Paid to have flowers delivered to my sick friend next day. Got a text the next day to contact customer service about an issue. The flowers were going to be a day late and they didn't have the bouquet I picked out. I was promised she would receive their most special and exclusive bouquet. She got them today and they sent 12 rainbow colored roses. Not even close to what I had ordered and was not worth the 90 DOLLARS that I paid for the correct bouquet. Completely overpriced, terrible customer service, and honestly I think a complete scam. Do not order from here.

I purchase an arrangements for my Mom who was in the hospital. They sent it to the wrong hospital. I get a text that it was deliver. Called Mom & she said no flowers got deliver. I paid $95. I called customer service many time & in the end, they offer 20% on next order but I am out of my money with nothing to show for

My husband tried to surprise me and order a flower arrangement and it was never delivered. Every time we call they state it will be delivered that same day and still no flower arrangement and it has been over a week. Mind you, he paid the extra fee for rush delivery. They will not refund our money and keep giving us the run around. BE AWARE!

I was sent flowers from this company. I was frankly shocked. 7 flower stems and 5 green stems. The quality of flowers was terrible. They were not in water tubes or any gel so stems completely dried out. These were very low quality and very inexpensive flowers. I spoke to the person who was kind enough to send these (who is on a very limited income) and was told how much was paid-I am shocked. In no way should anyone ever use this company unless of course you are sending to someone you don't care for.

Need flowers delivered for sympathy and expected same day delivery as their site states, but was notified, only by UPS, that there was a delay in delivery. It first was delayed a day delayed for another five days. The Funeral would be over by then. When I called to cancel, they offered the flowers to me at $20 off then 50% off... Very unhappy with the communication. Would have preferred that they just alerted me when ordered that the flowers would not be delivered that day.

Stay so far away from this company! Sent flowers to Florida from BC Canada. Never received receipt, once received picture was not what I ordered. Called 7 times for resolve, constantly getting the run around saying that my emails have not been received. Overpriced as well for what I ordered. Was supposed to be 6 pink roses in a square cube vase... simple. Received 5 red roses in a vase. I should have checked the reviews first. I have never dealt with a company like this ever.

Advertised as a local florist. Flowers I ordered for my mother were not as nice as the photo. Some looked withered and the arrangement looked very unprofessional nothing like the advertised one. I sent a text, emailed and called no one got back with me. Customer service seems non existent! Do not order flowers from this place you will be disappointed!

My husband was trying to surprise me at work and the flowers never came. He called for a refund And the rude lady on the phone hung up on him. We finally got it back, but geez! Learn customer service! $99? 7-10 business days to refund an instant charge…. Yeah I call scam company! I'd show proof of purchase but they never arrived…. Pretty disappointed

I placed an order to be delivered on the day of my fathers funeral. It was never delivered. I called and they had some excuse about the "health crisis" and "being short staffed." I tried calling the next day when again, it was not delivered, and no one takes my call. When I confirm who I am and the order, it automatically hangs up on me so I can't talk to a live person. I'll be declining the charge (over $100) with my card company.

I paid over $105 and was supposed to get two dozen tulips with a purple bow. What came was 10 sad looking tulips with a smooshed, orange bow.

The guy on the phone said they were a local business, right in town- which turned out to be a lie as the flowers came from a florist over an hour away.

So disappointing, what a waste of money.

I wish I checked these reviews before ordering flowers for a friend. I would give ZERO stars if that option was available. My delivery has not been made, and inquiries to the company (via an automated menu on the website) result only in a popup message that they will "get back to me." Phone calls also result only in an automated service, and you will never be able to talk to a representative. I intend to dispute the charges on my credit card as soon as I get the bill.

Thought I was ordering from a local florist, not sure where they're located as were shipped via UPS. They sent me multiple messages a day after I ordered to ask my permission to substitute and deliver a day later in exchange for more flowers. I ask for a photo representation of what they would send and they said it was not available. I accepted and realized I had made a poor choice. On the left is what I ordered, on the right is what was received.

I am so embarrassed that I didn't realize that this is FTD-like set-up until after I'd placed the order.

The absolute worst! I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. The night before delivery I got word the flowers were not in stock. The replacements they offered were cheap and would change the whole arrangement. This was so important to me and they let me down. If flowers are important for your occasion DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I spent over an hour with this company on the phone- to TRY to rectify a botched delivery. I ordered a large basket with hydrangeas- they were not available. I tried to cancel- they would not let me. They then promised a white azalea. But what delivered was neither of these- but an ugly plant that I did not order or want. I spent over $90 on a plant that might cost $15 at the grocery store. DO NOT use this company.

DO NOT ORDER! This company is ridiculous. You don't get any order confirmation and have no clue if your order is gone through. If you try to contact them... good luck. Because of the frustration, I asked to cancel and they try to change your mind for 20 min and then say they are charging a service fee. RUN!

Don't use them. They will never fix the problem but will keep coming out and take your money. We got two new A/C units and either one or the other has broken down every year. I think they are using refurbished parts and selling them as new or the contractors they hire do not know what they are doing.

I purchased Flowers for my daughter who lives in Texas. I chose the Grand Size Flower arrangement which was the most expensive. What she received was average size and I paid over $100! She would have preferred getting the $100. After 4 days the flowers had her apartment smelling horrible and she change the water and it still was a horrible smell so she had to throw them away! Never again will I use the services!.

Ordered a floral arrangement and then upgraded to luxury grade, it was anything but luxurious and the color combination wasn't even close to what I selected. Flowers were not the freshest and didn't last.

Wanting to use a local florist, not FTD or flowers.com,, I ordered off their website While I understand that substitutions may be necessary depending on availability, the arrangement that was delivered was not even close to what was ordered. The vase, the flowers, the colors, etc. In a case where it is going to be so drastically different, contacting me to discuss options would be appropriate. The square vase is what I ordered. The tall vase with ribbon was what was delivered. They are still beautiful, just nothing like was ordered.

I ordered flowers and a condolence card from avasflowers.net for a child's funeral. They sent a PET condolence card with my personal condolence message taped inside this ridiculous card. It was horrifying. I called 4 times and 4 times they cut off the call and wouldn't tell me the name of the local florist. I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered. This was horrible.

My fiance ordered me an arrangement with gifts. The order arrived 4 days late and was incomplete! My roses were dying and just thrown in the vase. It had a Dollar Tree bear with two different size eyes facing inward as well as the heart shaped candy. It literally looked liked someone's child made it. The delivery instructions were not followed. This was just an unprofessional and unacceptable purchase! I see why they have received so many 1's for reviews. This was a horrible experience! The Floral company that they used via the card that was attached is called Floristeria Vanidades with Pedro Serrano listed as the owner need to do better by giving the consumers quality products that are worth purchasing! We are upset, highly disappointed and will not be using Ava's Flowers ever again!

We are English tourists who wanted to send our friends in Marquette a bunch of flowers to thank them for letting us stay with them. We picked a $55 bouquet but then had to add on $10 for delivery and a surprise $25 "service fee", whatever that is. When the flowers arrived you can see from the photo how small the bouquet was. We were embarrassed because it looks like $10 worth of flowers and we couldn't tell our friends they cost nearly $100! Obviously we'll never use Ava's again.
