Bought a 3 piece sectional with ottoman, faux leather they sent an incomplete box with missing parts no hardware no way to put the furniture together. They said another box was to arrive it never arrived. They won't issue my $519.99 credit. I get the run around from different customer service associates every time i called. My credit card company AMEX issued me a credit and will be investigating NEVER BUY HERE!

I ordered 2 Zero Gravity Chairs. Always wanted some. Their price was best I could find! They were delivered 2 days after my order! And both chairs were intact and had great workmanship! Very, very pleased! Will DEFINITELY do business w them again! The free shipping was a plus also! You just cant beat this company! Im pretty particular also! So, for me to give 5 stars and all the compliments is highly unusual! Way to go BCP!

Highly recommend! Our son's ATV we unboxed at Christmas was not going in reverse, only forward. I called Christmas Day and they answered and sent a new replacement that arrived a few days after. So impressed! Thank you best choice for quality customer service and making things right.

Had a minor issue with a product I received. Called Customer Service, no issues, very courteous and professional. Replacement sent same day. Also, the product is quality and at least 35% less than I found anywhere else online. Looking forward to my next purchase.

I ordered this umbrella for a party that I was having.
When it arrived the lights did not function. I contacted CS and within four hours was given instructions on what to check. I ran through the checks but still no lights and I contacted them. Again, within a couple of hours I received a response apologizing for the difficulties and an offer was made to replace it at no cost to me and to do what I wanted with the defective one. Since my event was over, I had no need for another one and I had located and repaired the wiring three days later and now the lights worked. I explained to the rep that the issue was resolved and no longer required a refund or replacement that I would just keep it and find a use for it.
They refunded the purchase price anyway with the explanation that because of the defect it did not work for my event!
This is way beyond good or great customer service, it is OUTSTANDING!

Do not hesitate to purchase products from this company. They stand behind their products completely!

Utterly embarrassing and deceitful. The so-called "two-day shipping" is not helpful when the product sits in the warehouse for two weeks before it can be shipped. When I asked to cancel the order (product is still sitting in the warehouse) because I am afraid that my order placed on 12/13 will arrive after Christmas (and I ordered a new gift instead from a different website that offers real two day shipping), I am told that is not possible. No I cannot ask my 8-year-old gift recipient to box up the item and return it to Best Choice Products.

I contacted BCP because the solar lights on my recently purchased patio umbrella had stopped working. They immediately sent me a replacement, which works perfectly. I did not need to send the initial purchase back to them which was a great relief. Excellent customer service!

We bought a chair that was starting to leak some grease. I emailed Best Choice Products asking what could be done, and within 30 minutes in sending an email on the weekend, we received an answer back saying how sorry the company was and that they would issue a refund for the defective chair. I've never experienced such great customer service with all of my online shopping. I will be sure to utilize buying more products with this company because they stand behind their products and provide exceptional customer service!

First, it's very easy to find customer services even on the mobile phone webpage. Second, the queue is not long at all, I got actual people assigned within 10 seconds. Third, the operator is very helpful and resolved my problem.

Had an issue with an Elliptical I had purchased that had been in use appx 2 months. When I contacted them, unfortunately it had been greater than 60 days and technically was no longer in warranty. However, after online live chat with customer service representative, I was given the option for a total refund on the purchase or they would send me a new one free of charge. Since I really enjoyed the Elliptical, I opted to have another delivered. Amazingly, within 3 days I had my new Elliptical sitting on my front porch! Definitely they are all about customer service and truly made sure I was satisfied!

I had an issue with a gift for my child right before Christmas. After very little back and forth with a single representative, my issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. Just based on this experience, I will purchase from Best Choice Products again. First time order

I purchased an adjustable bed base.
When it arrived early it was all two of us could do to move the box into the house.
First thing that crossed my mind was that this felt like quality goods and I was right.
All I had to do was screw in 6 legs and plug in the power supply and it was ready to use.
This bed base came with all of the functions of others for a fraction of the cost so I was very surprised by the quality.
I had one function button on the remote control that didn't work.
When I called customer support we went through all of the troubleshooting steps to fix the problem and in the end my problem was fixed beyond all of my expectations.
I highly recommend this company not only for their quality products but the best customer service experience I have ever had.
Being 67 years old I've had my share of disappointments but this was above and beyond.

Defective Couch
August 11, 2020

I bought a couch from this company, when putting it together I realized it was defective.
Contacted the Co. I was told to ship back which I did but never received the credit on my credit card.
I'm now disputing the charges with Amex.
Horrible customer support if you get thru.
Very low quality product

We had an issue with broken back wheels on the car we bought. Contacted the company and they are sending new wheel covers and providing a sizable refund because of the screws they can't provide. Not happy that it broke after paying all this money for the car but company is super helpful and stands behind its products.

Crooks and Liars

Stay away. There was an order mistakenly place by my kid and I have been trying to cancel it all morning and they still want to ship the product after telling me the order has been closed. If you see they are selling something Do Not Buy From Them! Move On! They Lie and just want your money..

I purchased a 10 x 10 Cantilever umbrella. The base was damaged in shipping. When I called BCP they answered immediately. The customer support rep was courteous and very helpful. BCP did not have another base in stock so instead they shipped me out another umbrella. 10 days later I have not received the replacement umbrella. Call BCP and found the delivery drive made a mistake and delivered it to the wrong address. BCP promptly shipped out another replacement umbrella to me which I received in 3 days.

This is a great company with quality products and excellent customer service. I feel bad that BCP lost money on my purchase. The cost to them was 2 additional umbrellas plus shipping on each one. BCP took excellent care of me and made sure that I had the complete and undamaged product I ordered. BCP now has a loyal and returning customer.

I purchased a sewing table for my wife from Best Choice Products. After easy assembly one of the casters broke. Upon emailing their customer service for a replacement or upgraded caster they replied within 4 hours. After sending them pictures they gave me an option of total replacement without any questions. The replacement table arrived in the time frame they stated without any cost to me.I am very happy and would definitely buy Best Choice Products again.

They took my money and shipped to a non existent location. When I tried to remedy the issue they gave me the run around. FedEx said all they had to call to fix it, they refused. BCP told me that if FedEx returned it to them they would refund me. I asked for something to offset the hassle and time incurred through their refusal take a simple phone call and they offered me 10% which is what they offer when you sign up for a BCP account in the first place. They suggested I stalk the non existent location it was being sent to and intercept the package which is sketchy on so many levels. If it gets dropped of randomly somewhere by FedEx I'm out $150. This process took 3 hours in total, I was never given a phone number or access to a supervisor or manager with the authority to actually help me. Overall atrocious, I look forward to the eventual class action lawsuit and hope BCP goes out of business as fast as possible. Do not buy from them!
