I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a camp in Pennsylvania, USA (from UK) where my daughter is working for the summer, as it was her birthday. So I chose this company from a google search for that area. Easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. Although I only ordered a small bouquet (trying to keep costs down) the quality of the flowers looked good, and some buds were still to open when they arrived, so would have filled out a bit more. Happy with the service and was updated when they were delivered.
I am sooo sorry I placed an order thru Aves Flowers. Their website was easy to navigate and use. However, once the order was placed with an undisclosed service fee and a rush fee for delivery before 2:00 pm. Sun was sunny. Weather was not a factor. Could not get in touch with customer service. Could not get an answer on line. Recieved a text that the arrangement was delivered…. GUESS WHAT! Not recieved! 30 years of service? BEWARE.
I live in GA, and find it very difficult to find a company that is trust worthy to send flowers. I have tried 1800flowers and FTD, both with bad results. I found Avas Flowers, and have used them twice. I realize the pictured arrangements, may be different; depending on what is in season. Both times, the arrangements were beautiful. Thank you so much, I will continue to use your services, and thank you for being trust worthy across so many miles.

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law, who lives in another state, hoping for a Sunday delivery. Instead, they tried to deliver them to me, using half of my address and half of hers. My local florist called me, because the address was not accurate. I tried to cancel for a refund. The customer service agent repeatedly said that it was MY fault, (it clearly was not), and gave me 2 options: cancel for a PARTIAL refund, or continue with the order by changing the delivery destination, (including an apology phone call, and $10 off future orders). Since I will NEVER use them again, a opted for a partial refund. They kept $18.95 of mine for the "service" of screwing up the order, NOT providing flowers, and bad customer service.

I attached two pictures. One of what I ordered and one of what was delivered. I paid for the larger bouquet and they ordered from a local florist the smallest bouquet. They don't actually send the flowers. They find a local florist and they buy it from them to have them deliver it. So they ordered the smallest one and I paid $80

Ordered same delivery for birthday surprise. Delivered 24 hours late. The Pastel Purple Bouquet was ordered and delivered flowers looked nothing like it. Not one single purple flower. They lied and said via text order was delivered to the business address on 2/19 at 4:50 and it was delivered 2/20 at 3:35. I am requesting a refund. I tried to add photos but could not upload.

Delivered my grandma's funeral flowers to another funeral and never supplied them. I contacted them 2 hours before the funeral and they argued with me that they were there in front of a blue casket and my grandma's casket was light wood. I will never use this company again. BEWARE!

The flowers were ordered for a specific day and they arrived two day's late. They are quick to charge your cc, but slow in delivery. I will never use them again. I will continue to use SunCity Florist.

I notified Avas that the arrangement was not what I ordered. Not even close. Not the same flowers, vase, anything. After multiple attempts to explain my issue with several "customer service" people, no one seemed to know what to do. All spoke broken English and could not grasp my issue. DO NOT order from this company. I spent $72.00 and they did not want to make it right.

Took forever to actually talk to a representative, and provided zero assistance. Refused to refund money, ruined my day…. Never again! (If the company actually cares … Order #*******).

I paid a total of $72.93 for a flower selection. My friend posted a picture and it wasn't even close. She thought someone just bought her fliers and left them at work for her. Not even close to the flowers I ordered and the gorgeous arrangement. See the photos. Pathetic.

First of all I specifically chose a bouquet with pink and white flowers including roses which were to be delivered in a green vase for Mother's Day. Instead my mom receieved a basic assortment of cut flowers in a box no roses and the flowers were dried out and yellow and purple.

I ordered a floral arrangement on 9/2/2023 as a birthday present for my who lives 3 hours away who I could not visit at the time. I came across Avasflowers, I checked out their flower arrangements and chose one. My order came to $105.29 for a large floral harmony bouquet and a card. The flowers that showed up were already dying, were not a large but very small and were not the bouquet I ordered. They didn't look like any bouquet on there site at all. They looked like a little kid pick them from a field and arranged them. The person who delivered was in a really beat down broken car and bummy. It took forever to get a hold of them and when I did we got disconnected several times and they would never call back. They refused a refund, said they could take $10 dollars off or give a discount on my next order or redeliver. I finally said yes to the redeliver and it was the same as the first bouquet. Now they aren't responding at all! I spent a lot of money on what look like field flowers from a dump. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY. This place from what I see now from reviews is ripping people off big time!

I ordered 3 dozen long stem roses, a card and balloons for my wife on Valentines Day. They actually attempted to delivery at 9pm when the site says it was delivered at 6pm plus they reduced my order to a skimpy dozen short stem with no card and no balloons. I rejected the order and immediately attempted to contacted customer service for a refund. No big surprise, customer service doesn't exist and its all automated where you get no where but dead ends. They'll take your money and you'll never hear from them again!.

NEVER will I deal with this company, I specifically asked if they serviced the city and I was lied to and told yes. 3 days later no flowers and a apology, "we're working on it", 5 days no flower and "Oh yes, we found a local florist to accommodate your order from last Saturday." See photo below, this is what was paid for and delivered, yep, NOTHING!

I ordered sympathy flowers and paid over $100 and needed to have them delivered the same day. They advised flowers will be delivered by 5pm. At 7 pm the flowers were still not delivered. When I called customer service they advised someone tried to deliver them at 4 pm - this was untrue because people were home the entire time - there was no call no email and no attempt made to deliver these non existent flowers. They apologized and said we will give you 10% off and they will be delivered tomorrow morning. I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. I'm disgusted with these people who run and operate this site. This site should be banned

I ordered what I thought was going to be a rose plant and a balloon for my husband's uncle who's recovering in the hospital from a stroke. First off they offered a discount code for $10 off and then after you hit the purchase button on the final screen it shows a $24.95 service fee! I immediately found the cancel my order button. You have to explain why you want to cancel and someone will contact you. A few hours later a lady called me and I told her the way the service fee appears after the purchase is very bad business and is extremely deceiving. I told her if she didn't cancel my order I was going to dispute it with my credit card company. She then offered me a $20 credit back to my card. I told her that was fine but I needed a email stating that that was what she was going to do. I did get the email but no credit yet. My father in law was at the hospital and sent me a picture of what was delivered. I understand that the color of the flowers can vary and the container. But they delivered a KALANCHOE plant which is far from being a rose plant! I would have never used this company if I read the reviews first!

What a horrible experience I have had with this company! Today is my anniversary and I paid extra for my flowers to be delivered BEFORE 2pm TODAY! It says I will not receive them till tomorrow... now tell me what good that is going to do me!. YOUR website did not say anything about them maybe being late at all until after this company took my money! I then received an email say pretty much opps! Horrible advertising!. This will be the first and last time I ever use this place again! I would really love to give y'all a public review as soon as I find out how!

I should have been warned early on when I had a hard time reaching anyone to clarify an order. And when I finally did, should have realized I made a mistake when I reached someone off shore. They give the impression they are a local florist. They are not. They bury the fact that they are Virtual very deep in the website where you would never come upon it when placing an order. They have a Service Charge which they spring on you at the last moment at checkout, which is only found deep in the website if you should go looking under Polices. And when you find it, they do not publish any prices. They just give a long list of all the items which which they add on to the price of the service charge should they apply to your purchase. Mine were $25. Without explanation. This was not a delivery charge. They already added that separately, along with things like ribbons and bows which weren't in the photo of the item I choose but needed. Everyone else has already complained about delivery and other problems. This company's plan is to fool you. They are trying to pose as something they are not. Run, do not walk away from these people.

After spending 35 minutes with "Maria" in customer service trying to send an order I learned that all the items shown were of the large size, but the price shown was of the small size. Which meant that what you saw was not what you were going to get. That's how they traded me up. When I finally saw my bill at the moment of checkout I asked how did it get so high? They had added delivery though there was free delivery that day. The ribbons and bows eventhough they were not in the photo. The service charge of $25. I asked about it. That's when I realized they were not local, and were really just another 1-800 Florist who farms out the work and takes a cut. That's why they really need a service charge. So I cancelled the order. That's why there is no proof of purchase. I realized they were scamers.

Because the flowers we ordered for a loved ones funeral on May 4,2019 were not quality and certainly not worth $200.00. It was embarrassing and the quality was non existent. When I complained to customer service they stated without a photo they couldn't help us. We were in shock and grieving! What a horrible and heartless company. Inferior quality on a day where you cannot do a redo the funeral of a loved one. Shameful.

Do not use AVAS Flowers.net! Web site said same day delivery, but that did not happen. There fine print says they can deliver up to four days late. Do not use them, they take your money before your get the flowers...

They were several days late on delivery after having to call several times to get them to actually deliver the flowers. Then the flowers showed up and were super underwhelming. Not like the photo at all and would have been $10 at the grocery store rather than the $80 something Ava's charged. What a bummer of a birthday present for Mom. Don't get scammed. Use another company! Absolute garbage and couldn't possibly emphasize enough how bad Ava's services are.
