for 4 lines $160 with 2 phones, I take his advice and got starting following months I was slap with $600 in charges, taxes and fees, one line was $162.45, after the first month, I really tried to make sense of why but it can't never add up, I promise my self after I'm finish paying off this 2 phone I'm closing this account in these time it's not fair to no one, so I put my experience here to inform everyone. Be careful
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission.
