I knew the book I was looking for. Ordered it. It was shipped promptly, was an excellent condition. Very happy with my experience. Highly recommended.

I am disappointed. I bought a book for classes and I paid for expedited shipping to get it before class started and it did not make it. I had found another way to have the book for class. I spent a lot of money to get the text book. I returned it right away. It has been 4 weeks since I returned the book and I still have not got the refund. The return policy on the website fails to mention... which I was just told over live chat text, since they do not have a phone number to call. That after they get the book, processing take 2-3 week. The return policy on the website does not mention anything about a 2-3 week processing time for the book return. Well, then what happened to my book, if it is just sitting in processing? I was told that the book was received on 06/26/23. At first I was told that my book was a rental, it indeed was NOT a rental. I am confused why it is taking so long to process. I literally received the book, opened the package placed the return paperwork, placed the return label and shipped it back.

It was delivered on time. The quality of the book was fair, but it was as expected. I just hope that next time I'll get a book under better conditions.

Unsure of when it would be available or how long it would take to rreceive. No way to track it seemed. Happily received today and looks like a great book. Thanks!

Would of liked training video. You credited my cc but you did not credit the full price. The total price was 83.98 yet the total amount credited to my cc is $73.21.

Good Prices. They have the right selection of books for the right price. I like that they have several options of types of books, including digital copies with audio.

Wanted Systematic Theology, picture on screen showed that, got the workbook instead. Now it cost me 113% of a book to return them. Next time I will use Amazon.
