I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.

Terrible customer service
September 22, 2020

We are a restaurant that used to use BeyondMenu. Speaking from personal experience STAY AWAY. Their "customer service" doesn't help at all and many times you are left to figure stuff out on your own. When asked to speak to the manager we were told they don't even have one. I'm not even sure how that works. We have called multiple times but nothing have been resolved. Tip does not go to the restaurant whatsoever, payments have not been processed to us, and they are STILL sending us emails stating that WE owe them money. Terrible company. Do not use.

They constantly hijack your google business page and link their website instead your true website. In doing so, my restaurant get an order for prices that are incorrect and that I have to honor. We had tried to numerous times to update our menu with them and they never do it. So we are done. After telling them we no longer wanted to be partner, three weeks late they hijack our google business page again and start direct orders to use through their fake website. We are dine with Beyond Menu. Save your money and just order directly from the restaurant or many of the other third party vendors that are honest and offer better customer service.

Please be advise that BeyondMenu doesn't charge anything extra to customers who uses our platform. Also, in regards to your Google website, Google has a strict policy process on how to claim ownership of those and hijacking would be very much impossible since the google pin needed for the access are sent to the restaurant's address. The only reason for 1 star is just to write this review. I will NEVER use online ordering with beyondmenu again! This was my first and last time to place a order that has to go through them. I am so very upset, spending $35 on myself for Chinese lunch specials and not one item placed was correct! I called the restaurant and they stated they never received any of my special instructions, so yes, I'm pissed with this beyondmenu! In fact, I have called this same restaurant in the past with special instructions and orders have always been correct.

Inferior Restaurants
August 23, 2021

BeyondMenu seems to cater to small, hole in the wall places that are not real restaurants. For example, a Hunan Delight delivery, I could not eat any of it and threw it out.
I then decided to try another business from their site, Golden China. They
Also delivered TERRIBLE FOOD!
The so called "restaurants" on this site are places where you can not sit and eat. They have only take out and delivery. The food is sub par at best. Now, I am out over $51 because I was hungry and used their service to order food. If DoorDash had not had technical issues with their site, I would never have used them.

BeyondMenu has no value or morals. I've remove them from my Google Business Listing many times... so they hacked my account to add it back on multipy times. They do that so they can ride on your existing customers thru Google Business Listings and make their fees off your existing customers without investing to bring you new customers. These freeloaders wont cancel the service as I requested many times either as it's been going on several years now. Beware of this company!

Please be advised that it would be impossible for any third party service to "hijack" your google listing. For anyone to gain access on a particular google listing, a Google code is needed to gain access on it and these google code postcards are sent only to the restaurant's address. Unless your restaurant provided us that code and we entered it on Google then that's the only time we can gain access on your restaurant's Google page. An access on your listing is needed to change any information on it. Others may suggest to update the information but if you will not approve it then it will not show online. Google's algorithm can also cause automatic update on your listing. There are a lot of factors that can do this change and if you need help to understand them better or to double check them please feel free to contact our Customer Service Hotline for further assistance. The Worst Ever!
November 13, 2020

I have ordered 3 times using this app.
The first couple of times I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID.:
No longer because every order takes 90+minutes and you have to call to follow up.
This last time we ordered was two blocks away and still the same amount of time.
BM tried to blame our doorman. Not them.
So I called the restaurant because we dine there 2x's a week, it's our fav neighborhood sushi spot.
The restaurant told us to call them directly because they don't get their orders from BM for some time... they have no idea when they're transmitted.
There are plenty of other delivery services to use..

Avoid Beyond Menu
December 4, 2023

I attempted to make a restaurant order for pickup using Beyond Menu. I paid for the order and received a confirmation.
Upon going to pick up the order I was advised that Beyond Menu had cancelled my order. No reason given. I asked them why by email. No response.

Horrible experience
December 18, 2020

I submitted my order and after confirming on the website that the restaurant would be delivered to my address I placed my order. After an hour of waiting for my order to be delivered I went into email to check to see what happened. I received an email about half an hour after my order was placed that my Order was canceled because my address is too far away from the restaurant.

I am a working single mom and now I discover an hour after my order is placed I don't not have food on the way to feed my children. Horrible first experience

Bad customer service
September 2, 2022

I almost never leave reviews, but when your food doesn't show and it's been 2 hours past your delivery time, you start to wonder. I called and they told me they had canceled my order, even though the restaurant said they made it and it was picked up hours ago. Sounds to me like one of the drivers stole my food. My daughter and I waited and needless to say was pissed. Never got a call back from the company, when they said they would call back within an hour. I had to call back the next day to make sure I got my money back and they couldn't
To explain to me why they canceled my order. I will never use this company again.

One of the drivers of our delivery partner picked up your order for delivery then 30 minutes after your order's estimated time of arrival we received a notification that the delivery job was cancelled by the driver. We immediately called the restaurant and found out that the food order was picked up and never returned. We have also tried contacting the driver and our delivery partner but to no avail and this unfortunately led to this problem. I've had no issues ordering with them, no unexplained or double charges on my debit card, delivery drivers usually arrive on time, etc. I actually like this service more than most other food delivery services. The only thing I would change is that there is no way to track your order, so you're kind of in the dark for a bit. But if you choose a reputable restaurant with decent reviews, I don't think you'll have a problem.

A waste of time
December 11, 2015

Place an order last night, first only one place show delivery time "30-60 minutes". Nothing on email received confirming order, not great service but ok. Then after 75 minutes went ahead and called restaurant, only to find out it was CLOSED. Sure glad I did not use a credit card. Total waste of time, since restaurant uses the service after they re-opened have to consider that going again since they don't check up on their support businesses.

I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. They have not paid us money owed for deliveries as far back as 2014 through 2016. It's less than $400 and they acknowledge they owe it, they just won't pay. You can't talk with anyone higher than a customer service person, who "escalates" a problem, but can't seem to resolve anything. Really quite disgusted.

Scam City!
June 20, 2019

Placed an order through this website and just a couple hours later had $3,200 removed from my bank account through fraud transactions... This was the only place I used my card.
Don't trust them with your money!

Not sure how they got a hold of our google business page ownership but it's been 2 weeks now and they haven't done anything to remedy the situation. Hours of operation are incorrect so we're losing business and we've called them multiple times to no avail. Awful.

Horrible!

Ordered through from a local restaurant which has given me very good service over the years. After an hour, I called the restaurant. They had not received the order. I have tried contacting Beyond Menu by e-mail and phone and no response. The v-mail service never beeps to leave a message. I'm convinced that this business is a TOTAL scam and should not be used. Just read the other reviews.

Today my order is really late, I called them and the restaurants internet went down. Gave my name and number and they called me back a few minutes later telling me the delivery was on its way. Just pay cash whenever possible. Don't use your card and be worried you lost money If you can avoid it.

While we experience no fraud ( yet) the food we ordered was so bad as to be mostly inedible. As the BeyondMenu website had featured many four star ratings of this place, I was sure to leave a scathing 1 star review.
It was to all appearances, immediately deleted by the system. I was ripped off 100$ by being served horrific rancid food, and I was not even allowed to warn others about it.
Oh right. Super Wok in Port Orchard Washington? Horrible Horrible food, stay away.

BeyondMenu let us order from a store that was closed. After waiting 30 minutes past their "Guaranteed Delivery Time" I called to find out where our food was. The representative had to "check and call me back", basically to get told the store we ordered from over an hour ago is closed.
