I went to the local AT&T store in Midland Park with my dead iPhone and assuming I would need to get a new phone and, of course, pay more per month (isn't that what always happens?). Surprise! Store Manager Alex K. Cleaned a wad of lint out of the charging port and lo and behold the phone came to life when he plugged it back in. He could easily have run up a new sale and make the usual commission. But, he is an incredibly honest fellow and was more interested in helping us than making a commission. Kudos Alex! And thanks. We definitely will be back to upgrade in the near future and highly recommend this AT&T Store and Alex in particular.
Beware of this company. They are not secure in anyway on their MyATT app. Mine got hacked and a double payment was made. One being authorized and another not. They will make you pay for their mistake. They will not correct it either. Their customer service is pathetic. They don't care about their customers they didn't through Covid either. I received a letter in the mail about my information being compromised and that they believed no personal information was stolen but explain to me how an unauthorized payment was made. Done go to T-Mobile for service they are by far AMAZING
Atts customer service is terrible. I have been on the phone with customer service for two hours because they've charged me 3 times for the same account. Do better ATT I'm seriously considering going to a different company after being with ATT for 6 years.

I called in to ask about my bill why it went from 113.00 to 152.00 the guy had said that there was a suspension in April when I was having trouble with a Visa card paying the bill so I had to go to the store to pay it there he said there was a suspension for about two to three hours and I probably didn't even know it but still going to charge me that amount do two they're online that couldn't take it. I have been with them for over 10 years now and I am so disappointed I told the guy I said well
I'm not going to pay that because there should not have been a suspension on it he said okay well you have a nice day and hung up. After being with them for so long that was the rudest person I think I have ever talked to but I will find another place to go to that was just unbelievable.

I'm going to let the whole world know about this review, I used to have a Comcast for 20 years I change to AT&T but was the worst mistake ever did in my life service installed for one month cable is still on top of my grass I gotta find from my association because I cannot cut my grass AT&T neither do anything about when you coming to your house they sell you 4 phones put you in a contract before you know in the end you and the contract and then you don't know very careful when you have AT&T installed in your house you cannot trust in this company you better stay with whatever you have I am not recommending nobody to have service with AT&T! I received AT & T internet service on 4/8/2011 it has yet to work. I have called for 8 days and yet it still doesn't work. The last phone call to this company on 4/16/2011 at 1:07 p.m. the customer service representative hung the phone of me. I have tried to contact the company via there website but wouldn't you know it not a section for that nor is it any information to contact the company via interest, phone or snail mail.

AT&T sucks all of my family names is on the phones that we have and if you do not have that count number you can not get a replacement phone or if you don't have permission you cannot get a replacement phone but my name is on the bill with my phone number but I can't get replacement phone for my cracked glass screen so you're telling me keep the phone and it doesn't matter if it's broke you cannot get a replacement f*** AT&T

AT&T. Worst customer service ever. I cancelled my account and got charged 1 full month of service even though I cancelled same day my plan was ending. Apparently AT&T also charged me for change in plan after I cancelled. Mind you this is not a termination fee. They didn't send me bill because I was cancelled and had the nerve of adding interest on top.
They charged 160 + 60 change in my service + 20 dollars interest for 1 month for using 0 days of their service. 0 days of phone service for $240.
Just a scam. 15 years a customer for this kind of service.

I spend over 52 minutes 2 days on a row trying to solve my phone problem they transfer me over and over finally I got tranfer to a lady the talk to me and she was cutting off ofcurse what else I ask her nicely if she could call me back so i can hear her better and her answer was NO... we don't call back wish i was surprised cause when she answer she ask me for my phone in case we get disconnected Im still waiting for my refund wish I was supposed to receive on April 8 and is April 16 already company is the best charging the customer for services the they are not receiving... not cool at all I'll never even suggest this company no one they just still your money!

I hate at&t all they are is lying hypocrites. They try to tell you can do something or get something and then say you can all they do is lie. They say your bill will be lower and cheaper and then it's higher and try to act like they never told you the things that made you sign up for them in the first place. I hate you at&t. You suck.

I called two months ago to see if I could lower my internet bill or I was going to switch to another company. I spoke to a representative who gave me a measly $10.00 off. I waited snd when I did not see my bill lowered by the second statement, I called and found out that the representative never wrote the discount on the note he wrote on my account, and I never got the discount for my internet. The representative I spoke to used the well known silence technique to get me to give up. This is not the first time this has happened to me with AT&T. They don't care that I have been a loyal customer for 20? Years. This really stinks. Monitor your representatives. Give a damn about your clients.

I updated my address and then placed an order to update my phones. I sent an email to confirm that the phones were being shipped to my new address and was told that they were. I then called to confirm that and was told by the agent that they were being shipped to the new address (he even told me that it was impossible for the billing and shipping info to be different when updating an Iphone). Sure enough, ATT shipped my phones to my old address.
After calling again, I was told that I would have to wait until the order was returned before they could do anything about it.

Called several times and still having problems with Internet speed we are supposed to have the fastest Internet and we have intermittent 3.5 mips to mips. And no one understands why going back to charter as fast as I can.

I switched to At&T thinking the service will be better well its not. I turned in my iphone for trade in credit they offer in February 2022. To find out from an agent they got my phone but never processed it for the trade in value. So now i have to wait another 1-2 weeks to see if my phone qualifies for the trade in offer. I mentioned that was unacceptable and all he said was yes it is he apologized and said he seen this happen more than often. Well AT&T it should NOT happen more than often your playing with people money!

AND I THOUGHT VERIZON WAS BAD...Talked into switching from T-Mobile. All new free phones with upgraded to newest models.
Sounded great. Received the phones and they switched my whole family's #s. I got an I phone instead of my pixel, wife got a Samsung, brother got a pixel and my watch wasn't activated. Spent 4 hours over 3 days trying to get them corrected only to hear I have to take them to a store because they can't authenticate who I am. 5g service was terrible. Dropping calls I. Northern Virginia. Can't wait h the game in HD. I cancel the whole thing and return the phones. 2 months goes by and they try to charge my card $1400 saying I never returned the pixel and I used 1 phone for a day and a half of service. Called and gave them the tracking # and they find the phone but now my card is locked and going to have to get a new one and reset every bill I have on auto pay.
I HATE AT&T AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. I'd pay double to not be on AT&T

Not like there isn't enough racial division in this country, now you come out with commercial all in Spanish. And that's fine on a Hispanic channel, but on regular networks that are ALL in English is an insult to those of us who don't speak Spanish.

At&t was a fraud, they basically, cannot refund my credit I called them multiple time for my refund. Costumer service I spoke who didn't speak an English well enough was a total messed. They charged me twice and I am asking for a refund. Now, what they can't even give my money back. Beware of this service..

After att acknowledged that I had been charged for a phone THAT I used for less than 14 days, (I returned it to the local store before the stipulated time).
Also, they made me an incorrect extra charge… it all adds up to a total of credit $966.65 in my favor. The bill is dated on October 28… now is January 7.
The point is that I have not received anything yet, and when I call att (amazing!) Nobody knows anything... They don't know when I will get my credit, etc.
In addition, the receipt that I have on paper clearly states that I have a credit in my favor.
I wrote the link... resolve.att.com... asking for explanations and again nobody knows anything...
The truth is that I am sick of this...
I have called the suggested numbers and no one knows how to give a coherent answer. Or nobody answer. OR I KEEP WAITING A RETURN CALL… NO ANSWER.
I will continue fighting, it is my money...

When I started AT&T, the man on the phone stated $52.00 per month, which included a $7.00 monthly service fee, They have been charging me $67.00 per month with no reasonable explanation, I had an issue with service the first day I received the modem, so I called and a technician came and fixed the issue. I was told that my billing would not start till I could use my service, which was seven days after I had received the modem. The continual charge me from when I received the modem, not when I received the service. I still have not be able to get them to correct these issues. So I will be moving on one my year is up!

This company made me transfer from another provider selling me promotion that did not work. At first they were promising that it will kick in after three billing cycles but then told me that I did not qualified for the promo and I should pay the full price. They don't provide you with a written contract, they don't even have an email to contact them. Every time I called a rep would invent some unheard bull$#*! why I need to pay the amount which they overcharged me. Also when I went abroad they charged me everyday $10 but they weren't suppose to as the claim was its only when you use the phone you pay $10 for 24h but after if you don't use it - you don't pay. No-no. This company literally lies to you and you have no proof of what they said.

Before taking a recent Disney Cruise I called At&T and explained to a gentleman that was helping me I was going on a cruise and wanted use of my phone. He told me they had a $100 fee for unlimited text, calls and data and this would last me thru the dates of my cruise. When I received my bill, I had $232 of "overage data" charged to my account. I called twice and the most I could get the bill reduced was $109. I was absolutely, 100% told a different tale when I purchased the "cruise package". I was very bothered by the lack of ownership of their mistake. Research this subject well before you go out the country or on a cruise!
