I called before ordering to ensure that the book covers pictured on the site were the covers of the books I was ordering and was told that they were. I ordered three books and the two that I have received so far have the wrong covers.

Billed me, never had the book, took over a month before they reversed the charge.
I ordered the book, they immediately charged my credit card. The book never shipped. They never had it. Over a month later they finally credited the credit card. I still do not have the book.
They should:
1. Charge the credit card when the book is shipped.
2. don't sell books they do not have and can not quickly get.
Not really rocket science, but too much for them.
The book I ordered was back ordered and I had to wait, but it was like that on several other book seller sites.
While shopping for my college textbooks I stumbled across some other non-fiction books that I had been meaning to read, one of them for only $0.98! I added them to my order and they came in lightly used but overall good condition. The books were packaged well, and when it's time to return rented books they send you a shipping label.
I placed several orders through the BiggerBooks website and each order was cancelled. The latest Order #******* Cancelled.

On 05/08/2021, I purchased 4 books from BiggerBooks/eCampus for a total of $673.92. This included a shipping charge of $29.96. At checkout, I selected 2-day shipping for $29.96 (even though this price is much higher than the price displayed on their shipping information webpage). The shipping service level below this is expedited shipping (1-5 days) for $7.99. Upon review of my tracking number, I realized that they still sent my package at the "expedited" or UPS Ground service level, even though I selected and they charged me for 2-day shipping. This is a $21.97 difference. I called BiggerBooks/eCampus and s/w a rep named Laikyn L. I explained the discrepancy to her. Her response was that if my package gets to me within 2 business days, then that's still considered 2-day shipping. And she wouldn't put a manager on the phone. They are charging for 2-day shipping but still shipping 1-5-day ground! They're pocketing the difference! This is illegal!
A supervisor called the next day and refunded me the shipping difference of $22.00 after trying to offer me a store credit (like wtf?), but the fact that they are doing this is so sketchy. I don't trust them.
I always check the prices of my books with them last. 99% of the time the have the better price than the others. The website is easy to navigate and the books are in good conditions. It's funny how sometimes I can't find a book at another website to either rent or purchased but I always find it here. Anyway make sure you send your books back 3 days in advance "not the day before the due date or on the day of" if you are a renter otherwise keep an eye on your credit card because sometimes the book arrived late at their facility even though you send it before the due date so you will get charged.
