I paid over $80 for some strawberries that were guaranteed to be delivered on 5/11/19. Well they didn't arrive. What a scam. Don't charge extra for a granteed delivery if you can't guarantee it. These people deserve to be put out of business and I will be seeking a refund on Monday. Sorry, mom.

They have terrible customer service and do not send you the right amount of berries! When file complaint and they say they are gonna send out replacement they never do! Happened to us twice. Once you can over look, but twice and then no correction! We will not be using them again!

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries as catalogued but the item chosen was not delivered. Instead of a fancy decorated chocolate berries a mundane brown choco dipped batch was sent. Bait and switch is illegal and also bad business tactic. Planning to report to the state's bbb

The whole purpose of getting strawberries, flowers etc shipped to you by a company is that you receive them quickly and intact. We received a gift from this company of chocolate covered strawberries and a bouguet of flowers. We live in Arizona, its July, the strawberries were destroyed, even the fruit rotten, like they have been cooked at 500 degrees, chocolate coating disintegrated and cooked flowers. Hey the cold packs were hot, nothing survived the shipping process, what a complete and utter rip-off. To ship in summer in Arizona you need dry ice, so this company should be avoided and not used.

I ordered two dozen strawberries expecting them to be at least similar to the photos on the website. They were delivered on time but no telling how long they sat on a hot truck because they were in poor condition due to the heat. I would hate to order during the summer months. One little ice bag can't keep the package cold enough to protect the product. The box that held the strawberries was soggy. It was almost embarrassing to give these to our Mothers for Mother's day because of the way they looked. My boxes had really small ones mixed in with the one I considered normal or either I would have a supersized one that didn't fit. It was not a wow factor when you open the box. You definitely don't get what you are paying. I will not purchase again due to the poor packaging, look of the berries and price.

Ordered half dozen choc dipped strawberries w/ 4 chocolate covered oreos. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by valentines day. They did not deliver the oreos and I get a call from my wife saying that some of the strawberries were rotten under the chocolate! Never buying from this service again and mad enough to post a review to warn others of my experience

Berries were warm toppings falling off. Ice pack melted. Stems still on. I saw a delivery truck out side my house around noon today, guy got out walked around drove off. Around 7pm my husband saw a delivery truck at neighbors, asked if her was looking for, "our address" you guessed it. Yes... enough said. Very disappointed!

The delivery came at 8 but its prob because its mothers day weekend. The strawberries were fresh, big, and perfectly dipped. The flowers were beautiful and the packaging was impeccable. I took a video but am unable to upload for some reason. My husband was happy too. Said they were so great he's gonna use them all the time.! Yay for me lol.

So I got taken in again. Needed to send a nice fresh gift package to a friend and total order was $63 final checkout was $122! Why? They pile on extra shipping. I chose standard shipping on $15 another $17 plus and additional $4.99 x2 (one for each order) for so called overnight delivery for places with hot weather. Which I didn't ask for, which you can not elect out of. I do not know why customers are charged shipping prices for each selected product even if they are going to a single address. I got on teh phone with Sheri's Berries and they sold me a sells pitch and routed me to a coupon site to get additional discount. Basically that doesn't work, you have to clear the cart and start over. I did that for each coupon offer to see which at the end would be cheaper. Basically, it all comes down to the same value unless you downgrade your products. I am so upset. This is not quality, this is a rip off!

I booked for my husband's birthday cake surprise 1 week ago. Waiting for shipment till today and finally they not only disappointment me and spoil my surprise as he didn't get shipment as I am out country so planned to make him happy but got only worse feeling, paid extra shipment charges as nothing make my shippment delay in any case. Again money doesn't matter but my occasion to talk y spoiled.
That was my 1st and last order for them.

The website is difficult to navigate and I'm a tech savvy user. After figuring out that I actually had placed the order I checked and it had a delivery date other than I requested and on the day of expected delivery once I finally got it fixed using the online chat which took forever I got a call saying it couldn't be delivered and the earliest delivery available was 3 days later. This order was placed for an anniversary and the delivery date is important. I will never order from them again!

I ordered a dozen strawberries with the cheesecake bites for my mom for Mothers Day. She received what I ordered on the day they said it would be delivered but unfortunately, everything was all melted and looked like it had been thrown around a truck. I immediately called after receiving the pictures she sent, the woman on the phone at Shari's berries couldn't be more polite and helpful if she tried. That evening an entire new shipment was sent to my mom "overnight" at their expense and she received a beautiful gift the next day. This was all replaced for free and by the way... mom said the strawberries were delicious!

My co-worker ordered a delivery for Mother's Day. The product was terrible. The berries were a third of the size they typically are; we just received some others in our office about two months ago and they were the correct size and decorated properly.
I have listened to her speak to your corporate office for twenty minutes just trying to get someone to understand the dissatisfaction with the product and to honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee ("or we will make it right"). The agent at first refused to assist, then offered a partial refund. After more hold time and requesting a supervisor, she was finally told they would give her a refund for the full amount.
The customer service is terrible. The product was not worth the cost. The shipping costs more than the product because of the need to ship with ice packs. Now you've lost at least two customers and of course, the five other people we will tell, and the five they will tell... Will not recommend.

My husband spent over $50.00 on chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered today. Outrageous shipping and the product came damaged and seeping red. Opened them and the two that weren't smashed were moldy, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say they all were probably moldy. To clarify this so people dont think it was the shipping company. The box they were shipped in was not damaged but the sherries berries box was smashed. So that means one of their employees packaged a damaged product. Just tossed $50 in the trash. Save your money and buy locally.

Received my Mother's Day gift from my daughter, some Sharis Berries. I was hopeful and excited! So disappointed all the way around. Berries arrived upside down and half the chocolate off them. They had a rough trip. Half the berries were still not ripe and other half had gone bad. This is the second order I received an order like this. Threw the first away and didn't complain. Second time I was upset, it's not like they are inexpensive. Try calling customer service, you can't get thru and when you do they connect and you hear background noise and people talking, but no one picks up the phone.
Did live chat and wasn't happy with customer service. I won't buy again. I gavethem a chance. I have pictures of how berries arrived. They didn't want to see them. So am

Ordered for Mother's Day. My mom sent me a pic. They look like they've been beaten with a hammer. I called to get a refund and they said I could have 50% of my money back and a $20 off coupon. I will never but products from there again so I don't want a coupon. And my mom is eating 0% of the strawberries so I want want 100% of my money back. I fought with them on the phone, I fought with them on facebook, and I still have no confirmation email about any refund at all. It's freaking outrageous.

I ordered a strawberries as a surprise thank you. First I couldn't get it on the day I had hoped but it was fine and I just accepted that it would be delivered later. I was told it would be yesterday. Didn't hear anything, checked my order status and still had the 2/21 delivery date but no mention on if it was delivered. I got in the chat and was told there was confusion with my order, couldn't tell me what. They gave me a phone number and email address to reach out. I'm at work so couldn't call but I emailed. Asking for a refund if they weren't delivering. No response. I got back on the chat told that they cannot refund my money, cannot guarantee delivery. Zero help. I'm stunned. At this point the thank you gift is ill timed. I'm not feeling hopeful about getting the money back. I will not be using this company ever again. 56.97 and a whole lot of hassle.

Ordered Shari's berries for my mother, who shared them with the family. All of the strawberries were tart and sweating, even as it came with a frozen ice pack and stored in the fridge. Had a copper-y aftertaste when bitten into and at one point caught a family member peeling the chocolate off the strawberries. Speaking of chocolate, the decorations (sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc) were not nearly as nice as seen on the website--nor were the strawberries as big. Standard shipping is $14.99, can you believe that?! Would not recommend or send to my worst enemy.

I go through the 15 min process of putting in what I wanted declining all the options they kept asking me to add and adding the address then they kill you on shipping. Two different shipping charges adding up to $25! And that wasn't even on Mother's Day it would have been more to get it those Sunday! Just a scam, run and go to your local business and buy stuff from there

I have ordered a number of times and just went to place an order but was disgusted by the shipping charges. I attempted to order the 6 berries for $19.99 plus a card for $2.99. When I checked out the total was $46. My mother does not live in a rural area and I know what shipping costs should be for a chilled package of this size. I am sad that I will not be able to use your business any longer. I cannot justify your shipping fees. I hope that once you have lost enough customers that you will adjust your shipping costs and advertise for us to come back.

I placed an advanced order for Valentine's Day. Cost me $70. Gave the full name of business, recipients name, office number, cell number... you name it. The order was delivered to some one else entirely... never made it to where it was going. Called, they could care less. All they kept saying was it was signed for by Victor. I was trying to explain... they didn't care. Wouldn't issue credit, just wanted to send something again. Valentine's Day was YESTERDAY folks... doesn't really count tomorrow, does it? $70 for strawberries and crap service. Don't waste your time.

I wanted to send a gift to my Father for the holidays. The site offered a "special" for delivery. So, I chose it. But it really was that they charged me twice for the delivery fee- which showed up in detail AFTER I paid... and a box of cookies to my Dad would cost $70! I cancelled the transaction in PayPal AND wrote to the vendor. But no response... they took my $70 anyway. They sent me an email to see if my delivery went well. I expressed my concerns and checked the box for someone to contact me. Never got a response... just lots more ads wanting me to buy more. No. I feel shocked that no one from there has even bothered to communicate. Will not use them or recommend them to anyone!
