Walter provided outstanding information and service for my purchase of 2 Leather Italia ottomans. He worked hard to ensure the product was available before placing the order. I will definitely purchase items from him again.
They are a bunch of incompetent people and just make up excuses for their incompetence! Delivery company even worse! Used weather as an excuse not to deliver. Driver was lazy and had an attitude issue. It's been over 2 months and still haven't received the furniture I ordered. They will charge you a 30% restocking fee and delivery charge if you cancel so beware!
I ordered several pieces from the same manufacturer but from different sets. Rebekah verified they would all match, directed me on how to order custom fabric, and made the process very easy. Rebekah was friendly and helpful, and certainly did her part in making this a good experience.
I purchased a bedroom furniture set weeks ago knowing that delivery would probably take a month. They took the money for the furniture out of my account right away... and have now emailed me that I cannot receive my furniture because their NEW shipping partner requires a loading dock in my area. After speaking with the operations manager, there is nothing they will do to remedy this situation so I was forced to cancel my order. If you are relying on getting your furniture ever, I would suggest choosing a company that stands by their delivery promise and does not hold your money for weeks just to force you to cancel your order.
If you are looking for a sign whether or not you should purchase from this company, this is your sign to NOT purchase. Horrible delivery wait times. The time frame to receive your order is 4 weeks and they will still manage to take longer than that. Customer service does absolutely nothing to help compensate for the inconveniences. They just feed you lies so you do not cancel the order and even if you were to cancel they will charge silly restocking fees. Pay the extra money and order from a reputable furniture company!
Terrible delivery. They messed up a delivery of very expensive Acme furniture. Then came hastily the next morning and damaged the furniture while scratching our hardwood floors. Redelivered the furniture 5 months later but we have never been compensated for the floor damage. HORRIBLE
When I had a question Shayne was quick to respond and answered my questions clearly. And I could call her, and that is huge to me. Better than email. You can get your answer quickly without all this back and forth time sucking email.
I purchased a new bedroom set from them. The quality and pricing was amazing. I saved a little more than $1000 from what my local furniture store offered on the same pieces. However, I had to wait a very long time to get my furniture. Months long wait and the coordination with their local delivery vendors left a lot to be desired. Michael Alaba was the rep that was helping me and kept communicating regularly with updates. He did a great job to keep me up to date!
I made a order on November and they kept giving me lies promises for shipment date month after month. It's supposed to be delivered between 4 to 6 weeks. I've been waiting for 4 months until now, and they sent me email two days ago telling me to waite for around one more month on May 7. So from November to May if they are telling the truth, if they will not make a delay for one more month later!
I cancelled my order. I don't recommend it at all. When I made my order, it wasn't written that it is out of the stock.
I would give them ZERO star.

She went above and beyond sending texts and emails, making phone calls ensuring I recieve the most recent updates and progression of my deliveries. The two gentlemen that made my two deliveries were kind, respectful and personable.
Furniture is over priced, the white glove service in my opinion is a way of adding more cost. The expense for this particular service stated at around or about $250.00. After about the third text/email the offer had decreases to around or about $98.00. So I took advantage of the service. During the preparation for delivery damages were noticed and partial of the delivery had to be replace an additional 30 day wait to the initial 30 day wait. The second delivery date partial of my delivery was lost or misplaced at the warehouse, adding an additional two or more weeks before I had my complete order. Total disaster! I am intrested in purchasing two chairs and one buffet away from having my complete dinning room set. I called to ask were there other shipping options and was informed if I ordered only the two chair combinations I would have to pay $246.00 for shipping. No way around it. You'll be surprise to know it's the same price as the white glove service offer on my initial order. Coincidence, I don't think so.
Love my daughter's new bedroom furniture! Great quality and price. Michael went above and beyond in keeping us updated and answering our questions. His personalized and proactive customer service was extremely refreshing and truly appreciated!
Chloe did a great job troubleshooting and then helping me place my order when the cart checkout didn't work. She has excellent customer service skills. Will review items ordered when they come in separately.
We initially had some difficulty applying a discount code, so customer service rep Natalie helped out and got us the discount, as well as finding out additional information about the product. She answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. I hope that this ordering experience is indicative of how delivery will go!
