Very satisfied so far!

I have ordered for the first time from BiggerBooks, I ordered 2 identical Calculus books, one for me one for my grandson living in different states, mine came already in perfect condition and very well packaged so I am very satisfied so far. I will give my final review after my grandson receives his copy. Thank you!

It's finally back in stock

I've been looking for volume one of Mysterious Girlfriend X for over a year and I finally found a website with it in stock, and it was delivered fairly fast as well. Only negative I had was the cover had a slight crease which probably happened in transit but other than that it looks flawless.

Not What I ordered

I ordered the printed version of this book as the university already provided me with a free digital copy. The site had it listed as such and the price difference for the print was even higher than the digital versions. They sent me the digital copy anyway! I will be sending it back and am so disappointed they wasted my time and money.

Order book for my daughter at college
September 9, 2021

Ordered a book for my daughter and had it shipped direct to her. I know she received it, but have not heard about the condition of the book. I assume it will suffice. Glad you had a copy at a decent price. This book was becoming scarce.

Definitely pleased

EBooks are awesome for textbooks bc it's easier to find information (which is handy for assignments and open book exams). Delivery was quick and the site used to read the book seems good. And it was a lot cheaper. Definitely pleased.

Unhappy

There was an issue with the credit card on the first order but was not notified. I called after not receiving the books.
Took multiple emails to get shipping information. Books finally showed up 2 weeks after they were supposed to.

Billed me, never had the book, took over a month before they reversed the charge.

I ordered the book, they immediately charged my credit card. The book never shipped. They never had it. Over a month later they finally credited the credit card. I still do not have the book.

They should:
1. Charge the credit card when the book is shipped.
2. don't sell books they do not have and can not quickly get.

Not really rocket science, but too much for them.

No communication

I placed an order for a book, and checked on it periodically.

Everything was going well, until suddenly my order was listed as "cancelled and refunded."

I contacted customer service via email - The only method offered - and habe heard nothing since, until Sitejabber asked if Id received my book.

So, Sitejabber, no.
No I have not, and I will not be using this vendor again.

I always check the prices of my books with them last. 99% of the time the have the better price than the others. The website is easy to navigate and the books are in good conditions. It's funny how sometimes I can't find a book at another website to either rent or purchased but I always find it here. Anyway make sure you send your books back 3 days in advance "not the day before the due date or on the day of" if you are a renter otherwise keep an eye on your credit card because sometimes the book arrived late at their facility even though you send it before the due date so you will get charged.
