I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a camp in Pennsylvania, USA (from UK) where my daughter is working for the summer, as it was her birthday. So I chose this company from a google search for that area. Easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. Although I only ordered a small bouquet (trying to keep costs down) the quality of the flowers looked good, and some buds were still to open when they arrived, so would have filled out a bit more. Happy with the service and was updated when they were delivered.
I called to put an order and less than one hour later. I tried to cancel it. I called multiple times and was disconnected five times each time. I was told to hold to get confirmation of my cancellation each time asking if I would take a $15 discount this is a horrible company never use this company at the end of the day, I was not able to get my refund and the flowers were awful
Omg, where to start. 80 bucks! For garbage. Could have went to wal mart and did a better job myself. And how about lied to several times wrong arrangement delivered and a day and a half late!
Good thing it was a c section, or darling lady and baby wouldnt have gotten them Absolute, no good! We are buissness owners. If we conducted our buisness and treated our clients like they do. We would be out of buisness. Like they deserve to be after readings if complaints. Luring ads by lieing. Price, it may say 44 dollars but it turned out to be 80. Am complaining at my bank. Its not what i orderd. They said same day delivery! Am embarrassed of arrangement. Trashy looking. If the flowers you send are important to you? Simple. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you dont care you have to make 19 calls and repeated lies. Am 54 dont have time for non sense. But this time, for the sake of reasons for flowers. And importance of to humans and, why we order them! Your also treated like your stupid. Am angry. Didnt even put my email down correctly after repeatedly telling. This is a client's daughter, who had her first child! Smh scammers

First of all, Ava's came up when I searched for a local florist. I didn't realize that they were based out of Delaware and they farmed out their florist jobs to someone else. Or maybe they actually do it in Delaware and then deliver it by FedEx. I don't know but not only was the bouquet delivered later than I needed it to, the final product was terrible! I upgraded to a bigger bouquet so it matched the fullness of the bouquet in the picture. It came smaller than the basic option that I upgraded from. The rose's outer petals were already turning brown. Check pictures for cisual.) When I called their customer service to see what happened with the delivery, they first told me it had been delivered at 10:42. It wasn't even 10:00. She said well they've either been delivered, or they will be delivered, by noon. I asked if that meant you can't tell me if they've been delivered and she said it's not how it works- our deliverer tells us after he's delivered everything when it was delivered. I asked for a tracking number because they say they ship with FedEx so everything should have a number. She couldn't give that to me either. She promised me they would be delivered by noon the day after they were supposed to, and they were not delivered till after 3:00 p.m. it takes forever to get the customer service rep on the phone, and now when I'm ready to write a review it's a really hard to find a place to put one. Ava's flowers also advertised free shipping on their website. I put the code in, they told me it went through, and then after I had submitted the order, the coupon was not applied. This place is garbage. Save your money and call a local florist!

On November 4,2018 I placed an order on avasflowers.com. I paid $68.43 for a flower arrangement called Autumn Splendor. The product description stated this: Celebrate the coming of Fall with our Autumn Splendor bouquet. Shades of orange in this lovely arrangement come together in this low vase to capture the spirit of Autumn. A unique and beautiful arrangement to send, this will become a favorite for any occasion.
I recieved a call the morning of November 5,2018 from their company stating that the orange roses are not in stock, and asked me if I would be okay with them substituting the orange roses for another Autumn colored flower? I advised him that it was fine to substitute the orange roses with another type of flower or Autumn colored roses. I specifically asked him if the vase that the arrangement was going to be in was the same vase that I ordered? He said it would be. I told him I was fine with the change as long as the vase was the one pictured on the site. That afternoon the recipient sent me a message thanking me for the flowers. I advised her that I was going to come by and see them when I got home. I walked in and saw the flowers and was immediately floored! I asked her if she was sure this is what she received because she had other flowers from someone else. She said it was. The flower arrangement she received was totally different than the one I ordered! The flowers were all different colors, not Autumn colors, and the vase was a tall clear vase with some burlap ribbon around it. This is definitely not the one I ordered. It looked like an arrangement I could buy at my local Walmart for $10.00. I sent them a message and they said they would credit me back 10% and a store credit of $10! I will never use a store credit because I will never use them again! Save your money and don't order from them!

Ordered balloons online in the evening and were delivered on time the next day. The recipient loved them!

I think it stinks that a company can advertise a "Sale" and "Free Delivery" then add an outrageous $24.95 service fee at the end to make up for the "Sale" and "Free Delivery". Terrible company.

They refunded the money, but were not willing to deliver the arrangement to the church, which I felt, would be appropriate.
My bouquet sent to someone was 95.00 and didn't look anything like the upgrade I paid for. It didn't look like the small one

DO NOT USE! This is a third party and they're not operating this business because they care about you. The customer service person that took my phone order was very short and would not directly address my questions. They put on a pretense as though they are a local business and will not tell you the name of the local floral designer. I chose this company because their pricing is not inexpensive so I thought they'd do a great job. How wrong was I? First of all don't believe the "Free delivery" posted on their web site. I ordered a dozen roses w/ baby's breath (reiterated to the customer service rep three times), A bow, a happy anniversary balloon, a vase, and a card with Happy anniversary words for $101.23. They tell you they can have it delivered in 3 hours which was not a problem because I wanted them delivered the following day. They also tell you they will send you an email of your invoice/receipt and an email /text when the flowers deliver. Since I'm in a different state than my wife and I didn't want to spoil the surprise I couldn't ask her did she receive them when she called me during her lunch break. Anyway, she did call me about 3 p.m. saying thanks for the flowers and I asked her to send me a pic (attached). Come to find out her name was spelled wrong, the card was not a card but a message on plain computer paper which btw the happy anniversary message was also spelled by an illiterate, there was no bow, no balloon, the vase was no more than a thin glass jar. When I contacted the customer they offered me a store credit for the balloon and the bow. Well it's not about the money, it's about the memory of my 23rd anniversary and do you think they cared? And since I 'll never use this company again what good a store credit going to do me. Also if I find out the name of the local florist I will never use their services either as they used the cheapest products and the arrangement was just awful. Btw, if anyone cares my order # was *******. Please do not use this company!
