After getting an item for a christmas gift we found that someone else had the same idea as what to get them.

I purchased the black power jeep for my grandson for his 2nd birthday...had a problem with the front axle and Best Choice took care of it right away! I will definitely be purchasing from them in the near future! I now have 2 grandsons! And the new one will need his own Jeep!
So I ordered an item from this company and it arrived damaged. I read on their website that I would have to send the item back to get it replaced and probably pay for shipping which I wasn't thrilled about, but after chatting online with customer service they decided to send me another for free! Great customer service!
I've ordered the "12in Medium-Firm Green Tea & Bamboo Charcoal Gel Memory Foam Mattress". Initially there was a slight pricing issue, but it was resolved with customer support team. They were very professional and good in resolving the issue within no matter of time.
We've received the mattress in less than a week, then followed the general guidelines of allowing it 48hrs to fully expand before we used it. It is just less than a week since we started using it, it is very comfortable and we love it.
We had a small issue with one of the items we purchased, they made the replacement extremely quick and easy, to where I had to do nothing and the replacement showed up at my house.
I purchased BestChoiceProduct 2 twin electric beds to make a king size, within 4 months of using them, one of the beds stop working. I call customer service and they told me, they do not have any support or repair team to help me, I could not believe it. They were purchased through Amazon. After troubleshooting myself for a few days to figure out why one of the beds not working, I believe it is a defected motor.
I am trying to get help from BestChoiceProducts to cover this in the one year service part warranty, they refuse to return my call. This is outrageous and no one should purchase a product from this company. Also Amazon should not allow this company to sell its products on Amazon and I will definitely continue to notify others with my reviews.
I ordered an umbrella which was great quality for the price I paid however the crank was damaged when I took it out of the box. I opened a chat and my issue was resolved in minutes and a new item is being shipped.
I ordered a hammock. Did not open it for a few months as it was a gift. When we opened it the hardware was missing. I called customer service and within minutes they fix the issue. The product was made with much quality and I'm happy that I did not have to return it
I'll try to be as brief and accurate as possible. I ordered 2 keyboards for my granddaughters in N. C., I live in Bflo. NY. I received notification that they were delivered and within minutes of notice I contacted my daughter whom said they were not there. I called the company and was assured they would track the package as well as submit an issue ticket as expedited. The good news is, Fed X delivered to wrong building and the kind neighbors bought them to my daughter. Not once did I feel as if I was ignored by the company and they were grateful I informed them of the success. Great customer service skills. KUDOS!
My mother bought my sister and I both an XL air fryer for Christmas. I absolutely loved it and used it all the time and about six months later it completely died. I called the company and they said unfortunately this happens and that was it. I don't think it was worth $150 to use for six months! I will not be purchasing another product from this company!

BCP is always amenable to solutions. I have had a couple of products that had some flaws and the representatives of the company have always been responsive and accommodating with product concerns. Products ship quickly and are available at a competitive price point.
I purchased an umbrella and a base for our deck. Although the umbrella was beautiful, the base was too big and therefore, I needed to return both items. I thought it would be challenging trying to communicate my needs with bcp customer service via chat, but it wasn't as all. BCP customer service was extremely patient and directed me effectively with the return process and made sure I understood the process before ending the conversation.
This company stands behind their product 100%. I had an issue with a product and I called and my issue was fixed immediately. The customer representative provided the best customer service I have had in years. Very helpful, kind, and experienced in customer service. Value was also right on. Follow up excelled my expectations. Will look for their products again and again.
Purchase a ride on vehicle for my 4yr old granddaughter and it malfunction. Contacted Walmart customer service and they contacted Best Choice and within a day they responded and gave me a refund. I would definitely shop with them in the near future.
The items I ordered (one patio umbrella and one umbrella base) wouldn't fit in my space. The mistake was mine. The agent I contacted to return both items was very polite, professional, understood the issue and she took care of it right away. I had a great experience with their customer service. I ordered an item and then decided I wanted to go a different route. I emailed them and asked if I could cancel the item rather than the hassle of trying to return it later. I thought bc I sent an email there was no way someone would respond in time to cancel it and I would be stuck having to return it. To my surprise, someone quickly responded to me letting me know my item had been cancelled. That was it! They just cancelled it. No questions asked. No hassle.
I ordered a stand up glass light up vanity for my wife for Christmas. We opened it, checked for any noticeable scratches, and then assembled. We left the protective cover on the glass to protect it during assembly. After we had it fully assembled and tested (lights), we pulled down the protective wrap over the glass to discover some small pits. If they were lower on the glass, maybe it wouldn't have even been an issue, but they were face level. So, I emailed support and got a "sorry this happed" response within hours. They asked for my order number, and all I asked for was a new front glass to be sent out so I could replace it. They told me not to worry they are sending a new unit out right away and they did. Things happen and they were right there to help. Vanity looks high quality and the customer service is the highest quality. Order with confidence from this company. They will treat you right.
The products have always been of top quality and when I had to contact customer service regarding a product that I failed to open for months and needed a part, they did not hesitate to still help me and sent me the parts that I needed. Definitely great customer service for sure!
My order for a jeep power wheels was processed and I received emails that it was being shipped. 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived. When I emailed the company they said it was out of stock and after 3 weeks they processed a refund. They never contacted me or informed me of the issue from the time of purchase to after me contacting them. Because Of this incident my daughter didn't get a birthday present on her birthday. This company cannot be contacted via phone, you can only email them and it takes over a day to get a response. This company provided unacceptable customer service and I will never shop on there site again.
