I have never been more disappointed in a flower delivery company. I ordered flowers for a friend who was going through a tough time. The flowers never arrived, I received a message from Ava's Flowers saying delivery complete. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY. Two days later and the flowers still have not arrived. I spoke to a customer service rep earlier today, they said there was an error and their system marked the flowers delivered so the order was not sent. This person assured me that they will remedy this due to their error, and the flowers would arrive by the end of the day. Just now, I get another text message saying they were delivered, again no delivery…. Again spent 20 minutes off and on hold with yet another rep who claims, there is another error on there end and that there was no delivery. Another issue is that they actually charge an additional $2900 "service fee" on top of your order…. This is in addition to a delver fee. BEWARE, DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY FOR FLOWERS for a special occasion. They are not local as they advertise. I would give this company zero stars!

You don't get lower than this scum of a company to steal from good people during their time of great disparity and mourning. Ordered over $1300 worth of funeral flowers. We never got to keep about $700 worth of funeral flowers including the casket spray to place on top of his casket to celebrate the life of my grandfather. You can see for yourself what we received instead because the "florist" who works out of her mom's house or her mom is the florist (we got the run around) sent us dead flowers.

When I placed the order, they ensured me everything would be OK, flowers would be fresh, last 3 days (the length of our traditional funerals), and be on time. We only received 3 floral arrangements out of 8. My family had to run around the night before the funeral, to Walmart and other grocery stores to find enough flowers to buy to put in vases, so we'd at least have something.

It was a nightmare dealing with this company. Oh boy, the run around they will give you and I spoke to so many people I documented at least 6. They do NOT honor their customer satisfaction statement they have plastered on the top of their website. I filed with the BBB in NJ and they still did not bother to respond or refund any of my family's money.

I have posted reviews on other sites, but avas goes around and gets these reviews taken off so they will seem like a decent company, but from my experience, they are not. They are a take your money and run type of deal.

I've never wished badly for anyone, but I certainly hope karma catches up to this company real soon and shuts its doors. Just find other reviews. They're all similar to mine here.

I ordered online a LAVENDER funeral spray with writing on the ribbon, what professional Company would write on the ribbon in black marker TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

I placed an order for a funeral plant for a friend's wake/funeral with two days notice to be sent. They called me the day before delivery telling me they couldn't find a florist in that town to deliver to that funeral home and for just $20 more, they would find someone to deliver the order to the funeral home. I told them I wasn't paying $20 more for them to Google a florist and place an order because I could do that! I told them to forget it and refund my money. They told me they had to charge me $18.95 handling fee in order to cancel my order. I told them they are not getting one more cent of my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course, there was "none available" but Eric was authorized to refund my money after 10 business days. I said no, I want my money refunded now and he could give me the cancellation number. He said he could not provide that at this time. Long story short, I "Googled" a florist near the funeral home, placed the order (cheaper) and then proceeded to call my credit card company and placed a formal dispute. DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS! THEY'RE A SCAM!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They never came. Waste of $75! Can't get ahold of customer service either!

No support. Order terms never shared. Their phone system is simply a set of notifications to cover their $#*!. COMPLETE SCAM

I placed an order for a friend in hospital. The surcharge was outrageous and the delivery was never made.

I ordered an arrangement and even took a picture of it. I paid for a larger arraignment and my sister received an arraignment that was super small and looked nothing like what I ordered I paid $108 and when I got a picture of what she received it looked like a $30 arraignment and looked absolutely nothing like I ordered for her. I am livid at how cheap it looked and it looked nothing like the picture. I will never ever order from this scamming company again! I specifically looked up a florist in her town a small town in AL and had no idea this company was out of Delaware until I contacted my bank. If u want to trust a florist find a local florist u can trust because you certainly can't trust this one! I will be calling them although I did now and thier voicemail says due to the holiday they are closed wow lol what holiday today is January 6th. Just another bad sign! Never again please don't order from these people u will never get what u order or pay for! Horrible business practices! LOOK AT THE HUGE BLUE AND PINK FLOWERS I ORDERED BUT LOOK AT WHAT SHE RECEIVED WOW SO UNHAPPY NEVER BEEN SO UNHAPPY BUT WILL BE CALLING DELAWARE WHEN THEY GET OFF THIER INVISABLE HOLIDAY! They make guarantees they never intended to honor. They will not even refund you. Your arrangement will be sent 2 weeks later & the don't care.
