I had to return the large and medium planters. The customer service person I dealt with was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and knew just how to help me.
I would definitely order from this company again.
I would encourage anyone needing planters to check this company out. They, the planters and the company, are what you like to see in a business but don't often these days.
The fire pit table I ordered through Amazon was the worst piece, I got three of them, $300 a piece, and literally not a single one of them worked, they all leaked so much that they would not catch fire, a gas line even leaked so bad that it caught fire under the table on me. All the gas lines were all very loose, between all of them, none of them had the same bolts, packaging or patterns.
I received my Dutch Oven promptly and it was well packaged without any sign of damage. Unfortunately upon inspecting, I noticed a small chip in the enamel on the bottom near the heating surface. Although I was happy, otherwise with my purchase, I reported the damage to BestChoiceProducts.com. They responded promptly and ask for a picture of the damage. I responded and they immediately offered to replace OR give me 25% of my purchase price... MY choice. This all happened in a matter of a few hours and I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that was dedicated to customer satisfaction.

We bought porch swing for my son and he decided he'd rather has a grill so we bought a grill and had to return the swing. I contacted the company and in no time at all I had a Fedex shipping label sent to my email for a free return and no questions asked. The gentleman that helped we was so awesome I sent in a letter of recommendation specifically for him so they know what an incredible job he did. They train their staff to go above and beyond and make it so easy to deal with it was an actual pleasure getting this done. I will most definitely keep Best Choice Products on my go to list for products I need in the future. Really a pleasure to work with! I would recommend!
I had got a lift recliner from BCP for my mother for her surgery, it arrived and was beautiful and great quality, but unfortunately it was to big for my space so I had to send back. It was a great experience as well. The only little thing I would say bad is that it's taken longer to get a refund, but it was 3rd party bought through so not sure whose to blame there. But I'm just patiently waiting on that. Other than that they are very prompt to answer your questions and help out. Thanks for the easy service.
I placed an order for a teepee for children to use as a dog bed for my yellow lab. It was entirely too big. When I called to request a return it was quick, effortless, and convenient. In an age where everything is drawn out and painful(year 2020) I was shocked how this company handles the return policy. This transaction made me 100% more comfortable using them in the future.

Have bought multiple products off them over the years. The last one I bought was a outdoor futon. It came with two screw holes misaligned. I thought they would send a new piece of the futon. Instead they sent me an entire new one. Told me to keep the other one. Amazing company to deal with. Very happy
I found a patio swing on this website. The price was great and in the color I really liked. I ordered two of them, one for a friend. This was on Monday and they were to be delivered on Friday. We ordered a patio furniture set and it came very promptly and was fairly easy to put together. The overall quality of the product, I would give a 4 1/2 out of five and a five out of five with customer service
I'm in love with the chair. Only reason I am giving 4 stars because the assembly took for 2 hrs. The nails are recommended for the front of the seat piece weren't long enough. Used extra long nails came with it
Most comfortable chair in my lanai. Can easily sleep in there.
Only other thing I can recommend to have a ticker cushions as a future reference.
I purchased a game chair for my grand daughter that was bought on Amazon for Christmas and noticed Best Choice Products was a 3rd party seller.
At 1st I cringed with the thought that I would be in for a battle as I wanted a replacement or refund.
I placed the call to start my replacement or refund.
And surprisingly enough with all the doubts I had I was not faced with any disappointments.
Best choice asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement and because I liked the chair so much I chose a replacement.
I thought that they were not out to get me or give me a hard time.

I recently bought a bench planter from BCP. It arrived with a sub-assembly that had holes mislocated that prevented me from assembling the full unit. When I described the problem and sent a photo, they immediately and willingly replaced the defective unit. We ordered 2 sets of patio chair and glass top tables. Was easy to put together although the glass top was smashed. Our customer service young man was polite, articulate and very fast. He solved our problem in a timely manner and we were very happy.
I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Best Choice Products when I tried to return a damaged chair.
When I unboxed the chair, I found two damaged parts that made it impossible to assemble. I contacted customer support and asked for replacement parts. They sent me an entirely new chair, so I now had two chairs and many unused parts.
I boxed up the remaining parts and asked Best Choice Products to collect the damaged chair. They refused several times, and even told me to just throw the chair away. The chair weighs over 100 pounds, and they said I would have to pay for the shipping to return it.
I sent several emails to customer service, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with the way they handled this situation.
I would advise anyone considering purchasing a chair from Best Choice Products to be aware of their customer service policies. They may not be willing to help you if you have a problem with your product.

I had an issue with one of the BCP product that I had ordered. I reached out to support to raise a complaint for the product. I received great service and a replacement for the affected product was shipped almost immediately. Overall we are happy with the product and the service.
I ordered six of there raised bed containers. They arrived and I started assembly, as sometimes happens there were some screws and wingnut missing. Got in touch with them, no hassle, replacement screws were on the way. When received there were more than needed to be replaced. So I have no trouble with there service it's outstanding.
SUSAN IS THE bEST! I HAD A PROBLEM TRYING TO GET THE COMPUTER GENERATED EMAIL SO i COULD PLACE A REVIEW AND EARN THE MONETARY STIPEND FOR DOING SO, AS WELL AS ADDING A PICTURE. SHE WAS ABLE TO GO INTO THEIR SYSTEM AND GIVE ME THE CREDIT EVEN THOUGH SHE COULD NOT OVERRIDE THE COMPUTER AND SEND A NEW EMAIL.
I ordered a zero gravity chair. Shortly after completing my order I received an e-mail with a discount code. I called customer service and they applied it to my order with no problem. My chair came before the projected delivery date. All good!

I ordered BCP round rustic coffee table and I received it without necessary hardware to assemble it. When I reached out BCP the response I get is they cannot send the hardware or replace the item since it's been ordered via Walmart. Now the coffee table is lying at my house without the hardware. Very poor service highly dissatisfied.
