It was a fairly simple experience. I am a new student returning back to school after over a decade. I was referred to a different website but inadvertently stumbled across this one that held a much better of a deal and since I'm old school, this was perfect to actually be able to locate a hard copy!
When I ordered my used book I received a clean copy, it arrived fast without a huge shipping fee, the book was a great price.
I discovered BiggerBooks via a web search for a specific out-of-print book that I'd had some trouble finding at a reasonable price. BiggerBooks presented as having it available, in like new condition, and for cover price, so I ordered it immediately. But like all things too good to be true, the book never shipped, and BB never updated me on its availability. I've gotten more response from Sitejabber than from BB.
This book was required for college and was cheaper than other places.

Didn't receive any item ordered. Items were cancelled due to that.
My experience was terrible. I just never received the book.
I specifically asked if this item was in stock and ready to ship out via your chat help BEFORE I placed the order. I was told that is was in stock.
Turns out it was not in stock and you ordered it from the publisher with a "3 to 5 day" fulfilment time to your warehouse after I made payment.
The access card for the book was out of stock with the publisher and after 5 days I received an email for you stating that my order was cancelled.
I also checked 4 days into the process and was told by you that you were expecting the product in your warehouse on "day 5"
I was two weeks late after the start of the semester in receiving a replacement access card from another supplier for this textbook.
Is there a person on the other side of the "chat" feature on your site or a bot? Either way, the untruthful information I received was terrible customer service.
Item was exactly what was needed. But it took WEEKS to arrive. Shipping window was accurate. Expect the long end of the window and you will not be disappointed. If you need it before the semester ends, shop elsewhere.
The site will not let me enter the delivery address correctly. I can only cross my fingers and hope the book is delivered to the correct student.
I needed the textbook quickly as the school year was well under way, so I paid for expedited shipping. The website said it with expedited shipping the book would ship within 1-3 days. I paid the extra for the expedited shipping, hoping it would ship in 1 rather than 3 days. Wrong, it was shipped 4 days later. Additionally I wasn't sent a shipping confirmation or tracking. The only way I knew it had even been shipped was because I went to the website to see if I could see if the item had even been shipped. The person manning the chat, checked the order and told me it had shipped. When I asked if I would be refunded because it didn't ship within the 1-3 day window, she told me that they first had to get the book in and then it would be shipped within 1-3 days. Whatever. Long story short, I got my book. Would I use this company again? Only if I couldn't find the book elsewhere.
