I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a camp in Pennsylvania, USA (from UK) where my daughter is working for the summer, as it was her birthday. So I chose this company from a google search for that area. Easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. Although I only ordered a small bouquet (trying to keep costs down) the quality of the flowers looked good, and some buds were still to open when they arrived, so would have filled out a bit more. Happy with the service and was updated when they were delivered.
I called to put an order and less than one hour later. I tried to cancel it. I called multiple times and was disconnected five times each time. I was told to hold to get confirmation of my cancellation each time asking if I would take a $15 discount this is a horrible company never use this company at the end of the day, I was not able to get my refund and the flowers were awful
Charged me $144 for the flowers that they have advertised $59 dollars and did not do as i asked them. The card was wrong, customer service worse than the person who answer the phone. Would not recommend doing business with this company at all.
Would've given 5 stars but balloons had Happy birthday written in Spanish I paid almost $150 for this order they should've gotten in right also ordered from this company earlier this month no problem. Will change to another company going forward because consistency is important to me.
This is a fraudulent site. They quote you a price including delivery and taxes, you go through and put the addresses and payment info/greeting info then it takes you to one last page with a large green button that says "place order". Right above it in teeny tiny letters it has your new total, I was surprised to see it had jumped by $21, taking a $40 order to $61.99. This is for a supposed "service fee". Isn't that what you're paying for already? I almost didn't see it before I pressed the large green button, and I'm thankful I did. Never order flowers from these cheating individuals.
Ordered Mothers Day flowers they did not show up till 4 days later. We contacted and tried to cancel when we realized they were not on time. They said it was too late to cancel even though they couldnt be delivered on time. The flowers that showed up were nothing like we ordered. Some look dead others not even bloomed out. We paid a service fee alone that was $30 all together $80 for flowers I could have got at walmart for less than $10. The purple pic is what we ordered. The red is what we got. 4 days after mothers day! I am Not OK with this
Zero stars! The basket was purchased at the dollar store along with the 3 items that came in my basket. A jar of olives/ 10 tea bags of green tea. 3 bananas two kiwi one clip of grapes. One grapefruit one pineapple. They literally robbed us. They should be sued for false advertisement. My mom order it for my birthday and sent a picture of what she sent. Guess they saw and opportunity to take advantage of someone as she lives out of state. They also charged her 8 dollars for a balloon for my daughter that they did not deliver. Save yourself a 100 bucks go to the nearest dollar store and make your own fruit basket cause if you order from them that is exactly what you will be getting!
Far from satisfactory online floral business. They have photos of bouquets on their website that not only do not exist, but the florists they work with did not even try to replicate the original. Too few stems were in the delivered bouquet; it looked like my child could have arranged it. There was NO greenery or extra foliage added to make the bouquet look full! We were embarrassed when we received the photo from our friends of what they actually received. The only positive was that the reps on the phone were always kind and gave a partial discount when we we expressed our shock and dissatisfaction. I paid $95 for a beautiful deluxe basket of flowers and what was delivered looked like their $65 basket. I also bought a balloon that was not included. At the last minute at check out $25 in fees were added on. I feel like I was really ripped off! I wish I'd read reviews as theirs are all bad! Do yourself a favor and use a different florist! Ava's sucks!

My son sent me flowers for my birthday and paid extra to have them delivered on my birthday. That was three days ago. After multiple calls and emails they finally admitted they had the address wrong. No apology, no offer to fix it, no flowers. Do not buy from this company, they are a total sham. I'm contacting the better business bureau next. Ugh! This is a picture of where my flowers should be!

I ordered the most beautiful arrangement for my daughter. It arrived 2 days late and had only about half of the flowers shown in picture, and some missing completely. It was HORRIBLE! And they charge way too much!
I'm very disappointed with the $44.99 arrangement I ordered for my parents. I wanted to use a local florist and they totally dropped the ball. When I complained they only offered me a $10 credit towards a different purchase. I spent time carefully selecting the "everlasting soothing lavender" bouquet and what was received resembles a two-day old supermarket bouquet. There is absolutely zero likeness to what was advertised on their website. I spent $60 after taxes and fees. A complete waste of time and money!
I ordered "Dreaming of Tuscany" but got a dozen red roses without and greenery or other embellishments for $106. I asked them for an itemized bill of what I actually selected because the invoice they emailed only has a total. I understand some substitutions and could even understand some price-jacking during Mother's Day, but $106 is obnoxious for what was delivered. After some arm twisting, I got an itemized bill:
$68 for "Large" arrangement (even though I am pretty sure I selected "Regular")
$10 for delivery
$28 for service fee.
Hopefully, their reputation will catch up with them, & they'll go out of business.

Very disappointed. Delivered flowers did not look as advertised. I understand that substitutes are allowed, however, delivered arrangement was very low quality, supermarket quality at escalated premium price.
Additionally, be aware of additional fees, such as service charge of $25 on top of all other fees. Do not recommend. Will never use again.
I order flowers for my friends birthday. They sent me a email saying the flowers were delivered & never arrived. I contacted them for a refund of my $87. The customer service rep said I will be refunded in 5-10 business days. I still haven't received a refund & it's been 16 days already. This is by far the worst floral company I've had to deal with.
They are a total scam. Took $130 from me for luxury tulips and sent a tiny vase with some red roses. Told me it was impossible to re-send them. Refused to help me figure out a solution. Have now spent 10 hours trying to resolve

They tried to refund a stimulus card which doesn't receive funds after I told them not to so now they claim they are going to look into it after 3 days and 10 hours on the phone. All because they wouldn't just re-send what I ordered.
Ordered flowers and said free delivery at check out it was there and no way to take it off using the code word and they have a service fee witch made the the flowers i ordered 2 times the original cost. When delivered had my name spelt wrong. Never again best to call w forest in the town you need to send flowers and deal with them. First, they deceptively make it seem like they are a local shop, but really they are just a national order forwarding company. Ordered flowers for my fathers birthday 1 week in advance. The day came and went. No flowers. No email. No call. No refund... nothing. 2 days after the birthday and still no flowers, calls, emails, I requested a refund, and THEN suddenly I got emails about a delay due to the arrangement I ordered, as if it was my fault for ordering the number 1 product they recommended. They wanted ME to call them to work out some details, but when I called it was an automated system. Total waste of time and I had no choice but to deny the charge on my credit card which is a hassle. Never again! BUYER BE WARE!

The large spray that I purchased had about 10 flowers in it and looked more like a small. The bow that I paid for was not included and the wrong card was attached. I contacted their customer service immediately and was told a new arrangement would be sent but nothing arrived. They sent several emails claiming to have called my number on the account but I received zero phone calls about my poor arrangement.

I order a baby boy floral arrangement, large, to be delivered for a new baby boy. I also paid for balloons to be added. Delivery person showed up with no balloons and went back to grab some. The flowers delivered had no baby boy/blue hints at all, floral arrangement is small to medium. Extremely disappointed and I am here to see these in person. Not happy and would never recommend again.
Also, cannot speak to anyone, online or by phone about my order. I feel ripped off and I am extremely upset. Worst floral arrangement that I have ever paid for.
Is very sad that a company with so many positive reviews would have not delivery the flowers to my father's funeral, never received a call or an email saying anything about it. When people are going through tough times the last thing we should worry about is some flowers to be delivered on time. Very bad service, I have never leave a bad review even if I didn't like the service but what this company did specially during that day is unacceptable. So unprofessional.

I ordered flowers for a family member's birthday. It is her first birthday since she lost her son. I was guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered ON her birthday. I live 4 hrs away & cannot be with her. Only tonight did I find out the flowers won't be delivered until tomorrow. If you could not fulfill my attempts to let her know she was loved in this very difficult day, then say so. Don't make promises you don't intend to keep! Shame on you!

Ordered a floral arrangement. What I ordered and what I received is an absolute embarrassment. When I called to complain they promised that a replacement would be made and it never happened. Please don't use this vendor!
