Great Customer Service

I ordered a cat bed from a website. There was a code for a discount. The purchase went through, but the discount code wasn't captured. I called Best Choice Products. A representative understood my problem; she verified the discount and told me the discount would be credited to my credit card and tip he time it would take.
I was notified when the charge was credited to my account.
I appreciated that the company kept me apprised of the situation.
P.S. My cat really liked the bed.

Solved problem
December 29, 2020

Bought an electric jeep for grand-daughter, put it together and it didn't work. Talked to BCP to trouble shoot problem, but still could not get it to work. BCP sent out a new jeep just in time for Christmas. I did not have to go through the hassle of disassembling the old jeep and shipping it back to BCP.

I ordered two swings received one on July 5 2020 and second showed it would be here by July 13 2020 I'm unable to track it through the number provided to me and sent multiple requests to be contacted and still no delivery

I had the best customer service experience with Joshfel. He was able to assist with my order that unfortunately arrived damaged. Although, the crack and scratches were minor, I wanted to reorder due to the price I paid. I was really bummed, when he mentioned it's the last item in stock. My kids were looking forward to their new chairs and table. Joshfel offered a full refund and kindly said to keep the item and hopefully my kids will still enjoy even though there's minor damages. I didn't expect to keep the item, but I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and now my kids are happy! Definitely a good way to not lose a customer.

Bought eukalaly for my granddaughter, she's 3 loves to play my old one. It arrived beautiful but couldn't tighten strings to tune on both knobs on right side. Strings just fell to side. Called customer service was great, sent me a new one free of charge, awesome but 2nd one same problem. Emailed they apologised again, very nice. Sent me a bar code to take to ups to send free of any return charge on me for refund. That is great customer service! Thank you. Nice to see a company that hold themselves accountable, very kind and caring! Legit!

We had an issue with an item we bought months ago (our issue - we lost a part. It wasn't an issue with the product) and we reached out to BCP for support. They responded quickly and happily and totally solved our issue. Will definitely purchase through them again.

BUYER BEWARE!
September 10, 2020

I bought a raised garden for $130--started cracking and split after 3 months --ZERO help. A 60 Day warranty? Who buys things like this and thinks it will only last 2 months? SO FURIOUS! Scammers--ALL Chinese. NEVER AGAIN!

I've placed two orders with best choice, second order the coupon code did not apply at all so I called right away customer service…I was immediately assisted by Luis whom could not be more helpful & assuring letting me know that I would get the credit back to my credit card regardless within 5 days…it was a pleasure dealing with a company that stands by their products and discount offers…my first order arrived even faster than expected, I will continue doing business here and highly recommend this website.

Garden beds

Garden beds were ordered one came with all the right pieces to put together the other one didn't I called Home Depot to let them know they gave me the 909 number I called them 3 times I was on hold for 56.12 minutes the other one was for 38.48 minutes and the third one was 44.11 minutes I felt I should just write a review the product was good but I had two pieces that were not right all I want it was an exchange I didn't want to have to send the whole box back I just wanted to send the two pieces that they gave me extra that didn't fit and get the two pieces that I needed I realize that the whole country is shortstaffed and I'm not blaming the employees

Excellent customer service/product

I recently bought a child's sandbox (which was delivered and as ordered) and had a couple of what I deemed dumb questions. I got right through to customer service snd the man was EXTREMELY friendly, answered my questions and never made me feel like they were dumb questions. Highly recommend this company

I got a 2nd hand product (treadmill) from Best Choice Products.
Best Choice Products was very helpful at diagnosing and troubleshooting the product.
While I have not gone through the steps, I did find them helpful, kind and responsive.

Best Choice Products is a TOP contender for the Absolute BEST Customer Service. They pride themselves in Giving good Customer Service. They are excellent listeners to the Customer and strive to make sure the customer is happy. I recently bought an Egg Chair and they exceeded my expectations ensuring I was happy with their product. Basically everyone sells products but the customer service is the most important aspect of a successful company. I am very pleased with my experience with Best Choice Products.

Best custormer service
November 10, 2020

I placed an order for a Christmas tree. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Upon opening it, I realized it was not what I wanted and too tall. I contacted the company to ask how to return it and told them I already ordered another one from there company. I catted with Gasthy, Who was very kind. Asked why I was returning, how my day was, telling me to be safe at my job and thanking me. Next thing i know he says you can keep the tree or give it away and I will be refunding your money. I've never had a company be so knid. I just couldn't believe that would be done. Guess what? I have the tree and my money was refunded in 2 days. These people are awesome! No hassles, very knid

Love this table!

A nice size for the grown-ups, and the small kids can use a step stool to play. Very sturdy for the money! Customer service took care of our problem with a missing part right away. I am impressed.
