Have a G19 stainless barrel for my Gen 4 G19 Love it and works great. Thinking about getting another one. Waiting for a free shipping deal to make the purchase
350 legend, After two years and around 200 rounds I started having mis fires, light indents on primers, took it apart and the firing pin is a soft metal, the striker end is flattened and the rear flange that contacts the bolt is worn and has a ring indent in it, never saw this in 25 years carrying M16s, M16A3s and the M4s, and they got a hell of a lot of use with no wear signs like this pin! Junk steel,,,
I purchased the.308 side charge and I am highly impressed. It's my first side charge but it won't be my last. I will be purchasing different calibers in the future from them.

I don't want to bash the company this is more of a post to ask for advice and see if others have the same issues I'm experiencing.
I ordered 2 300blk side charge uppers about 8 months back but haven't fired them. This is because I've noticed that there is an issue feeding, I have loaded several different mags and when I pull back on the side charge it never goes all the way home. Of course because there isn't a forward assist, I can never get the bcg to fully go forward. I have tried several mags and mainly have issues with pmags so I have to drop the mag clear it and try again. On some of my older metal mags I can cycle about 2-3 rounds just pulling back the charging handle and then it gets stuck.
I have also tried these mags in some of my rear charge and they work just fine. I'm not sure at this point if it is the upper or maybe the buffer spring, or possibly the bcg but I'm not sure what it could be.
Overall, the customer service I can't speak on because I haven't dealt with them but I do remember the shipping was quick. Just wish these would work and I'm hoping the company has an idea of what it could be. Again not bashing them I'm sure it's something minor but need ideas.
Purchased the upper. Arrived in a timely manner. Flawless fit. Finish was perfect. Inherently accurate. Killed many deer with it. The most notable was a doe at 238 yards. Headshot. Love it!

I bought the 308 side charging ar10 upper with 18" barrel. I bought the lower from BCA as well, and was excited to own a 308 rifle.
It arrived with the shipping box damaged. The poor packing job allowed the side charger to bust through the cardboard and the side charger was all beat up and marred.
I then noticed the rear gas plug they use to seal off the empty hole where a traditional ar would have it's rear charging handle was way over tightened to the point I had to use pliers to remove it. Once removed I found the plugs threads were deformed and chips of aluminum were all in the bolt action.
I cleaned the rifle and used a 3/8 bolt to replace the companies defective plug. I used a file to smooth out to jagged aluminum on the charging handle from poor packing, and took it to the range.
It fired 5 rounds before it jammed up and would nut fire the 6th or 7th rounds. The range official looked at the cartridges that were not fired and he said it looked very dangerous the primer was struck on the lower right side instead of in the middle and it was a long indentation. They said something was very wrong and I could not fire the rifle any longer due to the danger of it exploding.
I returned the upper assembly of the rifle, and beat creek arsenal shipped a warranty replacement.
The replacement came in the same condition, with the side charging handle buster through the cardboard box and all marred up... I do not high expectations for the gun range at this point for this new warranty replacement upper receiver assembly.
No issues with the lower yet, but it only has operated five rounds.
I love it a lot but a Mexican was trying to kidnap me and my sister and followed us watched us he was a strange man and he tryed following us home we were lucky and left before time.
Built this upper out a couple years ago, love the product and love the economy of it. Came fully assembled and oiled, almost ready to shoot out of the box
It shoots just as accurate as my friends custom made 223 target rifle. It is far more accurate out to 400 yards than I will ever be. It on my lead sled will outshoot me freehand every time.

Worth every penny, going to ge remote coming for the 7.62x51 rd and fits great in the mag well, no spring malfunction the window is actuarte and feels durable to me
These uppers ran smooth from the first round, I do not get a ton of ammo down range, I cannot afford to, but what I do shoot, has been trouble free, even running a wide range of different ammo
A friend loaned me his Bear creek arsenal ar10! It performs flawlessly grouping is good and is a unique rifle! I will be spend my hard earned money to buy from Bear creek arsenal!

Order#*******162. Purchased a 20" ar10 416r ss flutted upper, the barrel was bad, I was shooting 1.5-2.5 inch groupings with reloads using 4895 imr at 43 grains wasn't the shooter I was a distinguished marksman in the marine corps my other ar10 shoots dimes... Well I sent barrel back June 13th. It's June 29th and they still haven't sent me a barrel replacement. It's upsetting you spend money and receive a product that's bad and they take there time to send a replacement. These types of returns should be expedited. It' shouldn't take this long it's ridiculous. You guys need to take care of your customers if you want to keep them customers of your products

I have ordered and received 2 different uppers from them to try out one being there dedicated 22 lr upper and the other being there 22 wmr upper or 22 mag some of you may know them as. And here is what I found to be the biggest issue with them. I had no issue with the orders or how they were shipped. My issues seemed to be with there firing pins being so wide and big that you will not get a good stricken hit on the primers or rim of a 22 case. No mater what trigger groups you use. I've tried the palmetto 3.5 trigger. Palmetto polished triggers with a spring kit to lighten them up for a good 22 lr trigger which didn't work at all and a cmc trigger group at 3.5 lbs. both the cmc and palmetto drop in groups work fine. But looking at primmer sticks all are found to be very light and wide which is the reason for light strikes. I tried Winchester m 22 shells which would not fire at all. But work just fine out of a Ruger and palmetto 22 lr just fine. Also the Remington gold and cvo rounds all cycle well and then I found it to like the Norma rds the best. I think that if they narrowed up the stricken area on the firing pine and harden the firing pines they would have a better product. But that's just my opinion as a gun nut with many different models of guns.

Getting firearms into people's hands is the best thing you can do and at bca's price you can't beat it. So thankful for them
OUTSTANDING! I swore after active duty to never have a fixed sight upper, but this CHF 7.62x39 was too good to pass for$219! Tried a couple different optics along with the carryhandle- which was very accurate BTW! Finally settling on a folding rear sight & sig Romeo 4h- set 50yd zero & with the circle plex retical the holds were@150&300! Perfect for the 7.62x39!with just the red dot shooting 2" groups@100! And with a primary arms 3x full size magnifier- shooting sub inch *******@100yds! Great work BCA- need one just like in 300blk!BCA keeps getting better! CAPT J

I went online to buy a barrel and it was out of stock and back ordered. Shortly after I got an email saying they were in stock, so I ordered the barrel. I ended up getting the barrel shortly after my ordering it. When I opened the box the barrel was damaged, so I emailed them asking how they wanted to handle it. I never recieved a response. A few weeks later I recieved a new barrel that also had a minor defect so I mailed back the original barrel that I was sent and figured that I would live with the new one. A couple of weeks later I get an email saying they repaired the first barrel and were sending it back to me. So, now I have two barrels. I called customer service and they said to send one of the barrels back, but since the order was over 30 days they would have to get a approval from management for a refund. The barrel was sent back and about 2 weeks later I get an email saying that my refund was denied, but they would give me a in store credit. The problem is there is nothing there that I want or need.
I called today and talked to someone in management (April) who was of no use. I was told that I ordered the barrel twice, which I may have on accident. I understand their 30 day rule under most circumstances, but mine was a unique situation.
I would think twice before buying anything from Bear Creek Arsinal.
Good morning David, I am sorry for the confusion and the hassle you encountered when trying to work with our team. If you provide me with your order number I can look further into this situation.
Thanks!
