I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a camp in Pennsylvania, USA (from UK) where my daughter is working for the summer, as it was her birthday. So I chose this company from a google search for that area. Easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. Although I only ordered a small bouquet (trying to keep costs down) the quality of the flowers looked good, and some buds were still to open when they arrived, so would have filled out a bit more. Happy with the service and was updated when they were delivered.
I called to put an order and less than one hour later. I tried to cancel it. I called multiple times and was disconnected five times each time. I was told to hold to get confirmation of my cancellation each time asking if I would take a $15 discount this is a horrible company never use this company at the end of the day, I was not able to get my refund and the flowers were awful

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. But they are deceptive and advertise themselves as a local florist. THEY ARE NOT LOCAL. You wont get what you ordered and you will be overcharged, i finally went through my credit card company and demanded a refund.
I ordered a plant to be delivered to a funeral home. They gaureentee same day delivery NOT TRUE! I ORDERED 24 HRS Before I wanted delivered. They did not delivery on correct day. They said funeral home was closed! Not so! They delivered a day late. After me calling and fussing. The day it originally suppose to be delivered. As we all know when it comes to flowers for a funeral home. Can not be late! EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!

My order was placed by myself in the United Kingdom for a special occasion to the DiFulgo family in McLean, VA., USA. The order sent by Avas Flowers Net and received by the DiFulgo Family was an insult. The flowers were just dropped on the porch, some heads were missing and most of the flowers died within 2 days. There was no response to my complaint; no acknowledgement of even receiving my complaint; no apology; no replacement of the order; no refund.
Now, after nearly 4 months I'm asked to write review? Are you crazy?

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I spoke to someone at the Ava's Flowers in Durango yesterday and solidified that the flower arrangement was in stock and could be out the next day for my Mother's Birthday. But this afternoon, the day of her birthday, received a TEXT stating "the order cannot be completed the flowers are not in stock and will be sent out on 6/28/2021". I want everyone who reads this not to order through this company. There is zero customer satisfaction and they did not accommodate with me either. I even asked if they could just send out any other arrangement and she said "NO". They were blatantly rude and clearly do NOT care about their customers being happy. Just look at the other reviews.
I ordered flowers for my moms birthday on 10/1 to be delivered by 10/2, her birthday is on 10/3. The order did not get delivered 10/2 because they didn't have the arrangement. Rather than call, I received an email that went to my junk mail. I called them on 10/3 at 8 am and stated that it had to be delivered that day by noon, otherwise my mom was going to be gone. I was told that they could definitely do that but it's an extra $7, fine I pay the money.
It was not delivered on time and my mom did not get the flowers on her birthday. I spent over 90 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to reconcile the fact that I paid for a service that was not delivered in a timely fashion. Nothing.
I ended up paying $80 for flowers that were not delivered on time but they think that's okay because she got them the following day. This company gives no control to their customer service reps and blames everything on their contract delivery service, which will get you nowhere. Stay away. Horrible customer service.
This was my first time using Ava's Flowers. I will definitely choose again. Easy to use website, same day delivery and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!

Ordered floral harmony bouquet which should be pink, red and purple mix of roses, carnations etc. I get an email the next day that particular bouquet is not available (what flora shop doesn't carry roses or carnations?) but they will upgrade or send something comparable. Look at the URL it states rose-and-carnation mix in the picture. I get the message that flowers are delivered, my mother says that she was delivered a few individually wrapped in gauze sunflowers. One was broken and they were from Kentucky. I immediately went to their site and tried to contact customer service through chat window. I put order number, email and phone number to start - it tells me order doesn't exist, the third time it pulls up order and shows as delivered but you then have to select the button problem with order and put all your information over and over. It says can't find order, I love how companies show all the 5 star ratings yet you cannot get a human or anything close to customer service. Stay away from this company!
Would purchase from a gas station before ever spending a penny for this garbage again. Should have done more research. Maybe $10 worth of flowers sent, spent $106.
Ordered flowers and chocolates for my daughter's birthday 3 days in advance, WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS to deliver in the morning as my daughter leaves for work at noon. I received an email confirmation that flowers were delivered at 4pm. I called and asked who accepted the delivery?. AFTER 2 PHONE CALLS AND 40 MINUTES OF MY LIFE WASTED TRYING TO GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER, it was revealed that the flowers were dumped on the doorstep outside her apt. And left unattended for six hours before she got home. No box of chocolates. Called again and received a 15% credit on a $179 order. Oh boy! Totally disinterested and useless customer service dept, reciting the same canned speeches only served to escalate my frustration. Save yourself enormous stress of dealing with this company. Putting it mildly, it was a huge disappointment.

I sorely wish I could leave a no-star review, because I would. My 16-year old son is living out of state right now and tried to order me flowers for our first Mother's Day apart. He got absolutely screwed out of $80 of his own money because he found this camel fodder company who advertised themselves as "local", didn't deliver any flowers, and texted him last night at 11 pm that his order could not be fulfilled. GARBAGE INDIVIDUALS WHO SCREW PEOPLE and have the gumption to tell me to f*** off when I called them.
I have read plenty of bad reviews on this company. One thing always comes up is cannot do that arrangement. We have to substitute? Terrible way to run a business.

This place is a scam with zero customer service. I ordered same day sympathy plant and they added a $30 service fee after I entered my card and clicked place order. I check 3 times to verify there was not an upcharge for same day after selecting the day. They refused to allow me to cancel. THEY DID NOT DELIVER THEM ON THE SAME DAY. Use anyone other than Ava's. I attempted to contact them only to be caught in a loop with fake bots and green question boxes that go nowhere.

I placed there order to be delivered on a birthday. They did not arrive as promised, so my niece did not have a gift from me. We live far apart and this was very disappointing
What a WASTE! I sent flowers to my mom after her surgery, including a glass vase in my order, and what was delivered looked like such a mess. Honestly my 2 year old niece could have put together a better flower arrangement. And it came WITHOUT a vase. When the email came requesting feedback, which was only sent a full four days after the order, I submitted my honest feedback without any hope for a new bouquet or a credit. They responded saying that their customer service policy only covered the first 24 hours and they gave me $15 credit. WHAT A JOKE as if I'd ever order from them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will be underwhelmed by whatever arrangement you order and in general disappointed.

I called the company to cancel the order. They refused to cancel until I said I would call my credit card company and cancel the charge. They then put me on hold and called my mother to see if it was still OK to deliver the flowers. My mother had not paid for the flowers! She had no IDEA I was even sending the flowers! Customer service has had me transferred lines 5 times in the past hour. Telling me they are transferring me to "my local florist designer to deal with my order" the next line picks up and says "Avas flowers how can I help you today?" They do the same thing. Tell me they need to gather my info. Put me on hold for 10 minutes and continue keeping me on hold instead of canceling my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I did on accident and am still currently on hold to cancel a $200 order.

Ordered flowers for the funeral of my son's teammate - ordered early, called the day before to confirm and make sure the flowers would arrive before the funeral service... confirmed that they would... then flowers never showed up - no phone call or email until 8 hours after the service! Then they wanted to give me a "partial refund" YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Would never order from these people again - very deceptive in "local florist" advertisement! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother, for same day delivery. Got to checkout and there was a service fee 24.95, basically 50% of the arrangement total! Order was processed fine with no flags. I received a call and email a couple hours later to check my order. It was a notice that they were unable to deliver same day and that I also had to pick another arrangement. The options were awful, so I cancelled my order. I received a phone call from customer service stating that they would personally call my mother and explain that it was their fault the flowers were late, wish her a happy birthday, and offered a 20% discount. They assured me the flowers would be equivalent in design to those I picked out. This all seemed reasonable, so I accepted. My mother called the next day to thank me, but told me that the flowers were all wilted and half dead. They arrived in a box, with no water and the vase was shipped loose in the box! I am attaching pictures of what I ordered (Birthday Indulgence) and what I received, so you can judge. Even if these had arrived in great shape, they are not even close to the ones I ordered. I called customer service to complain and was only offered a partial refund. They said that was the best they could do. I understand that a local flower shop probably put the arrangement together, but the responsibility falls on Ava's. Ripped off and disappointed!
Customer service sucks... Lost order today on a Saturday, spent over an hour on phone with delivery dept. Lied to about receiving upgrade and credit. Ava's flowers telephone system sucks, constant hang ups or silence with no one answering telephone.
It's now Monday morning and I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and they still cannot locate my order because the "design dept" was closed. Told to wait a FEW HOURS BEFORE CALLING BACK TO LOCATE ORDER.
I just spent almost $900.00 on 3 different arrangements for my mothers funeral & 2 out of the 3 arrived LATE, were NOT the large upgrade that I was charged/PAID FOR. I had to rewrite the CORRECT information on all 3 cards. All 3 banners were incorrect as well. I was MORTIFIED. This could NOT have happened at a worse time. I was absolutely EMBARRASSED that 2 out of the 3 arrangements were from me & my family. The pics below are what I ordered vs. what I received.
