I came across back market looking for a laptop. So far so good. I wanted refurbished but was worried what I'd end up with. What I got looked brand new aside from the packaging not being name banded. My laptop came with out visible damage or scratches and seems to be running great this far. The website was easy to navigate and gives options for any budget.my purchase was shipped super fast and arrived early. I'm happy with it and would recommend back market to anyone looking for new or used electronic devices.

I've bought two phones from Back Market so far. The first one went perfectly - item was as described and shipping was prompt and speedy. The second also shipped quickly, but the phone arrived with more scratches than what was advertised. I contacted customer service with a photo, they immediately accepted the return, refunded me, and I was able to order a replacement that arrived just as advertised. I've now been using the computer for about a month now, and it works excellently. The iPad pro I ordered is pretty much new (terrific quality)... at pretty much half price compared to new. Shipping was terrific; had it with me next day. Ordered another ipad and a phone as gifts after being so impressed with my initial purchase. I'll definitely be back for more. Haven't had a chance to deal with customer service of test returns.

I really wish I would've discovered back Market sooner. They have such great refurbished products and prices. Customer service and responsiveness is on point. They make sure if you're not happy with your product then there's a resolution, either a repair, exchange or refund. Everything is simple and straightforward as far as purchasing or returning. I purchased a used tablet from Back Market. My experience with the purchase process from the initial site visit to obtaining the product could not have been better. I found their website to be easy to use and made finding the device I was looking for simple. They communicated with me via email frequently following my order. The package arrived on time and was really well packaged for shipping. The unit arrived clean, with a screen protector applied for transit. All the accessories were there and the unit was in a better-than-expected condition. I must say Back Market puts the time in to make sure you have a really good experience. In today's marketplace, I frequently encounter businesses that just don't care about your experience, it is just another transaction. Not Back Market. I will be using them again.

Everyone always has their doubts about an app that has very cheap items which even me I believed that back market was a scam but for phones later my mind has changed greatly as every phone I received was in great condition as described and I never had to return One phone with a great warranty plan that is usually $34.99 for phones only (I think) not only that black market will stay in contact and contact very quickly if you ask them any questions.

Back Market provided me with a wonderful shopping and purchasing experience! Their customer service is excellent. I had on small issue with my purchase, but they responded to me in less than 8 hours, offering to immediately refund me or replace the item. I requested a partial refund, and that was received in less than 5 minutes.

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone and was very skeptical. I bought this as an upgrade for my teenage daughter and we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The delivery was very quick and the product is in mint condition. Everything works as expected and will definitely be buying again using Back Market. No complaints so far and fingers crossed it works as expected. Happy to know that it is backed by 1 year warranty.

I liked buying my refurbished iPhone 12 from them. It came looking brand new and working just great…and I enjoyed the correspondence with the sellers…phone was shipped out right away…I give a 5 star for there effort to save the planet in there company business. And there good product!

A little skeptical at first. Buying refurbished and from a website I have not used before. But, Love it! I got "fair" labeled phone and looked very new. You don't notice the small imperfections unless you really eyeball it. Came with charger! Both cable and block. The phone also came with a screen protector on, a pleasant suprise! I have had the phone for about a week. The phone works perfectly! No issues, hardware is perfect. Phone looks good. I would say money well spent. Also, the phone came in very quick! Only took 3 days to get to my home. All is good!

Worst experience of my life. Sold me a laptop that broke in less than a month and then said it was excluded from the 1-year warranty. I'm a student and had to borrow money to get the laptop. They've ruined my studies. And offered me a 5% discount to rub salt into the wound. Like I would ever consider using this company again.

Very great place to buy refurbished phones. (Only things I've purchased from them) I've bought 3 so far and all the phones were in almost like new condition. Very very fast shipping. Got all the phones within not even a full 2 days. I really do recommend if you're looking for a deal on a phone. I definitely will be purchasing my phones from here from now on!

"Excellent" rates phone lasts only 6 months. Screen becomes unresponsive creating so much inconvenience.

The promises 3 business day repair is breached. Not only it is breached, but I was also misled that the item was shipped. Only label was created in USPS and no item provided to USPS.

They requested paperwork and my ID for processing the reimbursement for the phone. Basically, they just stole my personal information. Still I am unclear why did they request my DL.

I purchase one Samsung watch and one Apple series 5 watch both of them look new, both working great. I have referred this site to 4 people so far, but before I tell others about the site, I am waiting to see the phone I purchase as well. (Samsung Note 10 Plus).
One thing I wish for is that the company include original boxes for the items.

Before I look at Best Buy or some other place, I go to Back Market. If i don't find what I'm looking for, or something close, i wait a month at most. Everything is like new, which is awesome. They are reliable and considerate. I did not like buying used when it came to personal electronics, Back Market changed that.
