Before I look at Best Buy or some other place, I go to Back Market. If i don't find what I'm looking for, or something close, i wait a month at most. Everything is like new, which is awesome. They are reliable and considerate. I did not like buying used when it came to personal electronics, Back Market changed that.

I bought some beats solo 3 headphones for my wife's birthday and she had no idea I didn't buy these from the store. I obviously told her where I got them from and she knows how good this site is that she was stoked I bought from them. Buying refurbished things can seem sketchy but the products description stated they were in excellent condition. Seriously I was very happy with my decision to buy it, and would buy from them again. I had a great experience with back order. I ordered a phone in good condition. There were only two minor defects on the surface of the display screen. They're hard to notice unless I am really looking for them.

I love that I can get a refurbished device for several hundred dollars less than the price of refurbish devices through Apple. This means I can get the high end Device at a price I can afford.

Without back market, I would not be able to afford such a nice iPhone. I'm thrilled with my device. The shipping was quite fast as well.

I purchased a phone and insurance from Back Market online. They have refused to honor the insurance we bought. It has been over two weeks of e-mails, phone calls, and online forms, and we can not get them or Asurion to honor their contract. Stay away from these people. They have nothing to offer you except excuses why they cant help. Dishonest Dealers

I ordered a Pixel 6 pro from Back Market recently. It was supposed to be in "Good" condition, but besides a barely visible hairline scratch on the bottom of the screen, the phone was pretty much brand new! It has zero issues, and I'm super happy with the deal I got. Would highly recommend Back Market if you're in the market for a refurbished phone.
