Have a G19 stainless barrel for my Gen 4 G19 Love it and works great. Thinking about getting another one. Waiting for a free shipping deal to make the purchase
350 legend, After two years and around 200 rounds I started having mis fires, light indents on primers, took it apart and the firing pin is a soft metal, the striker end is flattened and the rear flange that contacts the bolt is worn and has a ring indent in it, never saw this in 25 years carrying M16s, M16A3s and the M4s, and they got a hell of a lot of use with no wear signs like this pin! Junk steel,,,
I have purchased a couple of complete uppers from this company. I shot it once and the shell is stuck in the barrel. I pulled the bolt back and now it is stuck and wont open. I have called every day for a week and a half leaving voicemails. No response emailed customer service, no response. I am at the end of my rope. I do not like leaving bad review's but this is ridiculous! All I need to know is what is happening and how they are going to fix the situation?

The bull$#*! reviews on this site are just that. I ordered my upper on Sunday it's in my hands on Tuesday. Fit and finish are good. I have yet to go to the range but after a check all appears good inside. Company did me right on my purchase. I will use their services again. HOO RAH
Recently had to send in a brand new whole complete 223wylde and a 350legend upper. Received my 223wylde upper only today and it's no different then when I had sent it in. Now there is metal shavings all over my bolt carrier, crap all over the gas line, gas block is out of place and at an angle…. Only now have to wait to even see if there cleaning of the chamber fixed the multiple issues this gun was giving. But will have to wait until I receive the lower to give it a try. Which I higher doubt the crappy clean up job fixed anything. So great for this repair to return the same as it was before it got sent out.
I recently purchased a complete 223wylde and a 350 legend upper from Bear Creek Arsenal. Upon receiving and taking to the range I have had nothing but issues. Casings wont eject, light primer strikes, bolt carrier striking cases sideways, and the trigger gets "locked" in the fire position where you manually have to reset the trigger. Sent both items in for repair under warranty and there being sent back to me with no issues found……. They only could clean the firearms and state they seen no issues. Very poor built firearms, as well as very poor customer service. I would not truthfully rely on there firearms when in need.
The best type of rifle is one that goes boom, boom, boom! I own 2 BCA rifles and have used their parts in a couple builds. They make a great product at a very reasonable price. I recommend their 416r stainless barrels. I also really like their handguards!
Tip for consumers:
Have also had great experience with their customer service due to a shipping mixup on my part, they were very helpful and resolved the ussue in minutes.

I have multiple, all barreled in their 416r stains steel 223 wylde. Accurate, great looking, and competitively priced.
I purchased a complete ss side charge upper in 223 Wylde 16 in and installed on a lower I built and added a 1-6 Mantis bdc sight. Sighted in at 30 yards, and 4 rounds later, right on center of target. Then, moved out to 100 yards, and shot 10 round group less than 6 inches…plenty good for me, as I will be 79 this year…I have already used in competition. I am old school, USMC Vietnam combat Vet. Now looking at a 10 1/2 for my next build. I really like the side charger configuration.I was so pleased with this upper, that I purchased a BCA lower in pcc for my next build. Yes, it will be a side charge upper.

I purchased 3 7.62 x 39 uppers in March to go on my AR lowers. 2 were 16 and 1 7.5 inch barrel. Right out of the box I started have " light strikes" on the primers. Called Cust service and they said I needed the " enhanced firing pin". OK. BCA sent one in 2 days. Installed and refired. Same problem. Contacted customer service again and said I needed to talk to tech. I have he ad NO luck getting hold of tech department. Customer service did ask was I shooting steel cased ammo. Well, duh... doesn't most of us! Don't offer a product then want us to change our ammo to shoot in your build because BCA can't figure out how to get it right. My last purchase from BCA.
Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase

I have never had an issue with BCA. MANY uppers in multiple calibers. I would not say "match" grade but very accurate. Quality always great. I have one 223 Wylde 16 inch upper with 3,000 rounds still sub MOA at 100 yards.

Top shelf uppers at a very good price... seriously! I've prurchased 2 each complete uppers from BCA with fantastic reliable performance and will definently be purchasing a 3rd complete upper. 5 star and both thumbs-up to Bear Creek Arsenal. Larry in SC

I first bought a 308 complete rifle with side charging, first time using that type. Ran over 100 rounds, cheap tula ammo, never had a failure. Was able to get 1.5 inch groups at 100yds, that's good for me. The magazine, 10 round, that I bought separate did have a problem to cycle if fully loaded. Called customer service and was shipped a new one that worked perfectly. I liked the company and product that I bought both my boys there own, 7.62x39 and 223 wylde. Have only shot the 7.62x39 and worked perfect. I would recommend Bear Creek.

5 years ago I set my bear creek arsenal upper on a anderson self built lower. I have not had any problems with my setup. I see alot of problems with side chargers. I am very hard on my equipment and this just keeps eating. Just wanted to sound off on my experience with BCA. Good luck everyone.
I ordered a complete upper and 2 Six position stocks. I received then in a timely fashion however when I received then they where label as item 1 and item 2 on the box upon opening the box 1 the upper was what I ordered. Box 2 had one 6 position stock not 2 like I ordered. I immediately sent email advising of such with no response I waited 5 days and sent a second one which also included my order number. Still no response. I called and could never speak with a real person. Read other reviews they all had same issue no response other then we couldn't find your order based on email. Well I provided email and order number.

The extractor broke on 7.62x39 upper after first 30 rounds. Chamber needs to be honed because round is tight. And that cause extraction problem. Reached out to Customer service to try to get extractor all I get is ticket number. Solution, I ordered extractors from 3 different companies and hope at least one will work. Ordered a chamber hone so I can clean chamber right. Should have bought from a better company. I think the more expensive product would be better. Maybe they wouldn'leave you hanging

Bought my first BCA side charging upper and put it on a PSA lower receiver. The fit was perfect, not even a paper thin gap between them. I have put more than 1500 rounds through this setup and it's never failed me. I am now a side charging fanatic and BCA is now and will forever be my go to. I also purchased the BCA red dot sight and it is amazing and totally accurate. Thanks BCA for being the best, providing the best and having the best customer service in the industry.

Own several BCA uppers, had a problem with one and was handled promptly. Will keep buying products and hoping for a bufferless retrofit for AR15 pistol brace... like that is going to make a difference. ATF mind your business.
I was first interested in this company for its side charging models. I don't think they asberate the benefits this offers. They produced at least one video illustrating some of the benefits like easier access when a scope is mounted. I believe they are the only manufacturer to offer this with a reciprocating charging handle giving the shooter control of the bolt. I know have purchased several uppers and three lowers; AR 9, AR10, and AR15. I have not experienced any problems and the fit and finish was excellent.

Best thing I can say is they are cheap. I have bought 4 things from them, a full 450 bm, 6.5 gren upper, 6.5 creed upper and ar10 lower. I have had to return 2 of the 4 because of poor quality. They recommend a few fixes for the 450 that didn't work so end up paying for repairs that didn't fix issues. They did replace the upper for it but after the fact so cost me money on a warranty issue. Then I spent better part of 3 months trying to get the ar10 warranted for faulty trigger. During the 3 months my ticket was closed at least 3 times and non of my phone calls returned. I realize there will be quality issues with products priced so much lower then normal but I really wish they could have at least been better at customer service knowing their products are often subpar.
I purchased a 762x39 gen 2 side charging AR-15 platform and they sent me a 556. Wtf... Took me five plus calls to even get the return shipping label to the FFL dealer so they can ship the gun back. I had to do all the legwork. I'm calling every couple days to try to get them to send me the right gun that I ordered. It's getting close to 2 months since I purchased the gun and still fighting to get the gun. Nothing but a big headache! Only reason why I didn't give it one star is because customer service has been friendly but getting no progress. Every call is frustrating!

I own several BCA uppers and lowers. All have been excellent products that shoot very well and are very accurate. The machining is well done, and the presentation is excellent. One of the 5.56 uppers had the stainless steel spiral fluted barrel, it was beautiful to look at and very accurate.
Tip for consumers:
Great products, good prices, and quick service and delivery!

I have purchased 5.56 and 308 uppers and two complete AR15 lower kits. Excellent parts that fit and are very accurate.
I've left (6) messages with their customer service number over the course of a month. No one calls back. No one ever answers the phone no matter if it's in Customer Service or in Sales. I've sent emails - no response. Complete sham.
Tip for consumers:
Don't walk, RUN away from them.

I'm definitely sticking with BCM, Aero Precision, and other competitors. They products are better and customer service is great at these companies. Bear Creek is horrible for customer service.
These guys make some great uppers and barrels. Can't comment on other things, since that's all I've gotten from them lol. The fit and finish of the upper parts are nice.
The picture of this beauty is my G23X build, using a BCA G23 Stainless Threaded Barrel. After mating the barrel and slide, it functions flawlessly and is VERY accurate.
I'll be getting more BCA products in the near future!
Put new scope on my BCA 300 Blackout upper went to range and this is one of the most accurate rifles I have. It is so much fun to shoot. I take it every time I go my son want to shoot it instead off my other rifles.
Tip for consumers:
Can't go wrong with this upper and price.

I have been buying (BCA) stuff for a long time. I was a little nervous back in the day when I started purchasing items from the company. When all the stuff I was buying was working I stop being nervous so to speak. From uppers to rifles I have had a pretty good experience with this company. Thanks (BCA)
I have 2 side charging uppers, a right side and a lefty, and they are both a joy to shoot! I have had others in the past, one was a 7.5 & that thing cycled so well that I put an adjustable gas block on it to shoot suppressed but someone gave me too much money for it at the range one day. I'm about to toss a 450 BM barrel on my right, just to have a thumper. I've ordered BCGs from them & got exactly what I needed, quickly. Recently I had to swap an old 1st gen lefty bcg from BCA into a brand new precision build because the nickel boron bcg I had gotten from another popular lefty provider, and the BCA bcg runs like a dream, I'm currently waiting on the replacement for the other lefty to arrive, so I can see if it will run too...

Tip for consumers:
Relax, good gun parts are in demand. If you're gonna get your knickers in a twist because your parts took a little longer, go to your local gun shop and buy an M&P.
