NO FREE RETURNS. NO FAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Save your time and money as there's no guarantee of good product and refund is not guaranteed neither. I bought an imac and received it earlier than expected. To my surprise they sent me a wireless mouse and wired keyboard neither which were the mac ones (I suppose that is mentioned somewhere on the website.) Problems begun when the mac took over ten minutes just to START. Then after turning my device on I realized the wifi would not stay on for longer than 5 minutes and eventually that number decreased to a minute. I'd turn it on and the wifi would turn itself off automatically. I have over 9 devices in my household, including laptops and tablets, none of which ever experienced any issues with connectivity so very clearly the issue was the mac itself. When I returned the device, somewhere along the way of shipping apparently a dent was made on the mac and the corner was shattered and when asked for solutions they just said they would send it back to me and wouldn't even contact the carrier for a claim. The only reason why I returned the item in the first place was because the wifi was not working. Who sells a device in 2022, without a working wifi? ALSO BEWARE of Back Market's "Free return". While the item was shipped to me using FedEx I was provided with a USPS label for returns and to my surprise when I made it to the post office I had to pay $102 to send the item because the label provided by back market only allowed items that weighed at most 14 OUNCES. When they knew just the mac itself weighed 5KG! Still got no solution, no offer of repair, no refund. All I did was lose $500 in total. Save yourself the headache and the $$ and just go and purchase something from Best Buy or Apple themselves. Seller was SPRY by the way.

Back Market attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I ordered a refurbished "excellent" condition computer on 12/5/2021 for a Christmas gift (and for school purposes) for my daughter. After she opened it and logged in, it instantly had problems. The screen was sideways, glitchy and had massive technical issues. I contacted customer service just to jump hoop after hoop down endless roads of lies from spending massive time cleaning our info off the computer to sending them 10 photos to prove we weren't the ones who made it "broken" and sent it back. They had 5 days to turn it around back to me and failed to do so. Three weeks later I got it- late. I asked for a phone number and they refused to give me one. I asked for a refund and they told me I could refuse the computer to get it. The computer finally came and we reinstalled all of our passwords and got into it just to find the exact same thing was wrong with it except this time the computer and charging cord were worse - scuffed up and damaged even though I paid for one in excellent condition. I reported them to the better business bureau as they still refuse to speak to me by phone and tell me I have to send this second broken one back and go through the whole shipping process of photos to prove I didn't damage the second one. They are taking no responsibility at all and it's been three months I ordered a computer in excellent condition for my child to use for school assignments. This place is a scam. They don't care and they will steal your money. They still have not helped me and we still have a broken computer - two computers in a row from them. Watch out. This place is one that will take your money and run!

I have ored iphone 7 plus for a gift for a friend. I was told it did not work in Afghanistan. I order a ipad2 I know it was damged in shipping and glitches up. I tried to order a nother iPhone plus but ored a iphone 7. And canceled the order and waited 72 hours. For refund it was in pending my account when I ordered the larger phone. They resend my refund and charged me for 2 phones. And caused me to over draw my account. It was verry difficult to figure out how to complane and get my money back. I am visually impaired and have a learning disableity and need to get a phone number to talk to a person to Staten out my problem. They wonted to charge me 5 dollars to join a chat app to solve my problem. I am so agervated with this progress. I do not recomed this company. It is not worth the savings. The hasel they put you through for the unreliable product.
