I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a camp in Pennsylvania, USA (from UK) where my daughter is working for the summer, as it was her birthday. So I chose this company from a google search for that area. Easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. Although I only ordered a small bouquet (trying to keep costs down) the quality of the flowers looked good, and some buds were still to open when they arrived, so would have filled out a bit more. Happy with the service and was updated when they were delivered.
I am sooo sorry I placed an order thru Aves Flowers. Their website was easy to navigate and use. However, once the order was placed with an undisclosed service fee and a rush fee for delivery before 2:00 pm. Sun was sunny. Weather was not a factor. Could not get in touch with customer service. Could not get an answer on line. Recieved a text that the arrangement was delivered…. GUESS WHAT! Not recieved! 30 years of service? BEWARE.
I ordered two separate arrangements for my uncle's funeral. The day after I ordered I received two emails asking to call the 1 800 number. They could not fill the orders and asked for my aunt's address. They wanted to send a replacement basket to her house instead. I hung up on them after telling them to cancel the order. They called back I said cancel it and had to hang up. Cancel means Cancel!

I ordered a $60 bouquet. The website asked when I wanted delivery, and I chose the same day. There was no indication that my same day delivery would have a $24.95 service fee in addition to the $9.99 delivery fee. With tax, the $60 bouquet cost over $100. When I reviewed the emailed receipt, I immediately sent a request to cancel the order (37 minutes after the order was placed. Four hours later, I received verification that the order had been delivered. Then, then next day, I received an notification that it was too late to cancel the order. I explained that I had cancelled nearly immediately and that, because they had still delivered, I would like the extra service fee reversed. I never heard from them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered flowers for my sister in law in Dania Beach Florida. It was her birthday and I wanted to surprise her. After thinking my order was going to be around $59.99, with the supposedly free shipping, my order came up to $95.00. On top of that I requested delivery for 5:00 PM. They stated they could do 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. I agreed, since I really wanted this delivery, and I really don't know Florist in Dania Beach. I went with some reviews. I should've look more. To make store short, they delivered around 7:30 PM. I should get a refund for at least half of what I paid. They don't comply with what they pretend to do. Everything was nice and convincing, until they got my money, and all they could say is: I'm sorry. I hope they care at least a but of their reputation, and refund me.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter and it wasn't going to be delivered the day I ordered so they said they would upgrade it. What she got was 10 long stem roses in a vase. No greenery just roses in the vase and leaves on the roses look dried. Not worth the money.

you will pay for delivery fee and a service fee. 54.99 flowers after tax are almost $100 by the time is all said and done.
I gladly paid it to be there for my boyfriends mother but was a little sticker shocked at the final billing screen. Flowers may not be the same as the photo however you will get your product shipped in a timely fashion.

We orderd a bouquet of flowers for the Birthday event. It was never delivered and we were charged $112.
When we called, the customer support person offered $10 refund for undelivered order. I called again demanding a full refund. Not sure yet if the refund will be issued.

It's so strange that such companies are surviving the competion! The website of AVAS flowers is showing 5 starts that mislead us. When we looked everywere else it has 1 star. What a shame! Such busineses should be closed.

I've ordered from Avas flowers before and been pleasantly pleased with what was ordered however this order appeared sparce compared to the picture shown (Iknow, I know they're never the same) however what really gets me is all the add on costs once you complete your order. I think next time I'll try a new vendor to see if it's any different but with a fuller bouquet...

I ordered a large floral arrangement on stand for a baby who had only lived four days. Everyone was devastated obviously. The family was important to us so we contacted Avas because of false positive ratings. The order went through. The next day, Saturday afternoon, they contacted me and said they could not deliver on time for the Sunday 3:00pm funeral. They offered to send flowers later in the week to the family's home. I refused so they cancelled the order which left me high and dry since by now all florists were closed for the weekend. I will never forgive this company. They promised same day delivery, but couldn't even deliver two day delivery for a very important event.

These flowers were absolutely horrible! Order a beautiful arrangement for my brother-in-law's funeral. I was shocked when I saw them. They looked nothing like the picture. I paid $100 for them and expected to get what I ordered. Maybe I wouldn't have been so upset if they had sent a nice arrangement but they were awful compared to what I ordered and they wouldn't do anything about it. Would never recommend your site. Below is a picture of what I ordered. I don't have a picture of what was sent. I was too shocked and embarrassed to even think of taking a picture. They sent a basket with 3 white flowers and some green leaves. Definitely nothing like the picture.

The replacements they offered were cheap and would change the whole arrangement. This was so important to me and they let me down. If flowers are important for your occasion DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I just recently looked at all the oor reviews. Last weekend I had ordered flowers. It was all wrong. Wrong flowers wrong price. Unable to get a hold of anyone. Calla get getting dumped and unanswered. After paying large price for flowers and receiving something I didn't even order.taking a pic and trying to email them. Nothing.
This company should not be allowed to operate anymore. Special moments and important moments that are in need of flowers and then a terrible and large waste of money in the process. Terrible company and very unethical.

The flowers were delivered 4 days after the promise date on the original order. They kept making excuses every time I contacted them. When they finally arrived, the arrangement was not what I had ordered. They said that the flowers were not available at this time. Why were they on the web page then! Just glad this wasn't for a funeral! I will never order from this company again. I guess you have to research everything now before you commit. Sad way to do business.

I ordered "She's got Style She's got grace" arrangement. It was advertised as a.tall vase FILLED with big pink roses, small pink roses, tons of purple statice and smaller gerbera.looking pink daisies. What was delivered was a short round vase filled with a lot of green shrubbery, 3 large.pink roses, twk clumps of phlox, carnations and some smaller hairy looking flowers. I ordered the size "as shown" which looked full and vibrant" when I called to state my disappointment they said that the flowers are to be close to what is shown but will not be exact. They actually name the flowers that will be used in the description. That is not what was delivered. I will not be using them again. Go elsewhere. I could have picked this arrangement.myself.from my yard...

So they are very excited to take your money but cannot meet the delivery window and give you virtually no option to resolve because their contact info both by phone and online chat option do not let you specify the problem. The automated phone option still says in May 2023 that the delays are COVID related. They have no problem taking your money and nickeling and diming you to death on top of their high prices and then don't meet the window specified despite the fact the window they gave me was still after the designated date they asked me to select for delivery. I would suggest using a local florist. I will never use them again.

This place Avas flowers SUCKS! I ordered flowers for valentines day, and the flowers arrived 3 days later, I tried to cancel the order but, nobody answers the phone. When the flowers did arrive it was the wrong order, the flowers were dead and looked like a kindergarten child tried to put them together, the card that I ordered to go with the flowers was not there.
You would be better off going to a grocery store or a graveyard for flowers rather than this joke of a florist.
Stay clear of these imbecils. BIG waste of money!

I ordered flowers on-line for a friend who was in a bad car wreck in Moreno Valley, CA. They were supposed to be delivered that day. However, I got a text the following day telling me there was a problem, and I should call. I was told the arrangement I ordered was not available, and would need to be replaced with another. "That's OK", I said, half-heartedly, but also said I wanted to see what the arrangement looked like prior to delivery. Of course, this did not happen, and the flowers weren't even delivered until 2 days later. I was sent another text to call the florist. There was never a connection to a live person, and no return call. The arrangement that did show up to the hospital room was not even close to the value of what I had paid for with the previous arrangement. So unfortunate. Makes me realize what this company is really about. Won't order from them again.

My significant other ordered from Ava's for Valentines Day and it was a bust! He ordered Fri 2/9 and was told the flowers would be delivered between the 13th and 14th, I didn't get them until the 15th and they look nothing like the arrangement he picked out, nor did I get the personalized message he wanted to send with it. On Ava's Flowers website it said they were located in, and could deliver in my hometown. The business was NOT located in my hometown. I received a call saying they could deliver the plant to the family's house but they didn't have anyone who could deliver to the funeral home. I insisted that they deliver it to the funeral home, saying that the funeral home was 4 blocks from the family's house, so if they could deliver to the house, they could certainly deliver to the funeral home! After being put on hold for a 15 minutes, they finally said they found someone who could deliver the plant to the funeral home. They charged my $3.99 for the little card but instead of writing what I had written on the order form, they wrote something short and abrupt. They also listed only ONE of the 3 siblings' names on the card! How tough is it? The "Free Delivery" code worked, but there was a $24.95 Service Fee which was not itemized or explained.

Ordered a large luxury boutique and was l delivered a grocery store arrangement! Horrible customer service that has roosters crowing in the background of their call center, refused to send me to a USA designated call center and hung up 7 times when questioned where they were located, when i would return the call they would act like they were having phones issues! Phone worked just fine till I questioned where they were located! First photo was what was expected 2nd photo was what I received, requested a replacement arrangement and never received! Requested refund and am still "awaiting" a return phone call! Absolute total fraud!

These people don't have any flowers. They charge double and don't deliver any flowers at all. And when you try to find what happened to your order it's an endless loop of voicemails that end your call. Don't use this company.
