“No rewards as they are offered!”

Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!

I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.

Signed up for AT&T business account exactly 7 days ago. I know what the cost is I had it over a year ago. Got my first bill today unbelievable they can't even get that correct. The first day I signed up for service I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support only to find out that my 5G phone will only get three or four G on their cell service. The representative never told me that. That is very misleading. Call tech support again today to find out my business account is in my personal name. That's going to cause an issue on my tax deductions. I took them the paperwork from my previous account that had my business name f e i n number everything was there. What does he do he gets it wrong. Spent another 2 hours on the phone today with tech support by the way which is offshore because they don't want to hire Americans to take care of their problems! I'm getting rid of their service after seven days I have a Samsung Galaxy a42 and it is not my phone that is the issue. I get zero bars for service and I am in the one of the major cities in the South florida! I'm done they get absolutely nothing correct at all. And every time I ran a speed test I get about 5 Mbps download. With 0.08 megabytes per second upload. Google 5G speed and see what it's supposed to be! Look at the screenshot when I signed on to my *******@Taccount and tried to get support! Lmao! Look at the slow speeds!

On November 11,2022 Jonathan Vaknine came to my home prior to a tech arrival. He discussed customer service among other things. The Tech was supposed to be at my home between 10 and 12. I excused Jonathan at 11:30.Well the tech didn't arrive until 12:45 and didn't leave until 2pm. I missed my doctors appointment and I had to reschedule. I called November 12,2022 because the damn cable does not work. I called Jonathan Vaknine he didn't answer called Sam the tech he didn't answer and by the way he told me to call him. So I called AT&T spoke to Marlenia who the tells me I have to go without cable until the 11-15. UNACCEPTABLE AT&T AND THIS IS YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE JONATHAN?

I ordered a Wi fi connection. I ordered a #12 Apple iPhone. The phone came in a little box on Friday. In the box were two phones: a #12 and a #14. I called and said I got two phones. Immediately I was told the phone is not useable; it is blacklisted. It was labeled stolen. I asked to purchase the #14 since I saw it was superior to the #12 I had ordered. I will send back the 12 and keep the 14. How much can you sell me the 14? From Friday until 7;00 PM Monday I was told ten different things. Then on Monday late they said I could buy the 14 for $800. T Mobile is selling14 for $600. I will buy it for 600, I said. No. No deal. 800 or nothing. So cancel my account. They did and that took hours.
Besides the phone the Saturday installation was also a fiasco. About 10::00 AM a great looking guy showed up. The installer showed up at 2PM --4 hours late. Great looking guy. Nice guys! Neither had one thing to say or do about the two phones. I discovered after they left that neither phone was hooked up to a wi fi or the internet. They were here from 10 to 6.
An Att tech person in the Philipines asked me if I knew about all the Satanic talk on the Internet. She is the one who said you are all set. You can have the 14 at the same price as the 12. I must stop and say ATT is the worst company in the world!

ATT SUCKS SO BADLY!
I have ATT and it keeps on having my modem DSL go red a VERY LONG TIME EVERY DAY! I checked the DSL plugs, they are fully connected.

AT&T do not honor their promises, of Visa gift cards! Do not fall for their bs! I switched to AT&T in February, with the promise of a $100.00 Visa gift card. I never received it, and it is May 10th, today. After spending over two hours trying to get someone to help me, a supervisor finally informed me that I did not qualify for the gift card. WOW! I remember the day that the service technician came to my home. It took over 4 hours to install, no biggie. Then my account manager came to discuss my services and explain everything to me. I asked him several times about the gift card, and he assured me that I would receive it in the mail in 6-8 weeks. Again, no biggie, I am a patient woman. He even gave me his business card with his personal cell number, in case I encountered any problems, or had any questions. When I did not receive the gift card, I called him continuously, and texted him as well. I begged him to help me, since I couldn't get anywhere online or over the phone. He never responded to me, in any fashion. I bet he would have responded immediately if I wanted to purchase more AT&T products. In case anyone would like to reach out to him, his name is Ryan Roggow, and his phone number is *******699. Tell him Trish gave you his number! SOOOOO, with all of that being said, F U ATT&T, and F U Ryan Roggow. I cancelled my service and I am going back to Spectrum. For the love of god, people, take heed and believe these reviews. I sure wished I would have.

If you want a good provider for cable with decent customer service do not go through att tv now. I went through so much stress with this company and had to get the fcc involved to handle the situation.

First, they all the sudden was unable to process my payment. I called and gave them more then three alternate ways and none would work for various reasons and no one could help me. Finally, I asked to be sent an address to have a check cut. Two days go by and I see it's cashed to att mobility. I thought it was strange because I have their cable service and not a phone through them. I let the payment go through and even gave them a few days. They never credited my account. Finally I called and this is where it got hairy. I informed them of what was going on and they told me they don't accept checks and that was for my mobile phone. I explained my situation and they put me on hold for an hour and hung up then sent me an email threatening to cut off service. At this point I am freaking out and call them, try to chat with them to no avail. A month and over 20 hours go by with me dealing with these people lying, dropping my calls or putting me on hold for the simple request of account cancelation.

I spend OVER 20 HOURS OF MY LIFE TRYING TO CANCEL.

Finally I get in touch with the fcc and low and behold the president of the company finally cancels my account and credits me my 80 dollars and waives the early termination fee. He didn't even seem to care nor be surprised that I went through so much stress due to his poorly trained reps.

Please, save yourself the heartache and go through someone else. I recommend YouTube TV for cord cutters.

I wish I could save every consumer from this horrible service. I'd even sue if I had the money because the company was that negligent

The minimal expectations from a cell company is ability to make a call when you have coverage, that is exactly where ATT fail me several times and did it consistently and on purpose.
I was a loyal customer and have no problem until they ATT started planning %G switch.
One time, when I was traveling and needed (really NEEDED) to make a call ATT started automatically switching my calls to the service department where I have to wait a really long time (which I do not have) to get a reminder that my phone is not compatible and I need to buy a new one before the %G switch occurs. I thought that OK, I'll buy a new one, but not now, I'll need to go to the store and carefully choose what I like, so I managed to talk a person on the other side to allow me to use my phone for a wile (there was enough time before the switch) and buy it a bit later. Two days later while still traveling ATT cut my ability to make a call again and the story repeats. When the same story happens third time I decided that I do not need a cell company that carefully and stubbornly refuses of service that was already paid in full. I understand the reasons, but the way ATT treated their customers is unacceptable and absolutely outrageous.
I switched and I am happy with my new provider.
Do not use ATT - it fails you when you need it most.

I've had this service 3 year in the last week I've seen 6 techs that didn't have time to fix the issue very poor customer service! I recommend DONT GET THIS SERVICES

My company has 18 cell phones with AT&T and when I wanted to port the cell phones to T-Mobile (Best customer Service in the industry) I spent over 13 hours spanded over 4 days and was only able to unlock one cell phone and had to spend another 3 plus hours on the phone dealing with the most incompetent individuals to get the line opened to port it. First they told me we had to pay off the cell phones, which we did. Then they told me I have to go online and request the phone to be unlocked. Only problem is their system would not unlock our cell phones. Then after multiple calls and being hung up on and misinformed I was finally able to get one phone unlocked. However, I could not have the number ported as this is an entirely different process and will probably take me another 10 plus hours to accomplish per cell phone. To me this falls under the rhelm of holding me hostage as my company owns the equipment and they will not allow us to use our property how we see fit and on whtever network provider we choose. If you are reading this and you are thinking of walking into an AT&T Store I advise you to take my advise and start running as fast as you can in any direction that is away from the store. Go to T-Mobile or Verizon but stay clear of AT&T as they are a horible company and I do not wish my experience to happen to anyone. If you become an AT&T customer after reading this then you deserve the bad customer service and if they treat you like they dd my company I hope you don't need the phone numbers or you will experience what I just wrote about.

I have been on the $40. Monthly UNLIMITED Talk, Text & Web. For yrs. I've NEVER used much Data as I have Wifi. The last 2months I rcvd msg's saying I went OVER my "Data Limit" (3Days after I paid 4my new month)& they were slowing down my data! But it was Stop'd
Same thing just happened this month & instead of saying slow'd dwn, this X they said it was Stop'd! Last month when I called them(& spent nearly 2hrs on the phone)att told me they have no control over the wifi/data. I'm def changing carriers this month! I Dont recommend att 4 Nothing but Trash & Garbage. Call FCC tomorrow 2file complaint!

With att $40.00 a month plan they also tac on Extra money for Taxes, Surcharges and HIDDEN FEE'S THEY WONT RELL YOU WHAT THE HODDEN FEES ARE! So I end up Paying $ 49.00 a month ! Out of my monthly income. And being senior thats Barely enough to pay all my other bills and medical needs! STAY AWAY FROM AT&T!

At&t $40.00 a month plan which includes UNLIMITED Talk, Text and Web. That ends up to $49.00 a month with All their Taxes, Surcharges and HIDDEN FEE'S They don't tell what they are!

I Wish we would have never Switched from T-mobile. We were lied to at the Store about the Samsung Ultra 22 Plus Promotion. I asked the Manager what my Bill was going to be with my Switching over 6 Lines and he straight out Lied. I am paying over $100 more a month than he told me. And he Text me confirming. But a week later I get a Welcome Message with my projected Bill. BULLS... T! And of course he is nowhere to be found with AT&T a week later. Then I get an Email saying my Trade-in Phones were received and my Bill would be adjusted accordingly. But instead I wake up to find my Service disconnected because they billed double the amount.
And other ongoing problems keep reoccurring.
And to tip it off, I'm in Vegas. Not a rural area. And the Reception and Coverage I'd THE WORST!
Calls get dropped, or are gurgle sounds, or the echo and static interfere. And when I call Tech Support they keep trying to Reset the Phone and Troubleshoot.
And they tell me they are still working on Towers for months now.
I am going to file Complaints with the proper agencies this Week. AT&T is like a Timeshare... They have a Service that's not available and its all Bulls... t.
DO NOT GO TO AT&T! SAVE THE HEADACHES AND DONT FEED THE CORRUPT MONSTER.

I have the AT&T Protect Advantage Plan offered through Asurion. I have been having battery problems and my S22 Ultra now needs to be charged one or two times a day. The initial claim process indicated that my S22 Ultra was eligible for a Zero deductible battery replacement through uBreakiFix repair shops. However, the claim process failed at the next step and I was asked to call an 800 number.

That took me to Asurion. This is when customer service gets horrible and you feel like you are being scammed. I called the toll free number and talked to a person and explain the battery issues I was having. They took me through a variety of screens, took down battery info, the apps that were the most heavy users, the timeline which showed the charge levels in a 24 hour period, how it had come down from 85% to 22% in 5 hours. Finally after agreeing that there was indeed a problem, she told me that she was in Tech Support and that she would transfer me to a Claims specialist. She did try to transfer me and after 25 minutes on hold I gave up!

I followed up this morning (the next morning) and once again I went through Tech Support, explained the whole problem and then got transferred me to Claims. This time I did get an answer from Claims, who asked me for all the information again. They said it would have to go to another Claims person. I kid you not, by the end I was talking to the 7th Claim person, none the wiser thinking they were escalating the problem within the management chain. That was not the case. The 7th person finally said the battery was not covered for the S22 Ultra but would be for the S20 FE. That is not what the website said and it definitely felt like a total scam.

Finally, they told me that they would get back to me with an answer in 24 hours. Now, why didn't they say that in the first place an save me a total of a frustrating 2.5 hours on the phone with NO RESOLUTION, except wait 24 hours for an answer.

AT&T should reexamine its relationship with Asurion and take responsibility for streamlining Customer Service.

I am trying to patiently wait our the 24 hour hold!
