I purchased and Excellent Condition Apple Watch Series 5. It was in fact excellent- like new, has been working great now for the weeks I have had it including about 2 miles of swimming so far... The Communication with Back Market was excellent, and the product arrived a day early. I am now considering going this way for all upgrades on my older tech, it's cost effective buy a version or two behind, and planetary wise we need to gain every inch of ground (no pun intended) that we can on treating our nest we all live in much better than we currently do. I am a convert!

I was so very skeptical of this website at first, but after taking the chance I could t be more pleased with the savings, the speed of delivery, the customer service and overall quality of the product I received. I am a first time customer on Back Market, but I have no buyer-regrets. I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max for my mom as an early birthday/Christmas present, and it arrived fairly quick in pretty good condition. I bought it under "good," and the phone was just as described. (However, when we took it in to T-Mobile, the representative did bring up how the phone looked refurbished. I don't know if that is a bad thing, but the phone has been working well. It took a bit for the apps to load upon transfer from her past iPhone 8 Plus, but so far no regrets. All in all, looking through the site is as hassle-free as selecting an item and adding it into Cart to pay. I have no complaints about Back Market at this time. My first buying experience on there has been excellent.

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10+ to replace my dying S9. Price was excellent especially as when received the device looks like it's brand new. Not a mark on the casing. Performance is perfect, expanded storage as spec'd, integration with everything it is supposed to hook up with. No complaints at all. Cannot comment on customer service as fortunately i have not needed any. Strongly recommended & I will check on them when shopping in the future.

Hey potential buyer I too was hesitant to purchase products from this platform. I researched the products, read reviews and said no way I can purchase apple products at these prices. Back market is amazing if you want to get a refurbished phone without stressing about whether or not it'll work. It has a very high baseline, and even something in the lowest condition looks hardly used. I bought my phone from here, and my siblings have bought both a phone and an iPad here and they both came in amazing condition working as if they were brand new. I'm never buying a phone new again, refurbished is definitely the way to go, and back market will always get you a good quality device. It's a bit more expensive than other places, but it comes with a free 1 year warranty and a 30 day returns no questions asked policy which definitely makes up for it. The best way to buy refurbished devices if you don't want to stress or research the heck out of it beforehand

I just needed an Apple Watch 4 that was used to try out the ECG function, and it worked great. I actually returned the initial watch for free since it was a little too big for me and I didn't realize there were two sizes. Both sellers were easy to work with, products came fast in described condition, and no hassle with refund or anything. It is nice to not buy brand new for the environmental impact and cost, and still be able to trust the product because of back market's additional warranty.

I have a Bose noise-cancelling headset which I use for air travel. You know, the ones with big ear cups. I wanted something much smaller that I could wear around the house or when working in my yard. These are perfect!

New ones cost about $250, and the ones I bought from Back Market were $130. I was amazed at how brand new these look. The wires were clean. It came with a case and new inserts for my ears in three sizes, S, M, and L.

The next time I need to buy something like this, I will definitely check out Back Market. Too many things get tossed in the trash when they could get refurbished.

It's a very nice project. I used it once for buying my day to day phone and everything was so good that I'll use they services more often. The platform itself runs pretty nice an they team do an outstanding job.

Also - importantly for my piece of mind - they shipped my items either the same day or the next day and I think I got them 2 days later. Condition was exactly as described.
